Good location near Victoria Station. It is an affordable option so well located and the persons at the reception are very helpful and attentive. RECOMENDED!!!!

The cleaning service starts very early even when you are sleeping. The rooms are not well insulated and there can be some noise at night (it depends on how respectful or not the guests are)

Room was nice and cleaning was really good, and done every day. Tea and coffee in the room was also nice. Rainshower was extra and big plus. Also for London standars the breakfast was very good with different cereals, mysli, toast, buns, sweets, cheese, ham, salami, fruits, fruitsalad, different coffees, cocoa and teas. 10min walk from Victoria station. Really quiet and safe neighbourhood. Would definately go there again. Staff was really helpful and nice.

In January night temperatures outside was minus temps, so the windows are leaking cold air. Under the air condition machine was almost too hot to sleep and other side of the room a bit chilly. Not a big deal anyways.

The hotel delivered on its promise that it's a good low-budget hotel in a great London location. All the staff members we encountered were very friendly and helpful. We were also very grateful that we were given a ground-floor room, as requested, given that we were travelling with our elderly mom (and there's no lift). Although small (as expected at this price in London), our room was clean, our beds were comfortable and we absolutely loved the (rain) shower. The buffet-style continental breakfast was great too (again, with friendly and attentive staff) and saved us a lot of money! Won't mind staying there again should I ever get the opportunity to visit London again. Last thing, we could leave our luggage at the hotel on our last day, which meant we could enjoy our final precious hours in London unencumbered by suitcases.

Our room could've benefitted from a new carpet, but that's a small criticism given our overall positive experience.

The hotel is very central. I like the rooms as they are modern, all have a tv. There is also some showergel/shampoo for guests and there is a kettle so you can make your own hot drink. PLUS there is a desk, very useful as I travel for work. Most of the time, the shower is hot and works very well.

Like many old hotels in London, there is no elevator so it is not accessible for many. If you have a heavy suitcase it can be hard to carry it up the stairs, especially if you have knee or back issues. It probably is not suitable for those with babies or young children. The single rooms are often either on the top floor or in the basement. The basement is cold and there is a damp smell which is normal in British houses (in the basement).

Great location for our business visit.... frontage of the building is appealing for a period property.. the shower was excellent and the bed was comfortable., The room is fully serviceable with towels and tea, coffee making facilities. There is no private parking, however there aren't any restrictions outside after 6pm to the morning.... continental breakfast was included in the price of our stay.... which was Ok.....

It was a last minute booking... Summarising Booking.dot com doesn't get the best rooms....our room was in the basement....a dampness smell as you walk down the stairs. The wall shows signs of damp.... certainly not pleasing to the eye.... the communal areas definitely need redecorating... The reception area is very bland....room 4 is very dark and the noise from the air-conditioning unit outside the window was annoying and spoiled by sleep.... Not a bad place to stay....so much potential...

The room looked renovated, the bathroom shower was great. It had everything I needed. On the first night the door lock did not work properly so they moved me to a new room. It was very good value for money. Due to covid, the breakfast room was closed but they gave us a lot in our breakfast bag to take away. The staff were very friendly and I felt safe at the hotel.

I had the single room at the top of the stairs. Not suitable for those who are unable to climb stairs as there was no lift. I suspected there was no lift as it is an old building.

The location was just FANTASTIC. The are is so calm and fancy. Its located right beside the Embassy of Albania. Also at a walkable distance to the Victoria Station. The price was really expensive for the facilities, but I guess the great location justified it. The breakfast was pretty simple, yet super tasty. The food was high quality and really fulfilling.

The floor of the rooms were so old and squeaky, like in a horror movie and there was no isolation at all. I can literally hear people on the other rooms walking and talking. The room we took (204) has most stupid bathroom, where the toilet is right infront of the bathroom wall. I literally couldn’t sit on the toilet because there is no space for my legs.

We were a family (2 adults and 2 teenagers) on vacation staying at the hotel for 5 nights. We liked that there was alot of restaurants close to the hotel. We did not have breakfast in the hotel but it was near grocery stores were we bought sandwiches. Near the busstation. It was a quiet and calm area. Clean rooms and new towels every day if needed. The room had a hair dryer.

Too few hangers for towels. Broken automat for snacks/drinks in the reception.
