Quiet location near to beach and nice walks and comfy rooms for good sleep and very friendly and helpful staff
Room 208 shower is very small and tight to get in and out and use for an average 6ft man

The hotel was in a quiet side street, but close to the main road for buses. The station was around 15 minutes walk away, and the town centre around 20 minutes. The hotel was very quiet , as it was December, with only an handful of guests, and there was no dining room service in the evening . However breakfast was available , and was excellent, freshly cooked and plenty of choice . The room was of a good size , comfortable and clean and well equipped. I was upgraded to a room with a balcony, which would have been lovely if it hadn’t been winter! The beach was within walking distance, but I didn’t visit it as the weather was not suitable. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were on duty 24 hours . I had no complaints.
No complaints .

It was easy to locate and easy to park, with on street parking also if unavailable parking is on the premises. The staff were friendly and approachable. The bed was very comfortable and the TV was excellent. Rooms were quiet and was nice and warm, proper plugs as well as USB sockets + functional opening windows! We arrived late to breakfast in the morning and the staff member in the dining hall checked with us if we wanted any more food before he started packing away.
The water pressure was very low, even showering was quite hard. There also wasn’t a lot of soap in the dispensers if getting nit picky (but we did bring wash kits anyway) We noticed a stain on the headboard and the carpet but cleanliness was good overall. There was a distinct air freshener smell around the hotel that was strong (but it does beat a bad smell overall)

We had a fantastic stay at Park Inn by Radisson in Bournemouth for three days. The rooms were exceptionally spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable environment to unwind after exploring the city and beaches. A special mention goes to Nakul, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. His assistance and friendly demeanor truly enhanced our experience, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. The hotel's location is ideal, with easy access to the beach and local attractions. The overall ambiance was inviting, and all amenities met our expectations. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend Park Inn by Radisson Bournemouth. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

I stayed at the park inn for two nights with my daughter and grandson. All the staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The hotel and our rooms were very clean. We had a double room each. We were both really happy with the rooms. The beds were very comfortable and bedding soft light and fresh feeling. Although the only downside was the rooms were very hot and stuffy. The windows that you can open are just the small top ones so no air came in. There were fans in the room but only really benefited if right in front of it. Another great extra was being the cast option for the television so could watch your own apps like netflix. The hotel could do with some jazzing up, very grey with lots of black paintwork and its a shame there wasn't an outdoor seating area and the pool isn't in use. Would have been great to chill outside with the room being so warm. Breakfast was OK but I'm a vegan so when asked fir some vegan sausages although they tasted nice were actually more like a potato croquette. Very odd. So just beans, hash browns and mushrooms for me. Really quick to get to the beach as well. Overall found it really good value for money and would stay again 😊
Room too hot and stuffy, more vegi and vegan choice at breakfast

We got upgraded to balcony on our arrival so this made the shower large, which lots of people had complained about, so shower was great. They had liquid body wash, shampoo and conditioner all separate which was great. Breakfast was good for the £12. Hotel seems to be run by all guys and they had to be asked for more bacon and sausage and eggs but was good. Bed was comfortable. Lift was not working when we arrived but was on departure so we didn’t have to carry suitcase down stairs although it was extremely small. Not owners fault. Very close to beach and well located to other amenities.
Advertising states parking and pool. Pool is out of action at present but was informed they are working on it. £10 to park car overnight on hotel private property seemed a bit of a rort and not sure if it’s company policy or owners as no official notices in car park just A4 not stuck on window.

I recently stayed at this hotel and felt compelled to share my experience, particularly highlighting the exceptional service provided by Rajat. While the hotel's facilities are fairly average and could use some updates, the staff's professionalism and dedication truly stand out. From the moment I checked in, the hospitality was outstanding. The front desk staff was efficient and welcoming, housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and any requests I had were handled promptly and with genuine care. Despite the hotel's average facilities, the warmth and professionalism of Rajat and other staff member Vishal made my stay remarkable. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service, and I look forward to staying here again.

Very short drive from the Airport. Good parking on site. Efficient, friendly staff who went above and beyond to provide refreshments for both adults and children late at night. Cot bed provided promptly to room despite us forgetting to pre-arrange. Some reviews mention this place not being up to the standards of some other Radisson Hotels. The rooms are comfy clean and tidy with good sized beds. Yes it's in need of a minor refurb but it's half the price of a regular Radisson so you really can't complain. Yes, the shower cubicles are small but they are nice showers. I'm 6ft and 80kg. There was ample space - after all it's a shower not a wet room. Overall the place is great value for money and we'd happily return again for an over-nighter. Thank you.
It needs a bit of a refurb but the price reflects that.

I must confess I was anxious about my booking after reading comments here. I and my husband enjoyed our stay. The staff were wonderful-particularly Cullen (not sure if it’s spelt Curren) but he was exceptional, made us feel very comfortable and welcome. Went above and beyond. The only issue was the bathroom which everyone complained of. It’s very tiny…sooo tiny. Asides that the staff made it a nice stay. It’s not the most exquisite hotel but it was ok. Room temperature was okay, had a fan, heating, ironing board.
The bathroom. Too tiny.

The greeting at reception was enthusiastic and caring. Noticing that I use a stick to aid walking the receptionist was most concerned that I would have problems because the lift had broken down. Translated into action, we were offered a full refund or a first floor room which we accepted. The care and concern - with many apologies - continued throughout our stay, and the impression was of real and genuine kindness.
The hotel is becoming a little elderly (hence the lift problem) and would benefit from some refreshment.
