After booking 5 nights was when checked reviews and saw horrible reviews that made me got scared and shortened it to just a night. I got there and was surprised it was nothing like what I read on review, room was very clean with clean towels, clean bedding and bathroom was clean and very okay. Staff on duty was very helpful and willing to help.

I was in a single room, the bed was abit uncomfortably as it was sinking abit, every other thing was okay.

Overall this was a very pleasant place to stay and one I would never think of booking, but would come back to now that I've stayed. The double room was large, spacious and the bathroom had a massive shower which was great.

The car park looks tired and weeds need clearing out, lamp lights need bulbs, a map of the area would be good with local amenities pointed out, a hairdryer.

The location was no easy to get to without a car as it is set in the middle of a housing estate and with no public transport easily accessible. The hotel is acceptable but not particularly modern, although the rooms were clesn and tidy and ensuite facilities.

I liked everything. I got in late, the room was clean, bathroom etc. It was home away from home. I cannot complain I totally enjoyed the experience. Perhaps to add to the experience a nice air freshener in the room will make the stay more beautiful.

I have no complaints at all. I hope I put the right faces, they aren't too clear.

You would need a car, tucked away location, about six miles to Gatwick Airport. only one pub close by, in the middle of a housing estate and Crawley town centre is a taxi ride away, BUT other than what I have said, very good value for money, rooms were clean and tidy and can't understand why some people have given a bad review, clean and tidy.

Not mad on the location

Beautiful hotel tucked away. staff were really friendly, helpful and professional. The bed was comfy and everything was super clean. Lovely mood lighting options, hot shower with soap, shampoo, conditioner ect. Tea & Coffee facilities were better than high end hotels with extra milk, sugar and free chocolate bars!

The car park could have done with a bit if a clear up, but it didn’t affect my stay. It just made me wonder if the inside of the hotel was going to be the same (which it wasn’t).

Only thin walls between rooms, noisy air extractor in bathroom, a climb to third floor - but I could live with these little niggles.

I booked and arrived late. The Lodge was easy to find. The check was quick and easy. My room was small but perfect everything I needed, quiet and clean plenty of tea/coffee. I walked to the town only 14mins, I will definitely book to stay again.

Arrived very late from Gatwick airport and a member of staff was there to greet me which was great.Room was very good and very comfy bed.

Nothing really.The only gripe was there was coffee making facilities with coffee and milk but no sugar.
