Excellent location of the hotel, it was unique and we loved its quirkiness. Beds were very comfortable and the shower was amazing. The air conditioning was a god send as it was a very hot weekend. Even though the hotel was in the centre next to bars and restaurants, we couldn't hear any noise from outside.

Unfortunately I wasn't able to plug my hair dryer or straighteners in at the plug socket by the dressing table. The plug/lead wouldn't go into the sockets as the unit was in the way and it didn't move as it was fixed to the wall. Just had to use the bed side socket which wasn't too much of a problem as I could see the mirror.

The location is perfect for walking to the theatre, the beach / The Lanes & lots of bars & restaurants. The rooms are quirky/ spacious/ clean The aircon was amazing in the heatwave It was great we could book parking at the hotel (at a cost, though) The breakfast (included) was delicious 😋 Overall, I would definitely recommend the hotel.

The pillows were so hard / uncomfortable - my hubby & I both woke up with neck aches, so we did not get a great night's sleep 😒 It was quite noisy until around midnight as the area outside is busy. I was disappointed that we had to pay for bottled water - for the room price, I would expect a free bottle

Staff were super friendly and welcoming. I loved the minimalistic room and the style was original and modern. Clean room. Great location. Breakfast was fantastic! I liked the way you choose a dish from the menu (al acarte style) as opposed to a buffet style. Reduces food wastage. I had the mashed avocado and poached eggs on sour dough toast which was divine. I asked if I could move rooms as the one I was initially given faced a wall with no sunlight. The manager upgraded me without any fuss.

There was no phone in the room, so if you need to contact Reception you have to physically go down yourself. Not really good if you have young children who are fast asleep and you need to get hold of hotel staff.

Really funky and nicely decorated. Brilliant location, central to everything. Walking distance from shops, bars, restaurants and the beach. Staff were friendly and room was clean and spacious. Comfortable bed and got a good nights sleep.

The big window with the bay seat was lovely but overlooking the high street so being on the first floor we were eye level with the front of the Coop. Great for people watching mind you! There was no private space in the room, not even the bathroom. No privacy in the shower and felt quite exposed in the toilet. If I was with a partner they would have been fine but I was staying with a friend.

Good location with easy access on public transport. Large, clean room, with comfortable bed and modern bathroom facilities (although the smell of bleach in the shower was somewhat over-powering). The breakfast menu (served in the adjacent restaurant) was varied and the food delicious. Wasn't tempted to use the bar downstairs, which was dark and uninviting, with no outdoor seating. Young and friendly staff.

Very surprised that the rooms were not cleaned & tidied at all during my (weekend) stay. No re-stocking of the mini-bar or tea and coffee supples either. Friends staying in the same hotel were informed that this would be the case (unless they preferred otherwise), but I wasn't. In fact, the information offered on arrival was minimal. My negative answer to the question "have you stayed with us before?" brought no response whatsoever, not even details about the breakfast arrangements, which were quite unusual (i.e. breakfast menu, but no buffet available).

Room - Our Room was a little too far from the Elevator since I had a walker Location - The hotel was a lot closer to the Brighton Dome than we thought. Our main reason for coming to the United Kingdom was to see "James" in Concert celebrating their 40th Anniversary Tour 2023. Breakfast - I didn't understand why we had to pay the $15 x 2 for the Breakfast when some people had it included in their Nightly Rate. The Food at the restaurant was very good. Our favorite was the Nutty Bacon Sandwich. The Breakfast Staff were Professional, Helpful, Didn't hurry you to leave the table, and met our needs. Hotel Lobby Personnel: They had the best attitude of all; Leah gave suggestions on the dining facilities outside of the complex to go to that were within walking distance; Nikki helped with getting a Converter for us to use with my CPAP machine. The Maintenance Man fixed the converter for the CPAP machine to work. He was a Godsend and My husband and I both got good night sleeps after that.

For someone with a bad back, chairs with Curvy Backs are not comfortable. There were no dressers or shelves to put your clothes. Living out of a suitcase for a week, having to bend down to pick out your clothes is not good for someone with a bad back. The mattress was a little stiff, hard, and it felt like it had lumps in it. The pillows were hard too. Personally, I think the hotel needs updating to 2023 standards.

Helpful friendly receptionists. Hotel is very colourful, bedroom was very comfortable, good shower and comfy bed. Didn't hear any noise from the street, our room was at the back. No keys to loose, drop or carry around, instead there is a code entry system. Breakfast in the restaurant was very good, great coffee. Great location for the Lanes. Highly recommend staying here, would stay again.

Hooks to hang up towels (not in the toilet room) would be really useful. Obviously, we didn't park here but that was as expected, we found a different solution for parking.

Staff could not be faulted at all, prior to arrival via message, Watsap etc, absolutely brilliant, thank you all. Location is really good, central for everything via foot. And secure parking (although a bit expensive), and you do take your life in your hands as entry ramp, and exit ramp are the same!!! On a blind bend! 😬

Only stayed for 2 nights, so would not expect clean towels necessarily in this day an age, so not a problem. But while I am more than capable, to have to make the bed myself was a first, in any hotel I have EVER stayed at 🤷‍♂️ I do enjoy a coffee when I awake, which was fine for the first morning, but alas no good for the second, as nothing topped up or refilled from the previous day, again unusual from my experience?

Location was great, central, lots of great bars & restaurants nearby. We were going to a gig at the Brighton Centre so very handy for that as just a short walk away. Parking on site a bonus & after calling the hotel they let us use the car park earlier than check in time thankfully as the nearest other car park was full. Room clean & bright. Staff friendly & helpful.

It was expensive for one night as quite a basic room & no breakfast included but Brighton accomm was in limited supply for the date we booked. Parking on site is a bonus but do be aware it is very tight to turn & park if you have an suv type car

It's a well situated hotel. We were going to Komedia that night, which is the next street on. Staff were very friendly. Loads of pubs & restaurants nearby. Rooms are nice & quite funky. We were given a choice of rooms. We stayed on the 1st floor which is the pink/purple rooms. We asked for a quiet room, which we got. We were facing the entrance to the swimming pool, as opposed to overlooking the street.

The plug socket next to the mirror in the bedroom is too low, so my tongs plug kept popping out. I ended up plugging it in by the bed & putting it through the gap in the bathroom. Also the bar is only open 5pm-10pm.
