My staying was perfect. Staff are super friendly, breakfast is good. Location is good. The only thing is that safety box should be provided in the room. We asked the reception for help and they offered a safety box next to the reception. Special thanks to ( Alex, Szlivi and off course simona ).

No safety box No business lounge ( with pc )

Location near to railway station. Friendly welcome. Permitted check-in and access to bedroom early on arrival. Comfortable double bed and comfortable room temperature. All clean and presentable. Also enjoyed presence outside our bedroom window of visiting seagull!

Rather small room. Only six hangers and one deep drawer for clothes etc, and large TV taking up space on dressing table unit. Apart from the double bed, the room felt more suited to a single person. (Ironing board, iron, hair-dryer and Gideon bible all taking up space, and unnecessary for us, though maybe welcome to other folk!) Similarly, in the loo/shower-room, only one small towel rail, suitable for a hand towel, and a small double hook on the back of the door.

The hotel looks very professional. All the staff are lovely and very helpful. The hotel is located right next to a reasonable car park and Brighton train station. If you go to the hotel and pay for parking, you can get overnight parking to cover one night's stay. As opposed to paying for two days if you paid normally. The hotel didn't seem very busy, which was nice, it's out of the way of the city centre. A perfect launch pad for trips to Brighton.

The water pressure in the shower was a little low. And the bed is on wheels, so tended to move around. But I'm reaching for these points, the stay was perfectly fine and represented great value for money.

Fantastic location if you need the station. We loved the family restaurant and bar, there’s a little shop for essentials and treats. Room had two comfy beds with crisp bedding and didn’t feel cramped, lots of room for our cases. Room service, house keeping a breakfast was excellent.

There were a handful of cleanliness issues in the room and some furnishings were stained slightly. The bath is actually dangerous, it’s so slippery. They know this because there is a sign telling you to be careful and to request a bath mat. The food is expensive. There’s no safe in the room for your valuables.

The hotel itself is modern, vibrant & freshly renovated. The rooms are spacious and clean. The reception is like a modern museum. Everything in a walking distance. Bus outside the hotel as well as taxis. 1min walk to train station. Impressed to see there was automatic machine at the reception with stuff you might need including medicine.Would stay over and over again.

Would appreciate a s small fridge/freezer in the room. Cold water is essential during summer. A bigger variety of breakfast would be better but it was very good nevertheless

Hotel is next to train station, only a nice walk away. The staff is very helpful and cheerful. The room is comfortable with one single bed and one double bed, an interesting and uncommon setup for a couple. The hotel has a vast lobby and common area which appears to be underutilized and provides a good meeting and working space if needed.

Despite our early and sincere request for a room on a high level, we were assigned a room on a middle level with view that is blocked by a building. The housekeeping can do a better job when compared with our vast experience of staying at numerous hotels across UK recently. The furnishings in the lobby and common areas of Leonardo Hotel is always interesting but despite the appealing colors and dramatic layouts, some furniture is really not comfortable and functional to use.

The bed was very comfortable and staff were friendly. The room was spacious, clean and very quiet. I liked that they had a tiny shop at the main desk for anything you may have forgotten to bring on your trip also with snacks, drinks and ice cream. The room service menu had good gluten free options. Big shoutout to Kostas at the main desk for making us feel so comfortable and he had a great personality! The hotel is perfectly located just a few steps away from the train station and near North Laine which has beautiful and unique shops, cafes and restaurants. The beach is also a 20 minute walk away.

Nothing.

Reception staff made you feel welcome and helped and assisted what we needed

Only one out of three lifts working with no sign saying the other two wasn't working which other people was getting confused including us until we realised the others wasn't working also if there was a problem with lifts being it was coming up the busiest weekend of the year I would've thought the lifts would of all been fixed by then.

Its a nice quality hotel for business away from the tourist centre . Car parking is expensive as privately owned but convenient. Location is a short walk from the centre but quiet enough to relax and get to without troubling the city. Food is good quality as is service and menu is interesting and always well presented.

Breakfast plates are comically tiny . They always make up an extra bed when its just me , I'd rather have a sofa or chair to relax on . No deal for residents on car parking , they just point you to the QR code on reception. There used to be a guset concession.

The Hotel is very good, very in a good environment. The location is central both to Town Centre, Resturants, Very close to the beach. The train station is near the hotel. The discount for Parking for people staying at the hotel makes parking convenient and peace of mind. The breakfast was very good. The family room that we stayed in was very neat, the beds are comfortable, toilets, bath are neat. The staff are supportive and lively. This is my second time of using this hotel, will surely come back again.
