Absolutely fantastic room clean and comfortable bed brilliant Great location in center of the town they hotel was fantastic so oldy worldly loved 🥰 it sitting on the the balcony in the sunshine with a perfect full English breakfast looking over the harbour in the sunshine what more can you ask for!! Later in the afternoon sat in the sunshine with a pint 🍺 or two!! 😂

Nothing everything was perfect

Very clean & welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Checking in was just along the road as was breakfast & evening meal. The staff there were very nice & helpful & the food was very good.

The kettle wasn’t working but there was milk teabags etc there

The breakfast was simple but still very tasty. I did wish it was available till 11 or 12 though, rather than 10

The water for the bath was extremely hot as soon as it came out of the tap which I felt was a bit dangerous and the shower was slightly complicated to use with how it was set up.

Better than it looks, both on the internet and externally. An annexe to Royal Britannia hotel but it is only seventy yards. Has been modernised in recent years.

Breakfast good but arrangements for it pretty basic.

The surprise element! I read some reviews prior and booked purely on location for the one night. The location was perfect with all amenities surrounding you and within a few minutes walk. Check in was swift with a ID check being done on my bank card (not driving license as stated in other reviews). We got a free up grade which was a nice touch. The apartment style block in which the hotel is based was easy find, easy to access with a swift, modern lift within. The room was clean, and for the money, a good size with a modern bath and over head shower. The new smart TV included all the apps (Netflix etc). The bed was comfortable. The room was hot (as we where on the third floor and it was 25 degrees outside) but a fan was provided. Again, well though of. Check out was quick, just pop the card in the box by the main door and off you go. All in all a very good stay and would recommend if staying for a night or two.

The front door as you enter maybe needs a bit of TLC for first impressions. But that's being hyper critical.

The location was amazing! Easy check in, friendly staff, nice big bed that was surprisingly comfortable, great for people watching!

The only thing I would of changed would Of been to have an outdoor space like a balcony.

Great location, very clean , large room, impeccable bathroom, new furniture, good bed, clean sheets and towels, big TV with all the programs, good wi-fi

It smelled funny in the hallways, I guess from the chemicals used for cleaning, but it didn't affect the room

Location was perfect. Room was clean and modern and bigger than expected. Bathroom was nice and clean and building felt safe and secure. Check in over the road was weird but niceness of room made up for it. Breakfast next day was also over the road and was fine but there are also plenty of places to eat locally.

Sea view would have been nice.

Excellent location for the harbour and a boat trip to Lundy. Some great pubs and restaurants within yards of the hotel

Doesn’t have it’s own car park instead it’s a pay and display public car park a few minutes away . It was ok for us in April but I’d imagine it gets very busy in the summer months

The breakfast was superb. The staff were really friendly. The check out system was exceptionally easy

It was a bit confusing to check in at one hotel and stay in a different one but the process was explained by the staff and it worked out well, The lack of a good view from the room was a bit disappointing.
