Super clean and so very comfortable! Lots of great pillows, good duvet and a lovely mattress. I had a brilliant night's sleep.. Excellent thick black out curtains. A fab hairdryer. All very new and modern. Unbelievably good value ( I paid £115 last minute on a Sunday night) superb location. Staff at the other hotel for key collection where lovely, friendly and helpful.

There was a bar outside that was a bit noisy but only until 11pm. It is London so didn't bother me too much. You have to get the key from another hotel round the corner, but again not really a problem. No spoon for making tea!

Everything went well, thank you very much! I loved the standard double room! It was more than ample for a single traveller like myself. It felt quite homely! The location was great - very close to the tube, Victoria station & buses. The area has an amazing selection of bars, pubs, restaurants & cafes, all very close & a "Weatherspoons" around the corner if you are on a tight budget! We breakfasted there every morning, as it was so handy & was always open!

People being inconsiderate & letting the front door slam shut, was the only thing I can fault, as I was in the room next to the door. Other than that, the accommodation was very quiet!

It was clean (the bathroom, bed and the tea and coffee bits so the key bits) and convenient location a 5 minute walk to Victoria station. Safe location I came back late on my own and I felt safe (not to be sexist but as a women on my own this was important). Had everything you needed, towels, tv and tea and coffee there was also a safe. I was a little nervous because of the reviews saying it was loud and I didn't find this

The pillows were a little hard (this is just personal taste as I prefer a softer pillow). Some of the wallpaper looked like someone had ripped it off (only talking a very small bit) and there was a makeup stain on the carpet which is a nightmare to get out. None of this affected the stay and is just me finding negatives.

The location was wonderful! There are lot's of coffee shops, pubs and restaurants lining the street a mere block away, and also it's just a few blocks from Victoria Station. The building is a townhouse, so don't be surprised by the walkup style (small entry hall with staircase. About 2 rooms per floor) vs a hotel layout. The room was small and simple, but it was clean and had a nice bathroom, too.

The location was amazing! If you want access to a lot of things to do and the train for everything else, and don’t mind a small, simple room, this is the place for you. There are also many restaurants nearby. The price and location made The Eaton Townhouse a really excellent option.

Having to check in at another location is a bit inconvenient but it wasn’t too bad. The walls are thin, like most hotels, and if you have inconsiderate guests and you’re a light sleeper, it may be hard to sleep. That’s not really the hotel’s fault though. If you need a quiet place to stay, probably don’t stay here.

Bed was comfortable, location was excellent near to Victoria station and Buckingham Palace. A relatively minor issue was the photo on Booking .com bore no relationship whatsoever to the actual exterior of The Eaton Townhouse. Also as there are no staff located at the Eaton Townhouse it was a bit annoying to have to walk half a mile to another hotel to collect the key. We were only told that we had to do this after we had made the booking. However,I would still recommend it.

very clean room, comfortable king size bed, large tv, wi-fi, usb sockets, tea/coffee & kettle. My ground floor request was fulfilled. Easy check-in and key collection. Due to location or room on ground floor at front of building and adjacent to busy roads was expecting it to be a little noisy, however, was surprisingly quiet.

A very small request, a little more milk and sugar for the tea/coffee would be nice.

I don't understand some of the reviews about this place. Yes, you have to collect the key from another building, but they tell you straight away and is a short walk away. The room was small, but better than expected considering de price, super clean, with the necessary amenities, not to mention the location, it was perfect for our city break! Also, I need to point out that the reception staff was delightful :)

Instructions to check in were very clear and easy to follow. Reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The room was spotless and sheets and towels were fresh and laundered. Location is brilliant and we were able to walk everywhere. Excellent value for this location and a great base for a trip to London.
