We had a great stay. Matt & Mel were the perfect hosts. Spotlessly clean from top to bottom. We booked 2 rooms, both of which were lovely, both had comfy beds, nicely sized, great powerful showers. A fantastic choice for breakfast with quality foods & a cooked breakfast to order (via a sheet which we were asked kindly to fill in the previous evening) We were not rushed when eating & not rushed to vacate our rooms on departure day. Mel gave us lots of ideas for places to eat & things to do. Not far from anywhere location. We would definitely stay again. Perfect

Property is very clean, better than the picture. All amenities were provided, smells good, clean and get tidied up everyday. Breakfast is perfect, so many options to choose from. I forgot to hand in my breakfast form, but they still offered and cooked me one. They also gave me recommendations of places to visit and the best time to go there, which is very spot on. Hospitality is top notch! What amazes me is that they use green energy from solar panels. They also have a spacious parking space.

This place is fantastic, Mel is a fantastic host, nothing to much trouble , made us feel extremely welcome, so kind . Hotel it’s self is spotless we had breakfast sandwich to go it was delicious also yogurt & juice carton they literally think of everything. Location really good near beach bit steep hill walking back to town with plenty of eating places& takeaways few mins walk. We’d definitely recommend staying here such great value for money . Everything clean ,modern, fab owners, good size parking spaces, location excellent.

Big thanks for Matt and Mell! Amazing hosts. Ready to help any time. We received plenty advices about how or where to spend nice time. Hotel is located a few minutes walk to the beach also few minutes to high street shops and restaurants. Rooms were cleaned daily. Breakfast variations surprised us too. Highly recommend.

Perfect location for me - close to station and Vitality Stadium Friendly welcome. Very personable, made me feel at home. Comfortable and tastefully furnished room. Good wifi. Tea, coffee & Biscuits in room and use of fridge on landing was perfect for me Decent shower - loads of plug sockets for chargers .... Local information available had I needed it. Breakfast made to order ... fantastic full English and more. Really excellent.

The hosts were so welcoming and helpful. Their property was lovely and stylish, with so many Victorian features. Our room was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast choice was amazing and was cooked perfectly to order. Parking on the property was so convenient. We had lots of lovely walks and also used the buses, which were easy to access from the property. We will definitely return and recommend to our friends and family.

I know it is too much hustle for Matt and Mel, if we have facilities for dinner would be nice.

The hospitality was at its highest level.Good vibe from checking where I was while travelling to the level of warm welcome I received.Couple, including the son, were very hospitable. The son seems well taught and greets and responds warmly.Food was lovely and good choice. Family shows genuine interest to their guests .

What a fabulous place Matt and Mel are so lovely and accommodating We loved this guest house as a base to explore Bournemouth which we hadn’t been to since we lived there in the 70s - we could go all over quickly as it was very central to travel around Beds super comfy so clean and quiet- Breakfasts delicious- lots of choice cooked to order - cannot praise them enough they even recommended restaurants and we has a free parking place ( very important as there’s not many in Bournemouth ) My parents who we took with us really liked it bedroom so large with en-suite and so clean Loved loved loved it 👏👏👏👏 Thanks so much Matt and Mel

Nothing it was brilliant The town centres of Boscombe and Bournemouth ( like all the town centres in the U.K. now ) were a bit run down But that’s nothing to do with this great guest house as it’s in a super quiet street & easy to get about to Christchurch ; Poole , Sandbanks , Bournemouth beach

Clean, comfortable room with a very comfy bed. Nice breakfast area overlooking the garden. A decent shower with body shop toiletries. Plenty of Choice of teas, coffee and hot chocolate in the room. Fresh water and milk everyday.

I can not fault the property or the owners at all.
