Hello, I'm Thai people. There are 4 people. We book a room that can accommodate all 4 people. The room is wide. We are on the highest floor, which is the 3rd floor, room number 11 before deciding to choose this accommodation. I have looked at many places and looked. many reviews So try to decide because the price is not very expensive. The service of the staff is very OK. Open the room, you will not be disappointed because the room is on the cover, there is a kitchen, there is a sofa, there is a dining table. There is a refrigerator ok. As for the area, the location is very good, near the main station. Walking to the Queen's Park underground is less than 1 kilometer. The advantages are more than the disadvantages. The downside that we found is that the room has a lot of dust, but the hotel has a vacuum cleaner in the room that can be used at all. And another disadvantage is that the bathroom at the toilet flush, if tall people will not be able to stand. because of the slope of the roof But the shower room has strong water flow and has good drainage holes. There is an ok hot water machine. Overall, I'm not disappointed at all. If there is a chance to go back to stay again

There is a lot of dust in the room, but there is a vacuum cleaner. and the bathroom at the toilet flush

location and cleanliness of property were great. we ended up using the sofa bed because the flat bed under dorma window is very uncomfortable. maybe consider replacing this or may be ok for a child . shower was quite small and the low ceilings caught us out a few times but we were only here one night and it really just did the job for us as an over nighter. met the owner who was very accommodating and the little kitchen meant we could have a cuppa first thing. i did ask if there was a hairdryer in the room but couldn’t find it . the photos on booking.com make it look very bijou but if you are looking for posh or swish you will be disappointed. if you just want a comfy bed then this is your place .

small shower and sloped ceilings.

Well equipped and very clean. Excellent location close to the train station and amenities. Room is warm and garden view is calming. Neighbourhood feels safe. Owner responded very quickly to all our queries. Very helpful. Parking 6:30pm- 8:30am free and 4h pay and display or all day parking available at a waking distance.

The whole building and rooms would benefit from modernisation as they look very old. Main entrance /and room locks do not feel very safe.

The host was extremely communicative and clear about getting into the property, etc. The room was comfortable and completely adequate to my needs. The bathroom was tiny, but considering it was a refit of an older property, amazingly functional. The location was great! While not in central London, it had it's own "town center" with restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, convenience stores. It was also a quick walk to the train station on the Bakerloo Line.

It wasn't a particular issue for me, but the walls are thin and there are other guests in the property, so there is a little bit of noise. Might be a concern for light sleepers.

There is an amazing baker near the flat so we enjoyed our breakfasts a lot! We loved the street, too. We could hear the lovely sound of trains a bit and never too loudly - just amazing atmosphere!

Well, the bathroom light was blinking and winking unplesantly while being on, the bulb might need a change soon and the hot and cold water was not easy to set up fast but we have always managed it. I do like the bathroom was all clean!

We booked an apartment for 2. It was really comfortable, and I'd say even bigger than most hotel rooms I've been to in London. The location is excellent, we were about 15' from Paddington and with the Elizabeth line in Liverpool Street in about half hour. The bed was really nice and all was very clean. We will definitely stay there on our next visit.

There were some minor details, like one of the hob burners wasn't working or the floor could use some fixing, but in general I think it was a really nice place, specially taking into account the price which was very cheap compared to other places in London.

The host was very friendly and helpful, and answered every question I had. He replied very quickly too, very lovely man. The hotel was really easy to find and was a very short walk from the tube station. In a nice location, actually a very quiet location considering it was right near the station. No noise from this kept us from sleeping. The room had cooking facilities and a sink, as well as a bathroom, and the bed was nice. There was also a working TV in the room. Lots of plug sockets too which is always handy!

Expensive for how it looks, the building itself could do with some modernising and to feel a bit more welcoming. Some features were a bit of an eyesore, the code lock on the front door was wonky, the window in our room was shut with tape from the outside, scratches on the door to our room.

while the room I received wasn’t pictured. it was clear the host made every effort to ensure the stay was comfortable. Starting from initial early contact and offerings of an earlier check in to ensuring information was received such as access codes and instructions. From the smell of cleaning agents it was clear he’d made every effort to ensure a clean room was prepared. very close to the tube station as well as food/shops.

very little if not anything.
