The room was big, bed very comfortable and very clean!

Not much lighting in the room; used my phone torch in the morning as the vanity hadn’t any lighting which was odd. They don’t tell you when you check in, the building they are located in will all close and no heads up to where the main entrance was. We called and no one answered for a while. No signage or heads up that you use your room key to use the lift. These things can easily be fixed if we were given any information upon check in.

Have stayed at the Radisson in Leeds several times over the past 3 years and I always come back as the hotel it clean, the staff are friendly and as a woman travelling alone I feel safe. I booked 3 rooms for this stay as we were in Leeds for my daughter’s graduation.

The room my husband and I stayed in , room 227 had poor lighting, the shower did not work well - the water continued to gush from the bath tap even through we had switched to shower mode, the light above the kettle do not work, there was no ITV 3 on the TV and the bathroom was clearly designed for disabled quests. Nothing major, it would not put me off staying here again but this room was not up to the usual standard of room I normally get, which was a shame as it was my husband’s first visit.

Nice friendly reception and we were able to leave our case there earlier before check in The bed was very nice and comfortable I also liked the bathroom toiletries (we were travelling light so didn’t bring as much as normal ) The hotel is so close to everything we needed to go to, eg the theatre and shops and only a short walk from the train station.

The room could have been a bit smarter. For the price I was expecting a bit ‘posher’ eg walls needs painting also breakfast wasn’t included which we didn’t mind that much, but for the price it could have been included. The coffee in the room wasn’t very nice Also we had to evacuate late on the night when we were in bed due to fire alarm going off which was annoying although there was nothing anyone could do about this

This was a fantastic stay from beginning to end. The location is superb - an easy walk from the train station and right in the heart of Leeds. The facilities are very comfortable, and I had a very restful night's sleep in a quiet and peaceful hotel. What was absolutely standout, however, was the hotel's amazing response after I left and foolishly forgot a favourite piece of clothing in a cupboard. After I contacted the hotel, the Receptionist called Oana followed up swiftly with housekeeping and they located the missing item in the cupboard. She then packed the item for me and kept me informed by email once the Post Office had collected the package from reception. It arrived safely today. I was bowled over by how helpful Oana was - she deserves a raise! - and I will certainly stay in the Radisson Blu again next time I'm in Leeds. It's really heartening to have had an experience like this when it would have been so easy for the hotel staff not to bother.

Nothing!

Picked location as wanted to be in city centre. Staff were excellent on check in Oana and Jake were very welcoming and friendly , amade us feel relaxed and at ease after a long journey. Oana dealt with our check in and as we were early she booked us in and actually gave us an upgrade to a superior room which was lovely of her. Lovely room, lovely comfortable bed & pillows, great shower and large towels. There was not mini bar but tea and coffee facilities but no biscuits 🍪 nice to have an ice machine by the lifts too.

Nothing other than a very limited refreshment tray and no mini bar.

Location was perfect, short distance to train station, city centre and arena. Reception staff were super. Air con in the room was the best part of the trip given the heat outside. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the black out curtains for lie in next morning.

Bar staff seemed very young and inexperienced and gave some misinformation about being able to eat food outside, even sat us down and took order only to return and tell us we couldn't eat outside. We then felt obliged to still get the drinks we ordered and then didnt have much time to go find somewhere else for food before concert. Stopped selling cocktails at 11 for some reason even though bar was heaving however, my bank balance appreciated this, as you may need to remortgage your house to afford a few rounds of drink at hotel bar.

Room was spacious and clean with good facilities. excellent bathroom with bath as well as a shower. decent enough self serve breakfast and drinks. Good location near to shops and restaurants. good bar/restaurant, food was ok. very helpful staff on reception to help mediate with QPark car parking issues

i had difficulty controlling the room temperature from the wall thermostat which seemed to permanently read 21.6 degrees whatever I did. Being warm air heating the noise of the blower disturbed my sleep so had to be switched pff. i think it would take a stay of several days to work out the idiosyncrasies of that. No serving staff at breakfast even to bring your first drink. i booked the hotel on the basis of having nearby parking and EV charging facilities but the car park is underground QPark at a discounted rate of £18 per 24 hours and their EV chargers didn't work because they are underground and out of WiFi range.

Excellent hotel in a great location for the daytime and evening with lots of shops, bars, restaurants within a two/three minute walk. Great rooms, with really comfy bed and facilities. Parking is also on site below the hotel and is discounted from the usual rates for guests staying at this hotel

We booked a king size room and when we arrived we were given a twin room. We went to speak to reception and as a result of the room we were given, the hotel offered us a free upgrade to a Junior Suite. The hotel did not need to offer this (we didnt expect them to do it), as we would have been more than happy with a room with a king size bed. So not necessarily something we didnt like at all...something that the hotel went above and beyond to do for us given their mistake.

Great location. Very friendly staff, especially the room cleaners. The hotel smells so nice. Lots of eating and coffee places nearby. Not far from the shopping area and bars..

The bed was very hard, and the pillows were really uncomfortable. The fire alarm went off. A member of staff passed us heading where the fire exit lights told us to go, but didn't say to us that that exit wasn't in use. We then had to go back, where the member of staff passed us again without saying a thing. People were heading down the stairs and some back to their room.

Loved the room and my birthday package

The shower was unusable as the shower head was too chunky kept lowering from the bracket. There was no shower height one in the bath to shower. Really disappointed for a superior room not to have a coffee machine just a kettle. We arrived at the hotel for 2-30, one of the polite staff spoke to his colleague then his manager who said the room was not ready. Why three people to make a decision shocking. One of the lifts broke down and there was damage to one of the units was damaged chipped.
