The staff went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable and they were very friendly. The breakfast started the day well and catered for veggies with oat milk and gluten free bread. There’s a big Lidl 1 minute walk from the hotel which was useful. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was stunning. The spa facilities were decent with the pool being big enough to do lengths.

A few minor additions to the gym and spa facilities would improve the experience. Providing shower gel in the changing rooms, option to get robes for the hotel guests and having lockers that don’t require a padlock. My partner and I had a massage and they were pleasant enough but could have been more thorough for the price. Conditioner and body moisturiser in the hotel room would’ve been a nice touch.

The suite was clean, comfortable and had a gorgeous bath. The air con was SO good. The leisure facilities were never too busy and pool is a good size. The adjoined bar/restaurant had lots going on E.G Olympics showing and a live band which was fun but also the room was far enough that you could relax in peace if preferred. The breakfast was delicious and hearty with good choice. The location is great for other things EG 10 min wall or 2 min drive to beach, next to a Lidl, 10 min drive to Yarmouth or other coastal towns etc.

The location is great for getting out and about plus your room feels quiet and peaceful, however, if you're looking for a picturesque hotel, this isn't for you I.e next to roads and a lidl. However beach nearby is plenty picturesque!

Excellent choices and good service in the restaurant both morning and evening. Also, on our last morning we just wanted cereal, fruit and toast which was willingly offered. The fresh fruit salad in particular was very good. Very pleased to have the accessible room, near the lift and well thought out for a disabled person. All staff friendly and welcoming.

Disappointed no instructions for the TV. We use BBC iplayer and other platforms to catchup but these didn't seem to be available, even though the Apps were shown for Iplayer and Netflix.

Breakfast was excellent. Beds were extremely comfy, and I would love to purchase a couple of the pillows! Next time we'll bring our swimsuits so that we can make the most of the facilities. The salmon and new potatoes was a lovely dish, large portion of salmon beautifully cooked.

Mum had the lasagne one evening and it was pretty much tasteless, the mince was undercooked and it was padded out with loads of veg. Really quite nasty, and for the price I would have expected a tasty meaty lasagne. It was more like a Tesco ready meal.

The breakfast was excellent with plenty of choice. Waitress service is always a bonus. The waiting staff were very friendly. Our room was warm and comfortable and tea and coffee in the room was unexpected. The rooms were spacious and cleaned well every day. We didn’t use the Spa but the pool looked inviting.

We were disappointed there was no lounge/bar area for residents only. The hotel bar is popular and was always crowded.

The friendliness of all staff, the breakfast till 10.30 The pool & Spa nothing seemed too much trouble for anyone all in all a wonderful experience. The ajoining bar, restaurant, and outside patio area were reasonably priced. And the patio was a lovely area to have an afternoon coffee n cake or a nice cold guiness.

We like to sleep with open windows at night, but the noise of generators and pigeons sitting on the solar panels outside our window all night, with their non-stop cooing, did disturb our sleep. So close the windows and you will be OK!

Very comfortable bed and pillows. Plenty of storage. Nice to have a fridge in the room along with kettle and tea and coffee provided. Excellent bathroom with heated rail. Flat screen tv and the furniture in the room was excellent. We didn't use the spa facilities but it looked good. Breakfast was top class as was the service.

Carpets in the room looked aged and grubby looking although they seemed clean. Good tv if a bit small and apps didn't work, you had to subscribe to use Netflix and Prime , which we have both at home but wasn't prepared to put our membership in for our own security. That's it . Lovely relaxing stay and will come again and make use of the spa. Your staff are superb.

Staff were exceptionally friendly and happy, especially in the restaurant. Our deluxe double room was lovely and spacious and very clean. The restaurant was very well staffed and the table service was excellent. Breakfast and evening meal were always fresh, cooked beautifully and good value for money. We joined Oktoberfest, which was held outside in the grand marquee and we had the time of our lives, dancing and singing the whole time with wonderful friendly people that we met. Location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area - within easy reach of picturesque villages, the lovely sandy beaches, the Broads and neighbouring towns such as Great Yarmouth and Cromer.

Our only challenge was noise from the outdoor bar area. This area was cleared promptly at 11pm so no problem from that time onward, but if we wanted an early night the popularity of the bar and outdoor bar area made this difficult as our room overlooked the outdoor area and the noise travelled through the windows. Other than that, we really have nothing but praise for the hotel, its management and its wonderful staff.

The staff were friendly. It was clean. The rooms were big and had everything you need it. The pool is great and you must have a spa treatment.

The restaurant. Breakfast was alright. We had lunch and dinner at the bar ( the restaurant was full), but they had the same menu. We had fish and chips- fish was fresh and crispy, but i got some chips who were frozen and dipped in hot oil. We send them back, we got the same. We also had a roast dinner and personally i believe that the chicken was a little bit uncooked. Both times we had to eait very long to be served or to get the food.
