Great Location - Managed to get access 4 hours before check in which was amazing seeing as i had a 9 year old in tow Lady at reception was lovely and very welcoming ( pretty to boot as well haha) The apartment was exceptional and really spacious - great views and clean as a whistle Location just 2 mins walk from the Albert Dock an dbeing able to park outside was incredible will 100 per cent stay again

Stayed at these apartments for 1 night just as we were there for a football match. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived but the receptionist said she would ring us when it was to save us walking back again. 15/20mins later she rang us with an upgraded room on the 6th floor. Was absolutely beautiful. Would have loved to have had more time to spend in apartment but was only a whirlwind visit. Great views , friendly receptionist ( a lovely young girl can't remember her name ) and handy to the town. Great value for money, would Def book again.

It is at the dockside , so if you have walking difficulties it's not for you as it is a good 10min walk to the town , 20min to Liverpool one. Only £5 in a taxi though which we got late at night.

The hotel was clean. It is new, so the amenities are in a very good state. The location is perfect. Close to all the attractions a tourist like me and my husband would love to engage in. Staff were friendly and helpful. The kitchen was very good. I loved it!! View was lovely, overlooking the lake/river. It was nice of the hotel to upgrade us to two room apartment... though I would not have minded or even preferred my original booking if it had a bigger bed. The beds in the rooms we were given are double and not large double or queen, so it might be small for two big sized couple. The walk-in shower is good. I loved that as well. The towels are good sized towels. There is hair dryer in the room. We didn't have hangers in our wardrobe, we were given when we asked. Because it is new and still being built, some things may be missing, but hotel staff are friendly and always willing to help, so just ask for anything that may be missing in your room.

We were not aware that breakfast was grab and go, we would have been mental prepared. So our breakfast was typically the same packed croissant, jam, juice, apple everyday for the 3 nights, 4 days we stayed. Wifi wasn't very good, especially the Friday and Saturday of our stay. We ended up using our mobile hotspot. The space in the bedroom was quite crampy. No walking space between the bed and the wardrobe in our second room. I have stayed in hotels with more comfortable beds.

I liked how friendly the reception staff were when we arrived and how helpful they were. They directed us to our room and gave us great recommendations on local places to go. That first impression set the tone for the rest of our stay and is why we will be staying again at Dockside aparthotel. Clean, warm, and modern. Ticked all our boxes and exceeded our expectations in what to expect. This hotel deserves more great reviews with how well they're doing. Cant fault them whatsoever. Parking is excellent with a local dockside car park within walking distance and is cheap for 24 hour parking considering its city centre liverpool!! I'll be recommending this apartment/Hotel to all my friends & family visiting Liverpool moving forward.

There were no issues whatsoever for any of us staying

Stayed here when we went to see Matt Rife at the M & S Arena which is literally a 2 minute walk away. Apartments are so nice! Beds were really comfy and had a kitchen/diner with fridge and a sitting room with sofa. Very spaciuous accommodation. Just note that these are self catering as there's no bar or restaurant attached to them but the busy dock is a couple minutes walk away!

Unfortunately while we were there the fire alarms kept going off which spoilt it a little as was during the following morning but it was a fault they were working on sorting out- just one of those things!

The location is perfect - in such cases it is usually said that "close to everything": everything is within a kilometer radius. The most important thing is that the bus stop is 5-7 minutes away on foot or the entire bus station is 15-20 minutes away on foot in the other direction. The place is quiet both day and night. It must be very beautiful in the summer and a good walk along the river.

Breakfast has to be picked up and is always the same. It doesn't bother. However, I had not experienced this format before and thought that the "apartment hotel" had a typical breakfast area anyway. This is not the case. You have to pick up breakfast at the reception and take it to the apartment in a basket.

The apartment was easy to find Great location,it was spacious and very clean Lovely view of Wapping dock The staff were friendly and helpful Overall good value for money and a pleasant stay

I booked the two double bedroom,the apartment was a double and two single beds There were missing bowls and cutlery and no dishwasher,dish drainer or tea towel,eventually a member of staff left us a small hand towel as a substitute The bed I slept in had an awful mattress,I could feel every spring and had poor sleep The outside area and reception were a bit grim but I know they are changing that in the future

The breakfast is a simple take away buffet type to take back to the room. I would recommend going into Liverpool 1 or local cafe if you dont want to make in the apartment. The hotel is well placed for the Beatles and maritime museums. The Cavern is 10 mins walk. You could jump on the ferry across the mersey just to see the city from the river. The views from the hotel window were amazing . Sunset and sunrise over one of the most beautiful cities in the world.

The liverpool city council needs to get their act together. Stop destroying the historic heritage of the city. Losing world heritage status was disgraceful and irresponsible. The litter in some inner city streets is not acceptable. Like NewYork you need to keep the city safe and clean.... it's not much to ask for. Liverpool deserves better.

You could not ask for more off the property. Build in a quiet area with little to no noise. The rooms were immaculate and the price was amazing for what we received. Upgraded us for free when we checked in and received a much bigger apartment than booked. Views were amazing of the docks and the staff were always there to help if we needed anything. Absolutely amazing establishment and will definitely be returning x

The only thing was another person who was staying at the time was clearly smoking something they shouldn’t of been and the smell lingered in the lift for the whole stay but that was the only bad thing about the whole experience.
