The location is perfect. The Victoria Coach and Railway stations are literally next door. The room was how it was described. Small but comfortable, air-conditioned, with some furniture, bed-tables and a bathroom with a shower. There is a TV with Netflix if you want. Simple breakfast (without English breakfast) was offered and included the price. Toaster, cereals, jam, honey, butter, ham, cheese, pancakes, rolls, bread, etc, some kinds of coffee, hot chocolate, milk, apple and orange juice. So I liked it very much. The staff was extremely helpful and nice both at the reception and the kitchen. The wifi was strong and you can charge your devices not only with plug but USB. Next door you will find lots of shops, supermarkets and very good restaurants, like Italian or an original English pub with nice pies.

We stayed only for 2 nights and maybe this is the reason why there was no cleaning. It is OK, we have problems only with the bins. There were a small bag in the bin in the room and an other one in the bathroom and we had to leave some litter around them because there were no place to put our litter in them.

The location of the hotel was perfect.... just 5 mins walk to Victoria Station. Our room overlooked the street, however the area is very quiet and feels safe. The staff at Reception were always very helpful. The room was spacious and ticked all of our needs.

We were a little bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. When we arrived the room was clean but then during our stay we noticed that the floor was not being swept and thus over a period of three nights the dust and fluff accumulated. That was the only downfall of our stay.

Staff were amazing at check in, in the kitchen, and housekeeping. The breakfast was delicious, and they were so good at keeping it stocked, while cleaning the tables for more people. Location is great and next to a major train station and walking distance to Buckingham palace. Very safe neighbourhood.

Construction was ongoing and extremely loud. No warning about it at check in whatsoever. The entire room was shaking, and this went on every weekday morning to afternoon. If you stay here, make sure the construction they are doing is complete before booking. Bed is pretty uncomfortable and hard, normally I get great sleep in hotels.

Super practical room just minutes from Victoria Station. We had a triple room and although it was tiny (to be expected), it was very functional. The room felt clean and fresh. Bathroom seemed newly renovated. Street was quiet and we had no trouble with noise. Breakfast was simple but OK. Would recommend given the high prices of hotels around.

Breakfast had crumpets and eggs the first day then no variation on our other 3 mornings. Asked for 1 extra pillow and was told there was only 1 extra in the whole hotel... surely 2 pillows pp on request is not too much to ask.

I highly recommend this hotel. It was affordable for our family. We prefer to spend less on a place to sleep as long as it has a clean bathroom and has location. This one seemed to have newly remodeled bathrooms - great showers with hot water. It offered standard European breakfast, without flair but was good. This hotel is very close to the underground as well as the hop-on type of busses. We were able to do all we wanted without stress of getting back to our room. We used a service to get to the airport (88GPB) as it was our first time in London, however, in the future, I would probably skip that and just grab a train.

I found the bathroom to be very cold. It is like there is no heat in there and the door is awkward if left open to allow room heat to enter. The breakfast room was small for the size of the hotel and maybe not laid out as well as it could be but if you planned around prime eating time, it was fine. And very minor but for whatever reason, our room seemed un-vacuumed when we went in and seemed to stay that way.

The double bed is very uncomfortable. It is very hard and not wide enough.

Three things , Great location just 5 minutes walk from Victoria station . Super nice staff . Room is small but clean and you can see it has been recently painted and refurnished and has all the necessary facilities .

We had a ground room and missed a little bit of natural light ,however , I must say we arrived much before checking in time and they kindly offered us the only room available at that time , so we should be grateful .

A really lovely newly decorated huge room in a Georgian mansion. The bed was so comfortable. The power shower was out off this world. Beautiful bathroom. Facilities in room were excellent and any problems we had with the heating, tv remote and electricity going off were sorted out so quickly and efficiently. Location was brilliant a few hundred metres from Victoria Station.

The only down side of this hotel was the very meagre continental breakfast. A big let down otherwise I would have given the hotel 10 out of 10

The room looked modern and clean and tastefully decorated. It allowed us as a family of 4 to stay in one room with ample space in the room to move around. It was right by Victoria station which is what we were looking for. We managed to find parking nearby.

The windows weren’t double glazed (probably due to the age of the building) which meant road and surrounding noises were louder than what we are used to. But a rain/sleep app made it easier to adjust.

It seems that the hotel is recently renovated, the rooms are nice, bathroom is new. The location of the hotel is perfect, in 2-3 minutes walking distance from Victoria Station but Buchingham Palace is in 10-15 min walk as well.

The room and the bed is small but that is general experience in London, and it did not bother the stay as you stay in the hotel only for sleeping and taking shower.
