I liked all the facilities in the room. There was everything you needed... . The hotel is very modern and I liked the colours in the room.. . Staff very helpful and friendly Easy access to shops and bars..

We were in a room for 4 adults.. The room was great but bed quilts were not big enough for the double beds. Definately need to review, size of bed quilts for these beds...

The very friendly staff. Before we even went through the door the concergie who was on his way home took my case into reception. Welcomed us and introduced us to the reception staff.! He had finished working for the day and could have just walked past us. Amazing customer service. Reception staff were always smiling, friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff too. My husband says the shower in our room was one of the best hotel showers he has been in for a long time. Very roomy. No banging elbows and decent pressure. Location was perfect for us too as we were visiting xmas markets and shopping. We have already recommended to our friends and family.

Can't think of anything. We had a drink in the bar which was well stocked and pleasant surroundings.

Location is very convenient to Central train station and the CBD. Staff are lovely, there was an IT outage when we arrived and reception couldn’t complete our check in, however they gave us drinks vouchers for the bar and then organised access our room. There was a fault with the fridge in the room and they arranged a replacement first thing the next morning

There was some noise from the hallway and adjoining rooms, the air conditioning was noise and difficult to regulate the temperature

I walked to the hotel from Glasgow Queen Street Station and was pleasantly surprised by how beautiful and welcoming the building itself looked. But from the moment I stepped in, I was met with again, the warmest of welcomes, genuine warmth and recognition by Erin and Felix. They spoke with me, not at me, checked me in smoothly and gave me a heap of information in a relaxed manner, I didn't feel bombarded, I felt relaxed too. Then, when I found my room and walked in, just wow, the decor, the furnishings, the facilities, down to the refreshments, top class and again, my favourite word for this stay and experience, comfortable with comfort beyond comfort. Also, later in the evening when I went out I met Colm the Duty Manager, lovely again and attentive as per his colleagues. l would also like to mention Ivana, who greeted me when I came back from my day out last night and helped check me out today. Once again, a lovely warm and engaging person, just like Erin, Felix and Colm. Thank you all.

Absolutely nothing, just wish I could have stayed a further night.

The Hotel Indigo in Glasgow was perfectly situated for us. The express bus from Glasgow airport dropped us off a block from the hotel and navigating our way from the hotel to the city entre was very easy. The front desk concierge was so helpful and gave us great tips on taking in the many sites of Glasgow. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The Sunday breakfast was well stocked with a variety of cereals, fresh fruit, yogurt, espresso machine coffee, fruit juices and cold meats and cheeses. On Monday we also had a hot breakfast of poached eggs and avocado toast.

Nothing we could think of.

The hotel is well-placed in the city, being close to the central railway station and the motorway, depending on how you are travelling. Our three night stay was marked by being in a hotel with a classy feel, big rooms with plenty of space and helpful, friendly staff in all areas. A number of the places that we wanted to see in Glasgow were within easy walking distance, but others were a short taxi ride away. There is a lot to be positive about at the Indigo, and nothing to find fault with.

Having stayed in many branded hotels around the world, I can say that the Indigo holds its own with most. A minor criticism is the hotel advertises that parking is available, when it is not on site. However, the Indigo has a reduced rate arrangement with the Q-Park which is immediately adjacent and this was convenient for us.

Good location just outside city centre in financial district. Less than 10 minutes to argyle street and st Enoch subway station. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and easy set up. Be down before 9 as busier after 9.

Some areas of dust collection especially on top of toilet roll holder and lip of shower. Attention to detail with housekeeping in some places could have been higher. Single duvet instead of double on double bed first night meant and night of fighting with my daughter for covers, this was quickly rectified the next morning when speaking with reception. Cleaner 2nd day much more thorough then 1st day for refreshing and maintaining room. Things like bath mat removed but not replaced first day but replaced second. Sausages were ok but slightly undercooked for me and I prefer butcher sausages.

I have stayed in quite a few IHG hotels and all have been fantastic but this is the next level!! From check-in to check-out it was absolutely amazing. Ivana on reception is one of the nicest, professional and friendly ladies I have ever met and she is worth her weight in gold. The bedroom and bathroom were spotless and the overall decor was stunning. Breakfast was fantastic with plenty of choice on the continental front and then your choice from the menu was also included and the food was hot, delicious and in plentiful. This is the only hotel I’d now stay at in Glasgow.

The reception staff were exceptional, the bar area was very comfortable and the cocktails were great. The rooms are large and have a comfortable chair and footstool as well as a desk and chair. The bed was huge and comfortable. Lovely bathroom with excellent shower.

I only drink decaf coffee and pleased that sachets of instant decaf were provided in the room. I was though very disappointed to find when I asked for a decaf coffee at breakfast that there was only instant Nescafe provided. and hot water to make it with. It is 2024 and everywhere else I have travelled for years have been able to provide decent decaf coffee for breakfast. It is my only complaint - everything else was good.

The room is comfortable and offers a work space. Its rather small but offers everything needed. The minibar is equipped with two bottles of water and two chocolate bars, good for the first night to bridge the time until breakfast. The breakfast offers a lot of choices including freshly prepared egss in different variations. The real plus of the hotel is the friendly and helpful staff. Here I want to point out in particular Ivana at the reception who takes care to serve guest in the best way possible. The gym was open all days of my stay and is well equipped. Near by in walking distance is a Tesco Express to buy things of the daily needs. The parking for hotel guests is possible in the public parking just across the road and can be paid at reception.

The temperature in the room and in the lobby was a bit cool, which I prefer anyway but other may not like this so much. In the lobby electric heaters were placed to cope with the situation. Not a big deal and managed appropriately by the hotel staff.
