Nice clean hotel right on the promenade, parking facilities were a bonus too.

We had an attic room which was quite small for the price and breakfast was not included.

The room was clean and good sized. The location is very convenient, within walking distance from all town's amenities. The staff extremely helpful and polite.

Despite being very clean and neat, the hotel's communal areas would require a more modern decor. This should not stop guests from staying as the rooms are comfortable, good sized and, again, very clean. I stress this because, in my view, this is one of the most important elements to evaluate accommodations. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and polite.

Breakfast very good. Bar area nice, you can sit looking out to sea. Car Park very good as parking is a real problem in Llandudno. Hotel nice and warm water always good and hot.

There had been a cancellation of a large party so the restaurant was not open in the evening and the bar area was empty. I would have chosen a twin or an upgraded room as the standard double bed was too small for us we are used to larger beds.

The room had a sea view which was unexpected which was a wonderful surprise. It was the attic room and there is a lift to all floors. Bathroom was modern décor and facilities. Loads of storage space and loads of hangers. Fan provided as on booking request. Location was superb, on the beach front. Also ample free parking around the back with security barrier which makes you feel secure with lift access up to the hotel reception.

The toilet was so high that our feet did not touch the floor, unusual! Breakfast was a little below par due to quality of the produce.

The room was on the second floor, which was alright because it had lift. Nice big shower in the ensuite. The breakfast was alright. The location was just right. it was close enough to be near everything with out having any noise and it was nice and flat for walking. Nice big parking at the back of the hotel.

The bed was a bit uncomfortable, because the it had a metal frame and the mattress was not comfortable with hard pillows. Staff wasn't very friendly except for the bar staff that was friendly.

The staff at booking in was great. really friendly and helpful. the room was big and lots of room to put my clothes and things away instead of them staying in my case. the carpark was big enough for a lot of cars.

my only little issues was breakfast, it would have been good to be at 8am as i had to be somewhere for 9am so 8.30 was a little too late on the second day so i didnt have breakfast. but the breakfast on the first day was good.

Staff very attentive, polite, cheerful & very friendly. Good breakfast & evening meal. Room was clean.

Could have done with a shelf or something to put a flannel/soap/shower gel on inside the shower. Also the shower did not have a full door, only a half fixed panel & so the water went outside the shower tray wetting the floor & the cotton shower mat. Although the weather wasn't cold & the room was warm, it would have been better if the towel rail had been set to come on morning & evening to dry the towels.

I can’t comment on the food or restaurant because I went out with friends into town, however the bar is well stocked and the staff bend over backwards for you, excellent weekend, no problems, i highly recommend the Kensington hotel, and I’ll DEFINITELY stay again, thank you to ALL the staff 10/10

I can’t answer this question ? Because I’ve not got an answer to it ? Top marks from me

good location, extremely clean, very friendly helpful staff, very quiet, very comfy beds. Excellent onsite parking.

Room a little small, didnt like the seating arrangements. We both like to read but it was very uncomfortable due to there only being dining room chairs to sit on. Room would have benefited from small easy chairs. Larger TV.
