The room and the staff were great to us The breakfast is well organized and has many good options of nutritive and tasteful meals The hotel is well located and it is easy to go to many of the main common turistic points as London public transport works very well most of the time We were accommodated in a room bigger than we expected and the hotel as a whole has a great infrastructure Also thanks for helping my fiancee order our dinner as she does not speak english and the staff was very supportive and patiente with our first time common international travel challenges

Nothing to complain really

Very good location. Nice, clean spacious rooms, very good breakfast. Curtains were excellent and darkened the room for nights. There was coffee/tea making facilities. Good bed. Location is great - wide range of buses beside the hotel, whitechapel underground and overground station is like 10 minutes walk, new elizabeth line comes to whitechapel directly from heathrow in 40 minutes. Supermarket, market and many ethnic fast food places are just on the other side of the street.

The hangers were that kind of "hotel" hangers. Quite a poor choise of tv channels.

Actually, It was a nice experience, I like almost everything. The staff and breakfast were perfect as well as the wi-fi quality. The location is good. Ready to recommend for a short staying.

Here are two problems that I'd like to highlight. Firstly it's the air conditioning, which is not possible to turn out. I had done it every evening, but it turned every night on by itself, so I couldn't sleep well because of the noise and cool air. Secondly, the "do not disturb" sign wasn't there, and when I tried to work from my room, every 30 minutes somebody tried to walk in to do cleaning (I guess) which wasn't needed. Also, I had some problems with the first time connection to the wi-fi (on my laptop), but it's a minor problem.

We really enjoyed the cleanliness and the overall friendliness of all the staff. The restaurant staff was amazing! The restaurant manager was very friendly. My little pre-school daughter constantly says, I want to go back to London and see Flor. I miss Flor, mommy mommy can we go back to London and see Flor" hahahaha. I already know she will be asking me that for years to come. This Holiday Inn location is close to 2 tube stations, Whitechapel and Shadwell. We walked, took public transportation and caught uber everywhere in London. The location was safe and not in a sketchy area. We walked around the neighborhood and felt safe doing do.

When I first arrived I was very confused about the electricity because it was my first time seeing it used with the key card. In the future let guest know that at check-in that the key card goes in a slot of electricity since people from around the world come there. The front desk was very helpful in letting me know after I called. There was not a view of anything outside our window. The view was a wall.

Very nice and modern hotel. The room was comfortable and clean, very quiet at night, didn't hear any noises. The bed was super comfi. Nice blackout curtains to be able to sleep in the mornings. We tried the restaurant one evening, very nice food and relaxing atmosphere at the restaurant. Also, nice to have a gym in the hotel, we tried the gym facilities once during out 2 night stay.

The area of Whitechapel looks a bit rundown, but on the other hand tye tube station is very near the hotel so easy to commute into central London. We felt the hotel was a very safe place to stay.

The staff are the true stars at this hotel. So helpful and great with my kids! The rooms were spacious and comfortable with decent facilities. Cleaned every day. Breakfast was a decent buffet with plenty of hot options and a great selection for continental including loads of fresh fruit. Staff brought hot drinks to the table.

Due to the King's Coronation the hotel was quite expensive but cheaper than many other options. I didn't do too much research into the area but I wouldn't like to be there with the kids again. Not somewhere you could go for a nice evening stroll, no parks and no nice restaurants.

Hotel was lovely & clean, staff very helpful & friendly, breakfast was excellent, lots of choice. I would say dinner not as nice as breakfast & unfortunately only ate in once. They also left an Easter egg in my room for Easter Sunday. Area was a little run down but excellent for trains, amenities including a market. We went for the Star Wars Celebration over the Easter weekend & getting to & from the Excel was very easy. It would be easy to have access to a lot of London's sightseeing tours. This is for overground trains via Shadwell station, Whitechapel Station is about 10 minutes walk which was ok for us but bit of struggle with cases etc,

Food from evening menu unfortunately was overcooked (fish & chips) I didn't like how the waiter hovered over me when I was putting the tip onto the slip & I mistakenly put far too much (my fault also) especially as food wasn't that nice. Breakfast was always lovely & plentiful

It's a moderately priced hotel located not far from centre with spacious rooms (compared with tiny, "closet-sized" rooms of another hotels in the same price catogory in the nearby area). Everything that you would expect from a chain hotel: cleanliness, flawless processes, modern equipment Breakast is really good as well: a buffet offers not only components for standard "English breakfast", but fruit salad and flakes as well

If you need Whitechapel station, you have to walk. Not a problem for me, but if I came with my family, I would have searched for something located closer to the station

We booked this hotel as we needed a wheelchair accessible room with a roll in shower that was also on an accessible underground station. All our rooms were great and spotlessly clean. some of the best pillows I’ve had in a hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, especially during breakfast. We used the bus (from Watney Market) to go to The London Eye and into Central London. very easy to use with a wheelchair and cheaper than the tube. We also used an accessible Uber, which was also great.

The hotel was a little bit further from Whitechapel Underground station than we expected, which put pressure on my brother-in-law pushing the wheelchair

The room with disabled facilities was everything and more than I could wish for the the staff amazing could not do enough to help, My only surprise was being asked to pay for breakfast as I thought it was included not that it mattered it was reasonable enough and a good breakfast with plenty of choice. Having said that I was surprised to read breakfast included on the booking as my brother had said that this only applied to you Express hotels.

Everything was very satisfactory top marks!
