The location of the hotel is excellent in city centre and close to the train station. My room was big as well as the bathroom and were spotless clean. Shower was big and modern. The bed and the blankets were very comfy and bed sheets and pillows were very clean. Wi-fi was very good. The hot breakfast was excellent with lots of varieties. Check in and check out very simple. Staff including breakfast staff very friendly and helpful. Especially I would like to thank Robin at the reception. She was friendly and very welcoming. She also gave me information about train schedule for my onward journey. I’m very satisfied with my stay and highly recommend the hotel.

We were given an upgrade on arrival which was great. Lovely staff throughout. Room wasn't roasting - we find that in hotel rooms sometimes, so perfect for us and just turned up thermostat if cooler later in evening. And honestly could not hear a sound from outside, in central Glasgow! Lovely bar for a nightcap or earlier drink before heading out. Good, busy vibe on Saturday night.
The scrambled eggs at breakfast on second morning were rubbery and to me, pretty inedible. But they had been lovely and creamy the first morning. Either different cook or they were just having an off day. I didn't bother asking for more because there were lots of other non- egg options. Hotel staff work hard for little money so they don't need me moaning about trivial stuff.

The Address Glasgow was an excellent hotel, very clean @ definitely comfortable, the staff were amazing , from Management & down , they couldn’t do enough for you , to make your stay the best it could be , the hotel Manager she couldn’t do enough for me as I’m disabled , the room we had , was quite difficult for me to turn into with my mobility scooter , so she changed us to another accessible room that would be more beneficial for me to get in the door easier , and she gave us the side entrance to use for easy access , we had breakfast with our stay , and the manager there was the same very helpful and pleasant , he greeted everyone who came in and out & also helped with our breakfast , very kind too , we had a fantastic few days in this hotel , and would definitely stay here again , also I would recommend it to anyone friends & family , great job done The Address Hotel Glasgow , I also want to add this hotel is in the middle of everything , so close to shops , restaurants & bars , Thankyou for a lovely stay .
I couldn’t say a bad thing about the hotel , except , they couldn’t do enough install some ramps for disabled people to get in and out at front and toilet off the bar to enter , but nothing bad about this as there was access at the side door , just a suggestion .

The room was a good size and I had plenty of room to work from there. The bed was one of the most comfortable I have slept in, in a hotel and the pillow was perfect. There was an ironing board and a decent iron which I used. The breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of cooked foods, cereals or pastries. I only tried the cooked food and it was delicious. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the man overseeing the restaurant at breakfast time provided great customer services and obviously genuinely cared for the visitors.
It would have been so nice to have the option of a hot chocolate sachet to drink as not everyone drinks tea or coffee.

All The staff at the bar/restaurant, breakfast and reception are all really great, friendly and helpful. Location is really good for getting around and exploring Glasgow - close to shops on Buchanan Street, Central and Queen Square trains stations, lots of restaurants and sights. Restaurant was really useful to have available. Room was large, nicely decorated and had a great view
Because it's quite a large room it can take a little while to heat up nicely so maybe a little portable heater would be a good addition in winter. You could also have a little portable fan as well.

The staff were brilliant, very welcoming, the room was massive, very clean and comfortable, huge bed, hairdryer, coffee machine, water, iron, loved the sofa, and a good choice for breakfast, the guy who is in the breakfast room is very friendly and down to earth, and the bar area is also stunning. We didn’t eat there but the food looked amazing from what we saw. Location is great too.
I’d recommend that the shower door seal is cleaned, it was full on mould, which is an easy fix, it wasn’t nice to look at when you upgrade to a room with a bath to be looking at it, in such a nice room and that’s the only thing that let it down for me :)

The Address hotel is a first-class boutique hotel in the heart of Glasgow. The hotel has an attentive front desk staff that was one of the best we have encountered in Scotland, perhaps the best.
While the hotel has a back entrance that meets accessibility standards, it is a back entrance in a questionable alley. For handicapped people such as myself, there are many stairs in the lobby and to the room elevators. The owners need to find a fix so that guests in wheelchairs or with canes do not have to go down a dark back alley. The building is a refurbished insurance company. Accessibility should have been a concern during the renovation!

Excellent location in city the center of all shopping and food outlets all within walking distance. Staff in reception and restaurant all very friendly and helpful who were all happily responding to any assistance or service requests. Room is very clean, comfortable and contain all necessities.
Only few points worth mentioning firstly the breakfast is typical English breakfast ie, cereal toast beans meshed eggs and repeated every day. However staff very welcoming and doing their best to serve guests and would like to mention Ms Yara was very professional and willing to provide best service she can. Secondly hotel does not have car parking but the reception staff done excellent support to us to guide us to the nearest public paid parking. Thank you all.

A great hotel, right in the centre and very convenient for transport links and the central sights. Big rooms, really excellent and tasty traditional breakfast, a lovely bar/restaurant area with good food and drink, and very friendly staff. The gym is small but neat and tidy (and usually empty!). Double-glazed windows so not overly disturbed by the inevitable city-centre noise outside.
The mattress didn't have a mattress cover under the sheet which was a bit grim, although the bed was otherwise comfortable. No parking (not the hotel's fault given its location) but they have a discount agreement with a nearby Q Park (not sure how much this costs). Guests with accessibility issues should be aware that although there is a lift to all floors, there are a few small sets of stairs and doors to navigate on the ground floor before you get to the lift. The bar/restaurant area is clearly popular so don't be surprised to find an office away-day/seminar taking place there during the day.

All in all, we had a pleasant stay. Drinks in the bar were good and the room was comfortable and clean.
We hoped to use the wellness suite but we didn't get to as it was fully booked. It's not clear on the website that you have to book and the staff on reception didn't mention it either when checking in. When you click on the wellness section on the website and the book now tab is there, it's not for booking into the wellness suite it takes you to booking a room. It's worded on the website as though it's free to use and you can come and go as you please. Not ideal as that was one of the reasons we chose to stay at this particular hotel.
