Lovely room, it was so quiet we didn't hear any noise from the hotel or from the pub over the road. Very pleasant and cheerful staff. Not too far to walk into the centre of town and the Albert Dock. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, comfortable bed and mostly friendly staff.

We paid for bed and breakfast, however, on the first morning we were told the chef had not come in and he was the only person who could cook eggs! As most of the options included eggs we had the full English without. Not really a major issue as the rest of the meal was lovely and well cooked, washed down with a coffee and fresh orange juice. On the second morning no egg trained chef again, we had the full English again but it was barely edible, with one less sausage than the day before and almost cold. When we asked the rather abrupt server for coffee and orange juice again, only the coffee arrived and when I asked again we were informed we were only allowed 1 drink and if we wanted anymore we would be charged for it! Not very fair after the egg issue.

It ticked all the right boxes ; I was attending the BRILLIANT Festival at the Exhibition Centre and was looking for a place to stay that was competitively priced, but equally important was within walking distance of both the nearest Train Station and also the ACC Great location, lovely and helpful staff , spacious room, loved the decor/ theme of the Hotel. * I would definitely be back and have no hesitation in recommending the Hotel to others Guy on reception was fab and we will be back soon. * If not already in place, I would love to be able to find out more about the back-story of the decor inside the individual rooms. I've seen the Hotel has 47 rooms, I believe that it would be interesting and beneficial to showcase the individualities of the rooms, that's if each one has totally different sets of pictures on the walls etc.

I wasn't able to check in when I first arrived as there wasn't anyone at the reception desk or in the reception area. "My bad", I didn't venture too far away from this area to search for a member of staff at the time. This was only a small issue though as I spotted a route to the adjoining pub, "The Duck & Swagger " and made my way to pub. I enjoyed a pint of Guinness and some excellent company before making my way back to the Hotel reception to check-in later.

Very ideal location where I needed to go. Room was nice with a fridge included. Room temperature was perfect and no noise from the room itself. Staff were incredibly friendly. Security deposit was very reasonable. Curtains were perfect for keeping outside light entering the room. Couldn't hear traffic noise when trying to sleep. Would recommend again.

Sadly the lift wasn't working on this occasion but they did apologise about this and offer to help carry any heavy luggage up the stairs. Checked the windows were shut yet could still hear people talking loudly when they were drunk whether it was inside or outside the hotel, no fault of the staff on this and for light sleepers such as myself, do invest in a Bluetooth Sleep Mask which helped reduce the noise some people were making.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a 10 minute walk to the Town Centre and centrally located to all the local attractions. We attended an event at Hangar 34 that was located a mere 5 minute walk from the hotel. All the staff are really welcoming, polite and friendly. The hotel is very modern and our room was exceptionally well presented, clean and tiny. We had breakfast at te hotel that was booked ahead of our visit. You have a choice of anything from the breakfast menu together with a hot or cold drink. Local bars are accessible in the area and both McDonalds and KFC are located a mere 2 minute walk away down the side of the hotel. I do not generally write reviews but felt that our experience of the hotel during our stay was certainly worth a positive recommendation. I would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for the positive experience we had during our stay.

Location was great for a stay near to where our daughter lives; about a 20 minute walk to the train stations and the Royal Albert docks area on the waterfront. A fun, quirky hotel with really nice staff and a delicious breakfast. Bed was firm and very comfortable for us. Streets outside windows were very quiet during the weeknight that we were there. Large bathroom. Has USB plugs next to bed for charging electronics. Worked great for our needs.

Room was quite warm when we arrived, but staff quickly brought us a fan and helped us get window open to help cool things down (we prefer a cool room). Thanks Danny.

Loved the quirky decor and the front of house staff were excellent. It was my daughter’s 21st birthday and I’d organised a surprise party for her. We decorated a couple of the booths in the dining room with balloons and banners and when my daughter arrived they played ‘happy birthday’ through the stereo speakers to set the scene - great personal touch! Breakfast was decent with good choice. Hotel is about a 20 minute walk into the centre of town so beware if you want something closer to all the action.

We booked a ‘snug’ room which was just too small so if I was staying again I would definitely book a roomy room. However the decor of all the rooms was fantastic!

We had booked the room a long time before our arrival but were very pleasantly surprised to be offered a better room as the pricing structure had changed and we were provided with a bigger, better room. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean & tidy and had everything we needed for the stay. We had doubts following some reviews we read just before our travel but the room was very comfortable, it was lovely & warm and quirky with the sink in the main room rather than the bathroom - that didnt detract from the stay or our comfort in any way.

Nothing, it was all very charming and nothing to note that was a negative.

A well decorated and modern hotel in the centre of the Baltic triangle. Walking distance to Albert Dock. The Room was tastefully done with 90s themed decor. Clean and modern with a cute amplifier/ speaker styled fridge. Tea/coffee provided in the room. Staff were very friendly and attentive. A decent restaurant serving breakfast for all palates. And a decent pub next door. All in all a very good hotel right in the centre of Liverpool and near to where we wanted to go.

Maybe a couple of hooks in the very stylish and modern bathroom as there were 2 of us, so the radiator wasn’t enough.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Everything was done with a smile! The room exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, had a lot of space, really comfy bed, tea, coffee and biscuits, mini fridge, gorgeous bathroom with great shower and generally high quality furnishings. It was also really quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was good value and served to order, which we like. Not gourmet style but definitely tasty. We'll be happy to return!

On arrival we felt the reception area looked a bit basic and even slightly grubby. The breakfast area just off the reception was also a bit worn looking. Could benefit from some general refurbishment as it doesn't give a great first impression and certainly doesn't reflect the standard of the lovely room we had.
