Really nice staff who were quick to respond and made the check in and stay easy. Really cosy room and the location is great! Would stay there again.

When we equired about a late checkout to help align with our departure time I got the following message: Thank you for your email. We would like to inform you that our normal checkout time is at 11:00 am If you still need more time, please be informed of the following charges: Until 12:00 pm £10 Until 13:00 pm £15 Until 14:00 pm £20 Until 15:00 pm £25 After this time, it would be a full charge of the daily rate. This is the first hotel I have had this happen.

Good central location. Cosy room comfy bed. Every thing In the room you needed. Staff seemed friendly enough. Really good costumer service from James when we booked as had to edit booking a couple of times.

We weren’t a fan of the glass doors in the bathroom felt like little privacy.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and in a very convenient location.

I booked the Z Hotel because we stayed in a Z Hotel in Liverpool several years ago. The rooms are small but ok for a short stay. The description of the Z Hotel on booking.com website states free continental breakfast, however when checking in we were told we could not get the free breakfast because we booked through booking.com. This wasn't the case in the Liverpool Z Hotel. If it is stated on the website breakfast included....it should be as guests are depending on it. Because of this I am don't think I will stay at another Z Hotel.

The staff at this hotel are brilliant and both friendly and welcoming. I arrived after a flight from Australia and asked if I could store luggage whilst I waited until check-in time. Reception preemptively offered me a room that I could go to immediately, so I could have a shower. This was so kind and I am very appreciative of this service, considering that I was like the walking dead by this stage.

If you expect the Ritz...go to the Ritz. This is a well priced hotel given its proximity to so many places, Victoria Train station, Tube and coach. Within easy reach are Buckingham Palace, two well known theaters, Leicester square (smaller than i imagined)...somewhere to stay for a few nights. All the staff are extremely helpful (Mitchell) short stay well worth it. Bonus a Greene King pub next door but if packed less than 500 meters is another where they serve obviously standard pub grub. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and London in general.

OK...we are not big fans of a Continental breakfast but the items we tried where nice given that we do not have a bench mark. Continental breakfast's are not for us but the Hotels provides options such as cereals Juice etc

I only needed a 1 night stay so just a good sleep is what I needed followed by breakfast before heading home after a holiday in Albufeira. My room had no windows which aided a good night's sleep, though rooms with windows are available. The staff were lovely, welcoming me with a smile and banter to get the engagement going and explained the facilities and policies very clearly indeed. Reception is 24 hours and though the main entrance is locked late at night you can still be let in so you can enjoy a great night out. Towels and toiletries were available free of charge so I didn't have to unpack my case. Plus tea, coffee and water available.

Nothing to dislike, though full English breakfast not served but cereals and continental breakfast buffet available. This was OK with me.

I stayed here because I had to wake up early to catch a train to Gatwick for a flight in the morning. Steps away from Victoria station, this was the perfect place location wise. Close to Buckingham Palace and Piccadilly Circus; I had a lovely walk around the area before heading to bed. The room had everything I needed for a night.

As others have stated, and as shown in the pictures, the room is tiny. There's space for the bed, the bathroom, a walkway to connect the bed to the door, and that's it. I opted for a room without a window to save money, but if I was staying longer, I probably would have paid extra for the window to make the room feel less cramped.

Easy checkin, very clean room. Room was small, but since I only used it to sleep and shower, that was fine by me. It was nice that they provided me with bottled water every day. I chose this hotel largely because it was close to Victoria Station, and I had an early flight from Gatwick. The Gatwick Express train (30 minutes to airport) leaves from Victoria, so this was ideal for me. Victoria Station is about a 5 minute walk away, but the hotel is down a quiet side street, so you're away from all the commuters and their noise. As far as location goes, I didn't realize how close it was to all the action! You can walk by Buckingham Palace, through the park, and all the way to the West End if you want a pleasant half hour walk. Or, of course, take the tube. The price was very reasonable, considering the quality and location.

I arrived in the morning and was able to store my luggage and go out and explore London. They brought my luggage to my room when it was ready so when I returned tired at 3:30pm I was so happy my luggage was in my room. Having coffee, tea, and hot chocolate available in my room. The location was great for walking to Buckingham Palace and St James’s Garden, and Westminster Abbey. Right by Victoria Station for the train and subway. My room was cleaned every day and supplies replaced. You can get food right at the hotel or next door at the pub The Victoria and could walk to the theatre to see Wicked.

I knew the room was small and expected that but with where the bed was and the bathroom, had to lift my legs up and swing them around to get out of bed.

The z hotel is located 2 minutes away from Victoria Train station. This is the perfect hotel for travelers who arrive at London Gatwick Airport because there is Gatwick Express that arrives at Victoria Station. Also the Hotel is very close to Buckingham Palace but it’s well connected with all the main actractions in London thanks to the underground station of Victoria. Larissa it was super kind with me during tue check in and the check out!

The room it’s very small for two people but I know it because it’s the third time that I book at The Z hotel. For one person is perfect the dimension.
