Gem of a find. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Property was very clean and recently refurbished. Spacious room and en-suite. The chef produced some wonderful meals and personally catered for dietary requirements. The local Llandudno pale ale from the bar was very good. The hotel is ideally placed on the seafront and easy flat walking to the town, the railway station, the theatre next door and to the bottom of the Great Orme. Perfect place to explore the town and surrounding area and with the railway station and buses nearby, easy to get further into Snowdonia without using a car.

No complaints but would have liked a healthier cereal option like whole grain granola, muesli or bran flakes, but that’s down to personal taste. However, there were four options available which would suit most people.

The hotel is next door to Venue Cwmru and the Leisure Centre, so really handy. It overlooks the promenade and is in a quiet location. Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. which is one of the reasons we chose the hotel. The decor is fabulous and everything is nice and clean. The staff were polite and there was usually someone available at reception. They let us keep the car in the car park until we left about 1pm. The room was spacious and there were 2 chairs and a table. There was also a fridge, and complimentary water and biscuits each day. We used the communal lounge on the first day and were the only ones in there.

There was no shelf in the bathroom for putting things on, like toothbrushes etc. It's almost style over practicality. The bathroom only has a walk in shower, not a bath. The floor can get a bit wet! Not a problem for us but could be for more vulnerable people. I was only allowed to order one thing from the menu. I wanted a cooked breakfast and porridge but couldn't have both. May be an idea to provide porridge with the other cereals. The heating control was confusing. There were minimal instructions, so maybe a bit more detail would help future guests. The problem we had is that we were too hot in the night. I couldn't reduce the temperature beyond 19 degrees.

The hotel was perfect to us in every way We have just had a 3 night stay there to celebrate my husbands birthday .Everything about it was excellent We were very fortunate to have our room upgraded which was amazing and made our stay even more special. The breakfast was really nice with a lot of choices on the menu. We dined in the restaurant which was very nice and had drinks in the bar area. I think the most amazing thing about this hotel is the staff very friendly, nothing is too much trouble for them we felt that they were really making our stay really special. We cannot thank them enough everyone of them from the top man down and I need to just mention Jess who was a gem she’s a definite keeper. We will definitely be back.

I don’t think there was anything we didn’t like about the property. It’s recently had a refurb entirely but the character of the building appears to be still there. No can’t think of anything bad to say.

Lovely refurbished hotel on the seafront & n ct to the main venue. Our room on the top floor (320) was very large & cleverly designed for a family. With a centre vanity desk & large tub unit that separates the sofa area which converted into a comfortable double bed. Super wet room style shower/w.c Super views over the seafront promenade/beach etc with stunning views over the bay. New but really friendly team of staff. Good evening meal. House Wine reasonably priced & ver drinkable!! Great breakfast with Continental & Welsh cooked. Bonus are the large parking bays @ side of hotel.

The Cae Mor Hotel has recently been refurbished. The whole hotel was beautifully styled, and everywhere was spotlessly clean, fresh, and smelled wonderful. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had a delicious evening meal and breakfast. I 'll definitely be going back.

Unfortunately, there was an incident with another hotel guest. They went to a side door to get in after midnight instead of the main door and banged continuously for around ten minutes before anyone came to open the door. I'd suggest a well light sign on the side door to direct them to the right door. Very inconsiderate as well from the guest, there were a lot of complaints.

The hotel was very smart and clean and staff were absolutely lovely. I was travelling with my parents and my dad has poor mobility but the large suite on the first floor with the sea view was perfect for them. Breakfast was delicious and I loved the vegetarian full English. Croissants were fresh and there was plenty of tea and coffee. The beds are very comfy and the TV is easy to use as is the temperature control panel.

A slightly bigger portion of food would've been nice when I ate in the restaurant though the food I did have was delicious! The lights in the room are a bit bright. Some mood lighting, even just a small side light would've been nice but otherwise great.

General appearance great, very clean and modern. Cooked breakfast was very nice. Eggs were perfect. Staff were all very friendly and helpful 10/10 Bathroom in 108 was lovely and shower was excellent. Great sea view.

The usual complaint about the bed. Even though the room is described as sea view suite with king size bed, the reality is the bed is two singles stuck together with a slight gap in the middle of mattress. Not great. Bed was average in terms of comfort. Also, although the room was nice, spacious and clean, we were a little underwhelmed based on the price. Also, lack of extraction in bathroom meant bedroom windows steamed up after showering.

Superb breakfast - I was impressed there was a wide choice of breakfasts; I loved the herbed wild mushrooms on sourdough which I had the morning I left, looking out at the (blue!) sea and sunshine. Staff were very helpful and cheerful, even under pressure - I think they were short-staffed when I arrived, but I was efficiently checked in and welcomed. The railway station is a short walk away, and the hotel is right on the promenade, so a nice walk to either the Little Orme, or the Great Orme. It was a boon having a fridge, and for once there were enough teabags in the room! I also appreciated that there was a comfortable bar, and the Llandudno pale ale was most welcome after a hassle-filled journey to get to Wales. I'll definitely stay at the Cae Mor again, and I'll recommend this hotel to anyone going to Llandudno.

Everything was great.

The location to the theatre, is great as it’s right next door! The room was lovely and we had a sea view. The pre theatre meal was excellent. Jade the manager was super lovely, very helpful and chatty, at breakfast.. she really knows her job and I would say a massive benefit to the hotel. The Welsh breakfast was so tasty too 🤤

At dinner they took a while to bring our bottle of red, firstly the lady who served us, explained they couldn’t open the bottle.. I think maybe an opening a corked bottle at the table is more professional.. but that was the only negative, which I’m sure could be addressed with some training.

As soon as this hotel popped up in my search, I knew I had to book it. The interior decor looked so much nicer than everywhere else, plus the hotel carpark was a bonus. I stayed in a sea view suite, which was amazing. Huge and super comfy bed with luxurious bedding. The bathroom was just as luxurious. The room had a fridge, drinks making facilities, and many little extras to cover most eventualities, like sewing kit, sleep kit, bathroom kit etc etc. The view was also great, being on the front. My parents had a standard double room with overlooked the retail park at the back, but they were super happy with the room itself, and the quality of the whole place. Breakfast was another great experience, plenty of options on the menu, and plenty of breads and cereals to choose from. The young waitress was very polite and did a great job looking after everyone. All the staff were great to be honest. Thanks for a lovely stay.
