The property is lovely clean and has all the facilities you could want as well as feeling safe as you need to use your room key for the elevators. The level8 bar is amazing the cocktails and staff up there were amazing

The reception staff were quite rude on multiples occasions when we arrived we went to ask about parking and as we arrived before check in time and was dismissed completely, when we returned to check we were seen by another staff member who was much more pleasant. When checking out we had a similarly bad experience where the receptionist seems unable to tell me how much i had left to settle or too be returned to my card due to the £100 deposit you pay on checkin, which you’d think would be rather simple. When i asked for a paper copy of my bill to try to work out myself what my remaining balance was, that was almost too much to ask.

Room was lovely, breakfast great. Pool and spa area ok, especially the sauna and steam room. Liked the hot or cold showers. Changing rooms clean and tidy. Most staff, friendly and helpful. Close to the beach and a carpark.

The pool had a little too much chlorine, especially potent when jacuzzi was turned on. Sky bar was closed, and we weren't told this at the time of booking. Ignored by restaurant manager on Saturday evening, there were lots of empty tables but we were told to wait for half an hour so we had a drink and waited. He j then ust ignored us, so we went elsewhere

I am extremely happy with my stay. The breakfast was the best I have seen. Many more options available at breakfast then I have seen In any other brand of hotel well worth the money!. Bed was so spacious

I think guest who are on floor seven should be warned about the music levels coming from the rooftop bar had I known I would have requested a lower floor. But due to the things like the spa and pool I was not in my room much to bother me majorly. My partner was also asked in a rather judging manor what floor was he staying when he went outside in the night for some fresh air. Had he been in a suit and tie we question would he have been asked in the manor he was. The rest of the staff how ever where wonderful!

Our room was a good size and very comfortable. Staff very efficient, particularly at check in/out. Breakfast had a wide choice of fresh food, it was fairly busy and the staff were rushed at times. We ate in twice in the evening and thought that the prices were good value. The swimming pool was busy, but there is enough room to be able to swim if you avoid the times when children are allowed in. The hotel is well located if you want to walk down to the sea front or town centre. Car parking is convenient, make use of the drop off facilities if you can.

Swimming pool was very relaxing , nice dark mood lighting. Not much space to sit down only 3 sun loungers. Breakfast was good, nice variety. Bar staff where excellent at cocktail making just delicious 😋 Rooms where good, few switches not working like mirror I'm bathroom but maybe I didn't work it right, no big deal to me. On forth floor with views into city/park Sky bar lacks a bit of atmosphere but maybe that was just a quiet Thursday night.

No bar snacks Lots of dogs

The hotel is clean and nice, staff are friendly and welcoming

The jacuzzi temperature is only warm is not hot the way supposed to be,is same water temperature as the swimming pool The disappointed thing was about the hotel restaurant, apparently now is closed BUT online you can still do bookings and very nice pictures with Mediterranean food still on the website ,which is very tempting, when you ask at the reception they send you upstairs at level 8 which is a proper bar with very poor food menu, this was disappointed Will be very helpful to be removed all that pictures and to closed online bookings as well

Good location Modern Smart room Nice drinks biscuits Helpful staff Big bed Good sized room Accessible bathroom

Parking can be fiddly we kept getting locked out of the car park despite having paid up front Mostly clean although removed a big clump of hair from the shower area when we arrived. Breakfast was very busy and understaffed usually it’s much much better. Room at back of hotel was woken regularly by deliveries and waste collection

On arrival, we had a very warm welcome at the reception desk. After a little time our details were found and we checked in. The room was very large and comfortable. It had everything we needed. The bathroom was wonderful, nice and clean. The shower was great, but my husband couldn't sort out the settings on the shower, so the water was very hot on his body. We couldn't get into the hotel WiFi, so had to ask a member of staff what the password was. We had twin beds, they were ok, but the pillows were a bit small. We were on the eighth floor, with a view of the town. We went out to see a show, in the evening and on our return to the hotel, decided to pop into the eighth floor 'Sky Bar' for a cocktail, as it was my husband's birthday. All the staff were very nice, and my husband had a cocktail made up especially for him, as he couldn't decide what to have. The staff were so nice to us, we will always remember his birthday cocktail at the 'Hilton Sky Bar' In our room, we couldn't turn down the air-conditioning as it was too cold and noisy, but did manage to reduce it a bit after a while. We slept quite well. In the morning we went down for breakfast .We had a nice greeting by the waitress who asked if we had been to this hotel before, which we hadn't. So she explained what was on offer, and where we could find it all. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast, in pleasant surroundings. All the staff are very respectful and helpful. We will certainly return to the Hilton and take up the complimentary spa, and swimming pool facilities next time.

A card with the essentials on: We are seniors so we are a bit slow at tech stuff. Wi-fi details, and password. How to use the shower controls. How to adjust the air conditioning. Full size pillows on the beds would be nice.

Walking distance to shops(5-10minutes) and right in the city centre. Also 5-10minutes walk to the beach (Bournemouth Pier) & close to a Wetherspoon Pub. Room amenities: with kettle inside the room and WITH airconditioning ; Our room has a flat iron, hairdryer, complimentary 2 bottles of water, and a small fridge. Complementary Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash, Lotion and Hand wash & Toilet paper are in fixed containers in the bathroom. with FREE WIFI (no timeout) Floor 6th has a great view. The only window cannot be opened for safety; Big tv; beautiful view. Free use of swimming pool(4ft?), jacuzzi(in the pool), steam room & sauna. You need to deposit 100£ (which we were informed that if you want something charged to your room like- bar drinks that can be deducted on that deposit) which is refundable by checkout if you didn't charge anything to your room. We wasn’t able to try the bar on the 8th floor but just so you know, it has a different elevator from the rooms elevator which is great. We were able to request additional milk, sugar, galaxy chocolate powder(hot chocolate) from the front desk without extra charge in the middle of the night. (Had to go down to the reception to request and collect) Requested a bathtub room upon booking and was granted one during our stay. Amazing Hotel.

Swimming pool lights area could have been better.
