Small but perfectly formed! Last minute booking, travelling for work and stayed for one night. I would have no hesitation recommending this accomodation, it had everything needed for an extremely comfortable stay including a kitchenette, which I would have made use of properly had I stayed longer. Housekeeper was lovely and extremely helpful, bed very comfortable, great shower (always a plus for me!) great location as lots of restaurants and bars locally and only minutes from Eastbourne station. Wish there were more places that paid so much attention to detail for their patrons. Well done guys! I would definitely stay again.

Nothing negative to say about this property. Everything was well thought out and lots of care taken to provide a comfortable stay. Hosts have made lots of effort that is much appreciated.

The room is decorated so well and it was spotless. Very close to the station and easy to find on Google maps. The instructions were clear and we had no issues getting in to the building or room. Our hosts had even left a folder with all the information about the room and a few local recommendations. A bottle of water and tea, coffee, and biscuits were a nice touch too. They even had a complimentary toothbrush in the bathroom which came in handy! Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner were all there too. It was perfect for a night's stay. Check out was very easy and not early like some hotels. Would happily recommend it to others 😊

Bathroom is very small, if you are tall then you will struggle with moving around in the shower 😅 also sink is very low so washing face/brushing teeth was a bit of a struggle but we knew this and only were staying 1 night so we didn't mind! Also just a note, if you are sensitive to noise then bring ear plugs as it is on a main road - we only heard cars driving by which wasn't loud at all but might be something to keep in mind for light sleepers.

Very nice hotel, recently renovated so everything was brand new and very clean. Everything is very tastefully decorated and all the linen and towels are very soft. Staff was very friendly. Location is great, very close to town centre and train station station.

It was very noisy unfortunately. The windows looked quite new but they're doing a very poor job at noise cancellation. We had a room on the ground floor looking over the main road and we could hear every car passing by. It didn't help that there was a party next door one night. Another room might have been quieter.

Pretty clean , lovely furnishings, comfortable bed and nice decor. Good facilities in the kitchen with nice touches like water and tea coffee. A nice tidy building set to a good standard nice tidy space for a short stay. Good communication with arrival info.

Room wasn't ready until 415, then had to ask for bin liners in the kitchen bins and for towels for 3 but these were bought to us straight away as cleaners were still there Fridge and freezer didn't look like they'd been wiped out. It's hot up on the top floor a fan would have helped. The area is fairly noisy at night.

The place was equipped with everything that we needed. It is better than a hotel since it has a kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and utensils. I like how the room is decorated, and we booked the smallest room but the space was maximized for all the amenities needed for a stay. For those that are not too tall persons like us, the bed and the room size were more than enough. We requested for a late check-in which they accommodated without extra charge☺️ The location is located 3mins walk to the train station, and 15-20mins walk to the beach. We would highly recommend this place, especially if you are staying for more days and you are in a budget, as you can easily cook in the kitchen.

I have observed some minor issues for improvement, but overall it was excellent. The dropped light near the bed was too bright, I was hoping a lampshade would be better to ease myself before sleeping. Also the coffee machine has used pods left in it, and the waste bin in the toilet have some garbage left maybe from previous occupier or during cleaning.

Beautiful accommodation, exceeded expectations with little bonuses such as adopt a preloved cuddly toy, egyptian cotton towels & flannel, cosy dressing gown, free voss water, coffee pos & machone, biscuits, sweets...I could go on. Anna the Manager was a lovely host and greeted us. Info' folder with hotel guide/info', takeaway food, best restaurants etc. Well furnished and great layout considering size of rooms (kitchenette, ensuite, dble bed and desk). Lots of thought put into a lovely accommodation.

The issues, which shouldn't distract anyone booking were: room too hot, had to open the windows wide to circulate air...not a problem until you hear the traffic noise which doesn't abate. The bed was too soft for us, personal preference is for a firm bedding.

The room was nicely decorated, with some lovely 'boutique' touches such as slippers and bath robes. Coffee and tea making facilities was also provided with some snacks. The bed was also really comfortable. A lot of thought has gone into the room, with good placement and availability of charging facilities.

The room was a little on the small side, but this was as expected from the photos and it was perfectly fine for just the one night we were staying. We could also hear guests talking / moving around in other rooms but this did not bother us for just one night.

Beautifully decorated and lots of personal touches, to bring a feeling of luxury you don't often get. The hosts were really welcoming and accommodating. The ability to park is a definite plus and the location is fabulous. It's obvious the owners have put their heart and soul into making this a pleasurable experience for anyone staying there. Will definitely book here again.

The room was small especially the bathroom but it was only for one night so wasn't really an issue. If I had been staying for longer I'd have booked one of the larger rooms.

Really handy position, close to the centre. Useful to have parking. The place is done out in really good taste, with a kind of Scandi vibe. Very friendly and helpful welcome. Place is clean as a whistle.

The room was very small, which isn't necessarily a problem, but the bathroom sink was so tiny it was difficult to use without splashing water etc. The bed was also small (not sure it was normal double size). Some street noise outside. Noisy people upstairs in the middle of the night (but that's not the fault of the establishment!).

Location was great for the town, the railway station and the tennis. The room was tastefully done, calming and relaxing. Everything was high quality and felt like new.

For privacy you really had to keep the roller blinds down as quite close to street. Venetian blinds might be better to let light in. The fridge power lead kept trapping in the room door, a minor issue. The TV wasn’t connected to wifi nor guest Netflix but I did this myself with my own account. You just have to remember to log out when you use your own account!
