Ideal location from which to explore London, It's possible to walk to many of the most popular attractions, and close to Victoria Station if you do need to access public transport. The rooms are well-appointed, have comfortable furnishings, and decent sound insulation. The comfy bed and blackout shade really helped to ensure a good-nights-sleep. I'm usually not a fan of "smart rooms," but the tablet system here was simple to use, and functioned well. I especially appreciated having controls for the lights and the climate control next to the bed. Lastly, I want to commend the staff. Every staff member I interacted with from the front desk to the maintenance staff was pleasant, professional, and helpful.

Would be nice if they offered free coffee and tea in the reception area as there are no coffee machines in the rooms.

I liked Everything! The decoration was artistic and full of colors just the way I liked it.. it reminded of another hotel I stayed in before in Scotland.. but this was more beautiful and suited my taste perfectly!.. its clean and modern and operates by technology and the i pad in the room which enables you to control everything (lights, TV, AC and other services) is something else.. and gives you a unique experience from the future if you well. Lemme talk about the staff now!! Cheers Victor! He asked me one day about my day and I spent the rest of my stay talking with him till late at night! He is a great host and good company and a therapist (giving advice about life and relationships, he knows what I mean ;).. he and Kate gave me a secret phrase to enter the Breakfast Club which I didn’t have the time to use.. Cheers Kate!.. also, Nusrat (we became cousins as she would like to say).. great bartender and lovely to talk to.. I also had a chat with Hind and was very welcoming.. I asked Troy to give me a souvenir to remember the hotel by and he did.. Cheers Troy. I stayed in room #509! Would stay again if I had the chance! MJ

EVERYTHING! I MEAN EVERYTHING exceed our expectations. We've never heard of the CitizenM hotels. Although our experience in the London Victoria couldn't be any better than it was. Previously booking I was scared of the size of the bed and the shower compared with the European ones, although the bed was Huuuuge like ours in America and the shower was on the big size to have a real great shower and my daughter and I couldn't be happier with everything. The friendliest hotel ever in every sense. Moreover, the team worker on that hotel was THE BEST PEOPLE WE'VE EVER MET in hotels and NIMCO is not only THE PRETTIEST GIRL EVER IN ALL LONDON though the KINDEST, SWEETEST AND LOVELY HUMAN BEING we felt honored to meet over there. If you're going to this hotel you MUST get to know NIMCO and then you're going to understand what I'm saying, although to be fair as I mentioned from the beginning the entire team were GREAT. We can't recommend CitzenM hotels enough, and we look forward to getting to stay in so many others.

Not a single thing to dislike on this hotel! This hotel is a game changing for travelers looking for a home away from home in a modern and compact luxury and affordability combined.

staff we’re so friendly, welcoming & helpful! unfortunately I can’t remember their names but there was three lovely women who assisted us when we arrived early and they made our whole experience throughout our trip so lovely! We arrived at the hotel at 10am on Wednesday 17th August. We would love to say a huge thank you to them for making our trip so wonderful and for being so helpful and kind to us!

everything was perfect!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Victoria Station! There are great restaurants near by the hotel and you can also walk to Buckingham Palace area. The bed is super comfortable and the pillows are great!

A little more space to store our stuff would have been nice, but that won't stop us from staying at this great hotel on our next visit to London.

Liked the whole thing. Very clean. Polite staff. Facilities. The room very spacious, clean and ease of the tablet to operate TV, Blinds and lighting.

Not the fault of the hotel but I lost my billfold while staying here - a memory I’ll never forget.

Loved the concept, location and design of facilities and room. Very new, comfortable and clean. Check in and check out easy for me and staff all lovely and helpful.

Staff were fantastic (especially the guy who came up to my room to assist with IPad issue) and given the hotel has only been operating for a very short time operations were good. However I really didn’t like the very loud alarm going off unexpectedly three times in morning (at least on my floor) and no-one apologising or mentioning it afterwards. In terms of room setup it was tricky not to prevent shower water not getting into the room. Setup downstairs in communal area - I strongly suggest relocation of check in to the back wall as it was congested with set up near lifts. Also signage and number of staff assisting with new concept needs a little improvement.

Bed was very comfortable and I liked having a fridge. My daughter loved the mood lighting.

No kettle in the room. It was inconvenient having to go downstairs to buy a cup of tea which was self service and Luke warm.
