We arrived early and one of the apartments was ready. The lady on reception was really helpful and checked us in so we could do some work in the apartment that was ready. She also checked us into the second apartment so that we could access it at 2pm without needing to come back to reception. The location was brilliant for all that we wanted to do in Leeds. The apartment was fantastic, very well equipped and comfortable. The little extras, milk, muffins, butter and jam plus tea/coffee were nice touches. We will definitely consider staying again.

This is my second stay at Quebecs apartments, the first time was a romantic stay with the hubby and this time was a birthday girls weekend. The apartments were absolutely perfect for both! Each of the apartments were absolutely stunning, all high quality and extremely clean and tidy. We arrived just after 11am, were able to collect our key straight away and leave out bags with reception, when we came back to check in our bags had been dropped to our room awaiting our arrival. The communal areas are just as clean and beautiful as the apartments and the staff are all extremely helpful and welcoming.

Friendly and helpful staff, good location, spacious apartment. Air conditioned. There was a lift which was really helpful with luggage. It's a little slow but works fine. I struggle with light sensitivity so the dimmer switches in the lounge and bedroom were a lovely touch. Lovely big windows meant a nice view of City Square. I had trouble working the shower. A lovely staff member came up and was able to help without needing maintenance staff. The blackout curtains were really helpful. I loved the art work/canvases of places in Leeds. That plus the decorative flowers gave a homie feeling.

The fire alarm went off both days due to the restaurant located underneath the apartments. It was somewhat anxiety provoking as I hadn't been warned this would happen. Reception staff did apologise for this though on the first instance and informed me of the restaurant proximity impacting the alarm.

Very spacious property, beautifully decorated, very central - right next to the station. The kitchen / living area was very well equipped, some basic complimentary breakfast items were included which was a nice touch. Plenty of space for working / charging points etc as a solo traveller. I booked last minute and was given a huge apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms for a very reasonable price, aven though I was travelling alone - it could have comfortably accommodated a family or two couples. I would absolutely stay here again.

The building is wonderful and located very centrally in Leeds. The apartment was excellent and had all the facilities I needed. It was extremely comfortable.

One issue was the bedside lights. There was only a switch on one side of the bed and it was very high up so you needed to get out of bed to switch the light off. It was irritating rather than a major issue but a strange one that could have been avoided. It would have been nice to have had a coffee machine too in the kitchen but again it is a minor point.

Great location. While in a busy area and above a popular bar, you can only slightly hear in the living room. The bedroom upstairs is completely quiet. Love the dark blackout curtains in the bedroom for sleeping in. The first night, the A/C didn’t work, but they promptly addressed the issue.

There was no flat sheet - just one heavy comforter so we had to turn down the air to a lower temperature to sleep comfortably

Ideal for getting to know Leeds city , which is a beautiful city and place . From this apartment we had a good walk round , the corn 🌽 exchange is an amazing place to look at and grab a coffee & beef pastrami bagel 🥯, Fantastic 😉. Also all of their indoor markets of yesteryear are well worth a visit. The Staff were very polite & kind

Having to get up and go back to Reading ! 😂 seriously though the only thing we found stressful was finding our car park in center because of all the roadworks etc in readiness for pedestrianization . Went round the houses a couple of times 😬 , but once parked up all good 👍

Loved Loved Loved the space, so relaxing why would anyone want to stay in a hotel room when you can have an entire apartment for the same money.. clean,well equipped, no noise perfect.

The £150 holding fee....I get people ruin things, steal things but this does not apply to everyone. We left the apartment as we found it. I don't agree with that. Fire alarm outside the bathroom door....no deodorant or steam otherwise this will go off and did ,very loud . This needs moving elsewhere in the apartment We could here the bottle bins being emptied at 4.30am we were 3 floors up and it was very loud.. .fortunately the bed is so comfortable that we drifted back to sleep 😴

The bedrooms were extremely hot and the air con didn’t seem to work well. I didn’t like not being able to open any of the windows, which were also very badly in need of a clean, particularly in the living room. By contrast the living room was freezing. I was woken at 6am by small children in the next apartment running around and screaming, which wasn’t great either. Noise really seemed to carry badly.

The apartments are steps away from the train station, you have lots of places to eat, drink and shop on your doorstep. The apartment building is beautiful, the communal areas are clean and well decorated. The apartment is spotlessly clean, well decorated and the welcome basket is a nice touch. The noise from the street outside was minimal and once the aircon/fan is on- non-existent. The beds are really comfortable and the individual aircon is great for the warmer days. We sat and people watched for well over an hour. The shower room and toiletries are high end and the towels are fluffy and plentiful. Staff on the desk are polite and helpful, check in and out was swift and pleasant. All in all a very good stay.

There were a few very minor things that could be improved- cracked tiles on bathroom floor should be replaced. The ipod docking station and playstation 2 are now very outdated technology so perhaps updating them would be good. A pair of scissors in the utensils would have been useful too. These things didn't take away from our stay.
