We stayed in room 4 and the little touches were lovely, our host goes above and beyond, we fill out a breakfast sheet every evening and select a time we would like to eat and it came out perfect every morning, the selection of food and drink with breakfast was lovely, with our own little butter tray on our table, i requested oat milk and had it on my table every morning without having to ask again!! Our room was very clean, the bed was so comfortable haven’t slept that good in ages! The bathroom was very clean with a lovely shower! Definitely felt like a home from home, will definitely be booking again as the location was amazing. Our host was lovely and welcoming, she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a lovely stay!! This is our 4th time coming to betws-y-coed in 2 years and this is the best place we’ve came to!! Highly recommend

Very nice B&B at a very nice location, just a couple minutes walk to the town center, with shops and restaurants. The parking is on the road by the B&B, Vicarage Road - we had no problems finding space there. The room was cosy and comfortable and the breakfast options were very nice and filling. If you have a lot of luggage, note that you have to climb quite a few steps, first up from the street and then up to the rooms. The visitor center in town was very helpful. There is a nice hike behind the B&B, to the Llyn Elsi lake - a steepish 1 km, followed by a nice walk around the lake in the hills. The hike to Swallow Falls is also peaceful and beautiful.

Great location, minutes walk into the town where there was shops, restaurants, bars, and unbelievable walks and space. Property was very clean. Great facilities in the rooms and breakfast was delicious plus we were given the option of a cold continental breakfast to take out when up and out early. Nice modern bathroom with great shower.
The property was a little hard to find exactly which building it was as the greenery had grown over the sign some what and the walk up the property path had a lot of weeds. Just from our first approach it could look better but inside the property was very clean, welcoming and very comfortable.

Lovely, helpful hostess and daughter. Superb breakfast and good selection. Attentive to needs of room service etc. without wasting resources and unnecessary environmental impact.
The shower/bathroom was perfectly clean and adequate but small and a little bit 'tired'. I have very limited mobility and as such requested parking on the rear carpark. I'm not sure what the hostess could have done but there wasn't space to park on there. If I had been travelling alone, I would not have been able to get from my car to the hotel.

Loved the location, just out of the way of the busy main road so as to be totally peaceful. But still in the heart of the village and happily near to the train station too. I felt we had the best room in the house (room 4) because of the wonderful view!! It meant if we had to come indoors for a little while because of the rain, I could sit in the window and still really appreciate the beauty of where we were. Our room was very clean and had nice decor. Our bed was VERY comfortable. Breakfast was lovely , with enough on offer to satisfy whatever your appetite. Great selection of dvd films to choose from, including children's/family The walk to Lake Elsi on the doorstep is a bonus. And it's only a quick walk down the hill to be in the village. Host was friendly and there was a phone number for them to be on hand if needed for anything. We didn't need to use it during our stay at all.
Nothing to comment about 🙂but just one thing that MAY BE a possible concern. Parking . States free parking at front and rear but there was no rear? Only on the road in front of the guest house between the double yellow lines. So it was a case of if there was a space when you arrived as anyone can park there who isn't staying in Coed y From or Church Hill guest houses. We arrived by car and parked outside for the day. Then my son who drove us there went home later. I was thinking if you'd come in a car and was traveling in and out of Betws y Coed to explore places ect, you would maybe be concerned each time if there was a space when you got back? I don't really know as we didn't need car as we just stayed the weekend here and was traveling home by train.

The accommodation was excellent. Beautifully presented but also very welcoming. Everything we could have wanted was provided for us. The location was perfect; having never traveled to this area of Wales before we were surrounded by stunning landscapes, brilliant water activities and a good selection pf places to eat and shop.
All was great. The 2 cot beds were on the small side, but it was one of the best family room we have stayed in.

The placement of the property is in the heart and soul of Betwys, literally perfectly placed. The room was cozy and clean and modern. You get an array of DVDs for the LCD that is a lovely benefit with that cool Welsh air eddying from the window. Bathroom is lovely and lots of freebies. Biscuits and Hot drinks and cold drinks and the Breakfast was to die for. Hazel is amazing as a host too. Anything we wanted she was there in a heartbeat. I even forgot my wedding ring and she has posted it back to my address and refused to let me pay for the privilege. A true star. A beautiful person and an exceptional property. Matthew & Claire

Charming little cottage located on one of the main streets in town, within walking distance to local shops and restaurants, with easy access and convenient parking. Our room was warm and cosy the bed was super comfortable and it had a beautiful view. We especially enjoyed the delicious, filling breakfast. Thank you for a short and sweet stay we only wish we could have stayed longer!

From arriving to check out, everything was perfect. Hazel and her daughter were the perfect hosts. The room was a fab size for a family of 3, the beds were super comfy, the shower was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. It's situated in the middle of everything with a short walk to restaurants and pubs and is a beautiful place to stay.
Nothing.. It was a fab stay.

Breakfast was exceptional- fresh and beautifully presented. Owners very friendly and accommodating. Very central location. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom had lots of storage space, unlike many B&Bs. Small folding tables a nice extra touch.
Room on the small side (no. 4), but we booked at short notice, so may have been last one available - some of the others looked a lot bigger. NB stairs are steep, which didn't bother us, but not so good if you have mobility issues
