The location of the hotel is very good, at walking distance to Wentminster Abbey, Big Ben and so on. The stuff was very helpful and considerate. Also the breakfast was very good, not very varied but very good.

The fact that on their site it was mentioned that on arrival a damage deposit of 100 pounds would be required but actualy the credit card was preauthorized for 289 pounds. When we arrived the lady from the reception said that this amount will be relesed after the full payment, but it wasn't. At chek-out I asked the receptionit about the relese of 289 pounds and they said it was for damage deposit and it will take about 7 working days to be relesed ...which is quite infuriating

Room size and quality clearly outstanding compared to London standard. Good value for money.

The room window. When we first entered the room we could not quite understand why there were to portable heaters but eventually it was very clear when we realize the window was really bad for both cold and noise. Pls change it or at least fix it!!!!

Personel was very pushy: check-out at 12, but 10 minutes to 12 they started to knock at the door asking to leave asap because they need to clean the room pushing us to run away asap. This wasn't polite. Restaurant is not very good: pizza ordered by my daughter was awful, my steak was weird. Only 2 other guests were eating in this restaurant and their food was over-salted, so they were quarreling about it and another salad came, but that time it had no salt at all. Almost nobody from the personel is smiling to you, they all look unhappy and busy. I felt as if was in India, because seems that only people from India are working in this hotel and they have their gang:(. But overall in London there are very many Indians, so I'm not surprised to much.

We enjoyed our stay here at Wellington Hotel very much. It’s a beautiful hotel and very well appointed. The traditional English breakfast was served each morning which was included with our booking and it was tasty. The staff was all very nice and helpful. It was in a beautiful area in Westminster. Within walking distance to many things including Big Ben, London Eye, Westminster Abby and Buckingham Palace.

Beds were on the firm side but not uncomfortably so in our opinion. The restaurant inside the hotel was only okay, I’m my opinion. My husband had the beef burger and he enjoyed it, I had the chicken Caesar salad and nachos both were just so so. I’d recommend an outside restaurant comparatively speaking. Pretty sure my mojito from the bar didn’t have any rum in it : /

Location was excellent and very convenient (10 minute walk) to Victoria Station and the Circle/District lines. The website does not have too many images, so I wasn't sure what to expect but the facilities were lovely and exceeded my expectations. The staff were always very polite and professional. The rooms were a perfect size, clean and and very well appointed. The buffet breakfast we added on to our rooms was well worth it! Extensive and varied and delicious!

Really my only critique would be the bed. It was abnormally firm and uncomfortable for me.

Very nice hotel,clean and tidy, very welcoming on arrival and pleasant staff. Ground floor twin bed disabled room was very good for my daughter and her elderly gran. Our deluxe room on floor above was satisfactory.

Our deluxe double room was at the rear of the hotel with a busy noisy road . I know the hotel has no control over the traffic but the sash windows need some sort of sound proofing. One other thing the large double bed was a bit hard unlike the single twin beds in my daughters room were comfy.

The room was clean, and well set up, loved being able to open windows and also have trees to view...in a city! Could have used a bigger TV (I'm old) but we didn't watch much of it.

Our only issues were the unusual design features in the bathroom: 1 hand towel rack that was 12 inches off the floor; no shelves, one hook to dry bath towels; shower doors that opened next to the toilet (you had to step over the toilet to access and had to step into the shower to get a towel (there was so much room over the toilet that would have been a great spot for shelves to hold towels)

We took a premium room which was quite big, the design is simple and classy I personally liked it but it's not particularly chic if that's what you’re after (; Great location, hotel is located in a quite street just 6 min walk to Victoria street and station and about 15-20 to Parliament square and Westminster abbey. The staff were nice and friendly and breakfast okay but for £17 you can have a nicer brekkie in one of the restaurants in the area (:

There was one day during our stay that the room hasn’t been cleaned and finding housekeeping in the evening was a bit of a struggle

Very friendly welcome. Lounge and bar facilities were manned whenever we needed them. Very helpful staff for whom no inquiry was a problem. They tried very hard to meet the demands of a very busy weekend.

Room was not ready for 3pm although it was not long after the expected time. Staff seemed a little disorganised but the hotel was full and everyone seemed to be checking in at the same time. - check in was therefore too rushed. We were not aware that there was room service available until it came to too late in the week, not having spotted a card in a drawer in the room - more prominent paperwork about the hotel facilities would have led us to use more of them..
