First impression of hotel was so clean on outside with lovely hidden front garden. Inside .greeted at reception by a very friendly team . Shown to a nice quiet room on 1st floor . Room was very clean and spacious with lots of little welcome packs in room and bathroom. Down stairs in lounge and bar areas were countless sofas and chairs in all materials and so comfortable. As a lone traveller I found the bar and front of house staff very friendly ,always willing to chat to anybody sitting alone . Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Definitely stay there again
Only breakfast served so no meals in the evening but the staff were very helpful pointing out the nearest and best places to eat

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this quaint Hotel at the last minute while visiting the area. First and foremost, the staff at the hotel could not be more helpful and accommodating. They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, making us feel right at home. Their hospitality is definitely a highlight of this hotel! The hotel is charming and inviting. The reception area is bright and cheerful, creating a lovely atmosphere. We particularly liked the cozy common areas and bar which were perfect for relaxing or chatting with fellow guests only we wish we had more time to enjoy it. We found the overall room to be clean, comfy and cozy but we would love to see a bit more variety with the room facilities, tea but no coffee or milk but this was minor

Good location, nice building, good interior design, friendly staff, working heating!! They turn the heating on before you enter your room! And there is a warm warning in the room telling you not to feed the seagull, quite interesting.
The staff might be a bit slow showing up at the front desk when checking in, not a big problem but it might be a bit annoying when you in a rush leaving. Wifi signal is not really good sometimes.

Beach on your doorstep, great views, shops & pubs & places to eat close by, train station close by.
The locality to the shops restaurants bars, even superstores around the corner, m&s ASDA, McDonald's, jd sports, the list goes on, the pier is a loverly 10min walk, if your lucky the band could be playing at the bandstand on the prom, which I had the opportunity to sit and listen to.

The staff were so friendly and attentive. From the moment we checked in until the moment we left they looked after us and made sure we had everything we needed. The property was in a great location and the sea view from our bedroom was a delight to wake up to. The hotel was spotless and smelled really nice throughout. I would 100% recommend the hotel and will definitely be staying again.

On the sea front. Very close to shops. Pier just up the road. Very clean. Very friendly staff.
Breakfast not included in price. No carpark had to park on seafront which is very busy and expensive. I'm a regular visitor to llandudno and the seafront parking has been steadily going up year on year. It has doubled in the past year.

Seaside hotel. Well maintained, well used but spotlessly clean room and bathroom in good working order all round. Towels bedding all spotless.
Staff on front desk were very helpful even with a later arrival and we checked out right on the time limit. Exceptionally good customer service. Gave us great direction on local parking.

Excellent location and friendly helpful staff. Small but well equiped room and plenty of refreshments including a bottle of water. Handy for the railway station, shops and local amenities. I had a drink in the bar and did not feel awkward as I was a sole traveller.
No lift but staff happy to carry my case to the room.

It was in a great location for visiting surrounding areas. The staff were great, very helpful and attentive despite the long hours they appeared to work. The bedrooms we had all had sea views, the bedrooms though dated looking were very comfortable, warm and clean. Everything needed for our short break was available.

A very typical seaside hotel. The room which I had (Room33) was just perfect for my need, clean, tidy and a great sea view. Breakfast was delicious, was unable to eat it all as there was too much!
Can’t say didn’t like but didn’t see the bar open, apart from that I literally can’t think of anything……oh, there’s no parking!🫤
