This is a new concept Hotel, as a guest you can feel yourself as at home . And I think this is right key for the success . Travel sometimes becomes stressful, but if you receive, a warm and a fantastic welcome yuo can forgot everything. A big thank you to Shaun and Safiya they are very kind and professional, always when I’m arrived in the hotel they are ready to offer me the best welcome. Always smiling, helpful, and they care on me , for all of my requests. A big thank you I hope to come back very soon and I’m looking forward to see you guys again. Young guy on counter was exceptionally helpful with every need, with recommendations on local shops and helping even late at night. Definitely needs a shout out unfortunately didn't get his name. Hotel is modern and nice and rooms are clean and bar is nice.

Not a complaint because it's understandable with it's location in London is that the roads outside never sleep and people love their horns. So if you're a light sleeper may make it a lil uncomfortable but I still managed to get good night's sleep, woke up a couple times to horns. But for London it's understandable.

Good location for my visit to this part of London, and very handy for public transport. The Marco Pierre White Chophouse restaurant on site offered an excellent value and interesting evening menu as part of the hotel's half board tariff. Comfy big bed, huge bathroom area, generally lots of space. Room maintained a good temperature. Reception staff were pleasant and helpful throughout.

Water and other drinks and nibbles from a central machine on another floor OK, but it's not OK if it only takes coins, not cards. People don't tend to rely on cash these days. I didn't have any. There is no kettle and tea/coffee provided in the room. The automatic machine (free of charge) on each floor produced tasteless tea in paper cups: not good enough for a hotel designated as four star. If you wake in the small hours, desperate for a cup of tea, it is ridiculously inconvenient having to put clothes on and wander down the corridor and back. The decor of the room was rather stark, but OK. Nowhere to put soap etc in the shower whilst using it except on the floor.

Love the look and feel of New Road. Rooms are compact but comfy, bedding and linens super clean and nice quality. Bathrooms are also fitted with nice amenities and are clean and pretty. Our only gripe was that the HVAC system was broken except in the lobby, so the team moved us to the streetside, where we only got morning sun, not the blazing August fireball. :) Bar is lovely, good drinks, great interior.

Better HVAC, but the team did everything possible to make us happy, including comped cocktails for the 1 night we spent in a superheated room - it happens, stuff breaks. The team took great care of us!

The hotel is nice, rooms were clean and comfortable. Great location, central and close to transportation. My first room was too noisy but I was moved to a quiet one as soon as I requested. The staff is great and super helpful.

The pillows were too high and there were no other other options. Some of the rooms are very very very noisy. The staff in the restaurant for breakfast seemed stressed. I came at 9:30 two of the days and most of the things where already finished even though it should run for a while longer. Empty juice and coffee. No more pastries or butter. The breakfast was expensive and not very tasty. I tried three different dishes in the three days I was there. I would not buy the breakfast vouchers next time and rather go to a café.

Former Textile Factory tastefully turned into a Hotel, I really enjoyed the ambiance. The breakfast was really good value for money and beautifully presented. The amenities of the hotel are really good, Library, Rooftop, etc. I also liked that there was no carpet in the rooms. The location is convenient for both St Pancras International and Heathrow, with tube connections nearby and the added value of having the Elizabeth line is a clear advantage.Special thanks to Afsara and Encio who made the stay extra-special

Only thing I would recommend is to increase the water pressure in the shower, but that is just a personal preference.

Loved the fact that the original textile factory building character has been well preserved in the shape of a modern hotel. The room was comfortable, the stuff was super friendly, accommodating extra wishes for us. The location was fantastic, access to public transport was so convenient.

The bathroom in one of the smaller rooms had a full glass wall and door facing the bed, though frosted, it was not very suited for a couple that likes to have at least some privacy. Wish the lighting in the bathroom was planned better. There was no proper cabinet/ space for storing clothes.

Comfortable, stylish and well appointed rooms in a beautiful and clean hotel. nice bar and a quality restaurant.

Complimentary drinks were a bit of a joke - more like a drinks provision from a building site staff room. Cheap, nasty powdered milk in horrid instant drinks in a tiny paper cup. At these prices I expect better quality, and maybe even a biscuit or two - real coffee and tea surely not too much to ask these days, ideally in the room. Location wasn't the best in terms of its proximity to a derelict building site, but it was convenient for the city and once inside, it was excellent.

The interior design is the first thing I noticed. How different it is from most hotels I’ve been too. The second was how spacious it is, especially given how small rooms London usually have in this price range. I love how neat and clean everything was. All the staff members were lovely, especially Kidija (hope I spelled her name correctly). She was very welcoming and helpful! She even helped me film a dance video which was very very kind of her! All other receptionists and other employees were also very service minded and kind.

Nothing to dislike, but I always appreciate a little fridge in the room to store my drinks or fruits when I stay for some days.
