A very nicely located hotel on a grand terrace of early 19th century houses where they'd tried to keep some of the period features. The room itself had a very decent bed, a good WiFi connection and a decent hospitality tray, whilst the cleaner had certainly done their homework in the bathroom. Location is excellent if you're coming into Victoria coach/rail station as it's less than ten minutes walk away. There's also a fair few shops close by for getting provisions in as this hotel does not offer breakfast including a corner shop just around the corner, but this is crystal-clear beforehand so shouldn't be a surprise. At the price paid, I expect a few corners cut here and there and just want the basics well nailed down. And that's what I got - a comfortable bed, fast WiFi, friendly staff and a clean room. Budget-conscious travellers are looked after well here.

Not a problem for me, but do note that there's no lift in the property, and the security cards were a bit splenetic when letting me into my room. Soundproofing is a little bit hit-and-miss so lighter sleepers may be best advised to take earplugs. Apart from that, it's more about old furniture that I would expect will get renewed in due course. The basic nuts and bolts of this hotel are very much in good order.

The location is central. It is very close to the Victoria station, just 7-8 min. Many attractions are not far away, they’re in walking distance. The area of the hotel is very nice and the hotel is in a very quiet and safe street. The staff was very kind and helpful. My room was on the fourth floor and the staff carried my luggage up to there. The room was cleaned everyday and the bed was very comfortable. There was a kettle in my room and the drinks were added up every day. The whole hotel smelled very nice. I had a very comfortable stay and would like to come again. Thank you!

Amazing. I can’t fault in any way. Staff are some of the happiest and friendliest people I’ve met and went out of their way to be polite, helpful and kind. We arrived an hour early and they were kind enough to allow us to check in with no issue. It genuinely makes such a difference when staff want to make you feel welcome. The hotel is immaculate and being cleaned, polished and vacuumed daily, it smells beautiful (like Clinique Aromatics) and furnishings are all kept perfect. The room was a great size with cosy, crisp perfectly white bedding and fresh thick towels. Lovely toiletries are in each room and a full size hairdryer, tea/coffee (all branded) and high speed WiFi is included. The location is a 5 minute walk from Victoria underground and just a couple of minutes from numerous restaurants and bars, shops and the theatres. The hotel also provide access to a stunning large green space directly opposite, we didn’t have time to use it, but had we stayed longer we would definitely have utilised it. I personally couldn’t say anything bad about our stay, from start to finish we loved this gorgeous little hotel and I would 100% recommend it to anyone travelling to London. Thank you Jubilee ❤️

I recently returned from a trip and I couldn’t be more pleased with my stay. I chose this hotel based solely on online reviews, and it exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally professional and welcoming. The gentlemen at the reception desk greeted us with genuine smiles every day, making us feel truly valued as guests. The room was spotless, warm, and equipped with a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent—just a short walk to the bus, train, and subway stations. Additionally, the area is vibrant, with numerous stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again.

The Hotel was located near the Victoria station, giving easy access to many attractions we were interested in. We felt super welcomed and home from day one, the environment was very warm, staff super friendly and amazingly professional going extra length to accommodate all our needs. I especially remember Natalia, thanks to whom our room was always tidy and cosy, and Sunny who welcomed us and helped during checkout. However all the other people we met were also very friendly and helpful all the time. A Big Thank to all of them and keep up to providing great experience for their guests!

Excellent location for getting to Victoria station, either by train or bus, walk up to 5 min directly from the room, so no need to rush or plan. Room clean, tidy every day, staff friendly and reception open 24 hours a day. I didn't need more for this type of stay and it fulfilled everything. Price value excellent, but I ordered 9 months before arrival.

Unexpectedly too narrow bathroom, if you are overweight it can be really uncomfortable to go to the toilet at all. Double bed relatively narrow, unless you are really close in your relationship you can expect to get very close. We had a room on the 3rd floor with no lift, no problem for the young ones, for the older ones I would ask for a room on the first or look elsewhere. My rating is subjective due to my condition and needs, so everything was perfect for us, but I would add this for those looking.

Hotel was clean and tidy and reasonably priced. Staff very pleasant and helpful. Free luggage storage pre check in and cheap storage post check out (£5 for the day) which was handy. Nice and close to Victoria train/tube.

Room was pretty small and shower room uncomfortably small. Had obviously been a larger room that was split in 2. Because of this our room and next door shared a window. There was a small gap between the window and the stud wall which you could hear the adjacent room through pretty clearly. Not a massive issue as we weren't there much but I didn't love that if I'm honest.

The hotel staff was very friendly - they answered all my queries instantly. I was allowed to check in earlier than scheduled. As a solo traveller, I felt safe and well taken care of. I especially appreciated the hotel's fast and reliable wi-fi connection. The room and the bathroom were small, but I had all that I needed. The toiletries were provided, and the room was clean and comfortable. I could use iron and ironing board, which was important as I travelled for work. I recommend this hotel and will certainly return there.

The water pressure in the shower was a bit weak, but that wasn't a big problem.

Location was very good, everything was in the walking distance. The street was quiet and a park was nearby (not accessible). Victoria station, underground, bus stations and Victoria coach station nearby. Our room was in the basement floor, but it was very comfy and nice there, felt very private. The room had a big window - possible to open as well. Really friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are a light sleeper then earplugs are a must, because it is a old style house with many floors, stairs and rooms, which all make a bit noise. :) But it wasn't a big problem actually.

The staff was very friendly, and the location very central, yet secluded and quiet at night. The room was clean and had everything I needed like free wifi. I particularily loved that the Hotel gave me access to Eccleston Square Garden, which is absolutely sublime.

The Hotel does not provide any breakfast, however there are many nice places to eat breakfast in the area. Since my room for 1 was tiny and no breakfast was included, I think it was a bit overpriced, though. I guess people in double rooms will feel that the price was more fair?
