Staff were very friendly and accommodating, our dog was made welcome. We only had dinner on one night, very disappointed that there was only one vegetarian option, it’s nice to have a choice for dinner. Breakfast was very good with lot of options.

The parking was at times a nightmare due to the businesses of the pub and no allocated parking for our accommodation. We have a blue badge and there is only one spot available which was always taken by someone without a blue badge!

The property was beautifully presented, decor was rustic & lovely. Room (Hide out) was extremely clean. Breakfast was super too. Some wonder Battenberg cakes, doughy cookies & two Gin Trap gins & fevertree tonics that were all complementary, and left for me to enjoy. A personalised welcome letter was a lovely touch too. There was even a multi phone charger in the drawer in just in case you forget yours!

There wasn’t anything to not like. If I had to pick one thing and it’s tiny, as the bar was happy to give me some! They have a cafetière in the room but unfortunately no ground coffee provided only instant. Which I am not a fan of!! I did wonder around to the bar who were more than happy to provide me with some. I did let reception the morning I left & she was most apologetic.

Dinner - whether in the dining room or bar was excellent. Imaginative and very tasty (e.g. fresh crab ravioli, lobster and a prawn bisque with baby spinnage leaves) . Similarly for the breakfast. Great room. Very friendly and obliging owner with polite, well trained and efficient staff.

An old ancient building so no surprise the stairs were more than a little difficult to negotiate, especially with any luggage, though on arrival we were offered help to movie (we are in our 70s). We stayed 5 nights. More than that would have been difficult to choose from the dinner and breakfast options. However, I doubt one would stay in a place like this for more than 5 nights

The stables where I stayed was so lovely. Beautifully and sympathetically done to give the feel of the original stables yet have a modern feel in the bedroom and ensuing area upstairs. A very comfortable place to come back and relax in after a long weary day of activities. A really kind welcome package of gin and little cakes was much appreciated. The staff were extremely welcoming, polite and accommodating.

There was very little not to like. If I was to be picky though, there was a slight small of drains from the upstate en suite but it would by no means deter me. It is a period property and they are not straightforward to convert. Every property cannot be 100% perfect.

Excellent breakfast with options not often offered.Real tea leaves in a pot.More than enough with starters and toast. Cheerey service too! Kind welcome drinks and cake etc The room was clean and comfortable.Beds very comfy.Pub attractive and bar area nice and Old world.Car park for residents a great idea.

Banged my head three times on the low door to the Bathroom.Would help if the door frame was a different colour to the walls so you could see it better.Coffee pot held only one cup and the excellent real coffee in the envelope was for two- so my coffee was accidentally super strong!

Lovely rural setting in a quiet village. Easy to find as only a short drive away from the main A149 road. Great location for visiting sights in the area. We stayed as we were visiting the Sandringham flower show, which was just a short drive away. We stayed in the “Bloom” twin room which was in the main inn building (there are also separate cottages on site). It was cosy with nice decor and immaculately clean. Really comfortable bed with quality linens and pillows. Nice bathroom with quality toiletries and bathrobes. Tea & Coffee making facilities in the room with lovely touches such as cake, cookies and Gin and Tonic in the room for us on arrival. Stylish decor inside the Inn and the breakfast area and outside eating/garden area are really nice. In the evening, we had some really tasty food from the bar menu and ate outside. The breakfast was superb. Fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals and juices were available to help yourself. Tea/coffee and hot breakfast orders were taken and served at your table. Great choice of quality dishes; Full English, waffles, smoked salmon and scrambled eggs, eggs benedict. Gluten free options Great communications, all pre-arrival queries answered promptly. One of my group required gluten free food options, which was noted. Gluten free cake and menus were ready for us on arrival. All staff (waiting/bar staff and reception) were very friendly, professional and enthusiastic.

Nothing really

Peaceful and relaxing location tucked away from the Norfolk coast The variety of rooms here means you can always find something suitable; we stayed in the Brewhouse which was sizeable enough for 2 adults and had the added extras of a small kitchen (fridge, oven, hob and a washing machine!) The staff were superb - friendly, good sense of humour and just spot on in terms of service delivery As for the food - wow! No wonder they've received an AA 3 Rosette award. Stunning food, beautiful presentation and although it doesn't look a lot on each plate, it soon fills you up. Loved the welcome tray with 2 G&Ts, homemade strawberry shortcakes and some biscotti

The Brewhouse doesn't have a lot of clothes storage space, we slept in the downstairs bedroom and used upstairs for our luggage and clothes. The downstairs bathroom is the only one with a shower and is quite small.....again nowhere to hang your towels. No private outdoor seating area unlike the other rooms along that line of cottages Too many cushions for my liking too, so many you couldn't sit on the sofas downstairs so I had to move them all upstairs out the way Also if you're allergic to dog hair this isn't the place for you - dog hairs everywhere

We enjoyed the added extras, cake and biscuits, special coffee, teas, and water. Lovely bedding and dressing gowns etc. although had to throw 6 cushions on to landing as 4 pillows are quite sufficient in our opinion. The torch, dog bowl, gin and tonics, we did not use, but thought the extra cable leads for wi fi and shavers was a great idea.

The only down-side was not being able to open windows, ( these could be changed to opening velux windows) as we found the stuffiness uncomfortable and the night we stayed wasn't a warm evening, so thought in a heat wave the heat would be unbearable. Also any man, taller than 5ft 5in would be challenged standing at the toilet, due to sloping roof. Although the cooked breakfast was bordering on Nouvell Cuisine, portions, we found it tasty and the choice of fresh fruit, yoghurts and cereals were plentiful.

Room was comfortable. Liked the complimentary gin and tonic, carrot cake and cookies left in room on arrival. Tea and coffee making facilities in room. Food was excellent although a limited menu for dinner on some evenings. Breakfast was super with both hot and cold selections, everything very fresh. Would definitely stay here again.

Wheelchair accessibility with the gravel and the small step into the bar/restaurant area was more difficult than expected. It would be unsuitable for some wheelchair users in view of this.

room and bathroom was very comfortable and generous size. bed very comfortable, loved the complimentary gin and tonics, freshly made cakes and biscotti - a nice touch

we went down for bar food on the 2nd night at 7.20 to be told they had decided to stop offering food as they had a lot of customers earlier (it was supposed to be until 8 pm and had been the previous night) so no warning given that this might happen and as a result we had to drive out and find a restaurant / pub at the last minute. That was a pity and did effect our evening
