Location is very good. Staff was super friendly specially Mr. Adam. He is always ready to help. We got things when needed.

Location and the hospitality of the staff (+) Near Whitechapel tube station (+) Market, grocery stores and local bars nearby (+) Tower bridge just 20-30 minutes on foot! (+) Hospitality of the staffs!! My friend forget Dyson in the room. We called and ask later. The hotel has the system that keeps personal belonging after the guests left, which is traceable! We are impressed!!! Thank you so much! 😊

Nothing particularly. Our room may not look exactly like the photos but there are the other rooms which look really nice! (peeking in fast while housekeeper cleaning the room hehe) I wish I could ask a room that have a window which look like balcony, maybe next time. 😊

The rooms are beautifully decorated, as pictured. Bathroom was very clean, and provided shampoo/conditioner. Tea and coffee in room.

When making the booking I put our estimated arrival, but the hotel will ask after booking confirmation for the time. I must have missed thos message, because when we arrived there was no one at the check in desk to let us in. We had to wait for another occupant to let us into the hotel. Then, we waited another 30+ minutes until the receptionist came from upstairs to help with check in. Maybe this would have been avoided if we replied to the message, but later in the stay another new occupant was having the same issue. Other than that, the receptionist was very friendly and apologetic.

Vilenza Hotel is so so cute, beautifully decorated and only 4 min walking from Whitechapel station. I spent 4 nights with my kids in the top floor 4-persons room and we liked it very much. Room was quite big and had newly renovated bathroom with large shower space (and hot water). Big window with view over rooftops. Hotel is clean, and extra cleaning/towels/ etc was possible, if needed. Tea and coffee, fridge, microwave etc in the room. This was new neighbourhood for us, and even if the area is lively, the hotel is actually on a very quiet little street, so there was no noise or distracting sounds - we slept very well. Really friendly, joyful, superhelpful staff (24/7): we felt welcome and safe on our holiday.

We really liked this hotel! Well, Wifi could be stronger, said the teenager 😄 But really, no complains at all!

The sofa beds weren't comfortable, even with 2 mattress toppers we could still feel the hard parts underneath The shower drain was blocked when we arrived but it was quickly sorted after reporting the problem on the next day The windows were big and heavy, a bit hard to operate at first, only one closer to the bed opened - the building is old and it's not a hotel's fault but it's worth noting

This hotel is in a beautiful historical building that was once part of the chapel complex. As it is inside the area of London Hospital, it is fairly quiet with no traffic on the street. The staff were amazing in accommodating and helping us, and even giving a hand to my in-laws with their suitcases! They couldn't have been kinder and took our dark and stormy late night arrival into a cozy ray of sunshine and good night's sleep. The public transport was just a five minute walk away, and just 10-15 minutes later, you could see anything you wanted to in the city. I would definitely stay there again, and for a last-minute booking in the city, it was also very reasonably priced!

Bathrooms are very small, but that's to be expected! They're very nicely updated though.

Our stay at the Vilenza Hotel was fabulous! We travelled as a family of 5 & struggle to find hotels that accommodate us all in one room. The Vilenza offers family suites & the one we had was lovely. Big enough to fit us all in comfortably for a night - double bed for us and 3 separate sofa beds for each of the children. Lovely sized private bathroom with great shower. Hotel messaged me beforehand to ask what time we were checking in & if we’d like them to make up the children’s sofa beds in readiness, which I thought was a nice touch. Room had an enclosed balcony area with a microwave & kettle etc on it. Room had everything we needed - hairdryer, wall fan, toiletries and the most lovely towels - nice big bath sheets and more than enough for the 5 of us. All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and welcoming. Really appreciative of us choosing to stay there. Check in and out was seamless. Location of hotel was convenient too - 5 mins walk from Whitechapel tube station. Great value for money too considering we stayed in the height of school summer holidays.

The room was completely equipped with all the technik which makes you feel like at home. For example it has: -european style power sockets -toaster -microwave oven -electric kettle -portable aircon -fan -washer and dryer on the balcony -dishes sets, cups, plates etc. So looks like heaven for tourists who want to save money but meanwhile there were a few cons..

-The power sockets near the main bed were without electricity -The sink in the room had no water supply The staff was extremely polite, but none of them had the slightest idea of how to handle the problems described above

Everything was great. Location was perfect few minutes from whitechapel Station. Whitechapel market was nearby. 2,3 minutes walk. Which was great for us. As we originally from Bangladesh and living in ireland. We find lots of things that can't found in ireland. Food, clothes etc. Staff were friendly, good WiFi, room has everything we need. Microwave, kettle, fridge, toaster. The tea was excellent they provided. I really like it.

Sofa bed was uncomfortable. I knew it wouldn't be comfortable like bed but it was more uncomfortable than my imagination.

Comfortable and cosy room with all basic facilities available. Perfect size for one person travelling alone.

Thin walls so could hear noise from other rooms and outside sometimes. No elevators in the building, so the suitcase had to be carried up and down the stairs. Although the staff are nice enough to help if needed.
