The staffs are very full of hospitality, friendly, especially restaurant staffs and concierge are very kind. The location is the best, just three minutes walking to the nearest subway station, St Jame's Park. Also the bigger station Victoria is within ten minutes walking.

Because of Covid situation, we might be limited to access the all services, and this is just my opinion If there were more kind of food in TH51.

the property was clean and in pristine condition. Everything was sorted out upon arrival and we had no problems checking in. Staff were amazing also with good service skills.

the fact there is a £5 fee to ask for something (like a spoon) to be taken to your room. I’m paying a good amount of money for the hotel, I expect it to be part of the service, eg. asking for ice, cutlery etc.

There is no doubt in selecting this for many years. Stay and Food exceed beyond my expectation. For Hospitality this is best. I come from Singapore. For Flights it is best to take Singapore Airlines and for Service and Hospitality and No-1 for Hospitality and Food Taj is No-1 in the world. No doubt and here the Managers to waiters to any others it was exceptional and excellent. I get my food and accommodation and service in Taj the fullest to my expectations and beyond that the Managers and service staff helped me very well and made me so comfortable as my Home . Taj in London is my second home . I also thank the Concierge even for small things they go beyond expectations. Thank the front office also and the Managers on duty. Always my long relation with Taj over the years exceeds my expetectations. Indians and Soth Asians will enjoy the Food like Dosa and South Indian food which is exceptional. Food in Quilon is almost beyond the taste of our own home food . Well done Taj.

Housekeeping to be improved on the daily service. It exceeded my expectations however daily checks on rooms should be improved to score 10/10 . I give full credit to their service minded. But checks on rooms on everyday for house keeping to be improved this will be my only comment for improvement to score more than 100%

The hospitality of Taj is class apart. The staff greets you well and they try their best to make sure that you have a comfortable stay. I reached the hotel at around 10 AM, while the check-in time was 3:00 PM, they still provided me with the room at no additional cost. Mine was a Deluxe King room, the size of the room was descent, the view was of city but the road isn't very busy and there was no noise inside the room. The breakfast is amazing, there are a lot of Indian options to choose from. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

Nothing really but If I really have to pick one thing then it would be the 5 pound charge they levied as plate charges when I asked for bowls to eat food ordered from Deliveroo.

I selected the hotel due to the location, near Queen Elizabeth II Centre. It was indeed very close, walking distance to Westminster and London Eye (if you are a tourist)

During the night, there was a constant noise from the tube during my stay in the room (3rd floor). When you were in other places, you could not here or feel anything but only inside the room. I was travelling for business so a good sleep was a requirement. Anyhow I was too tired to ask a change of room as I knew that hotel was also full! On another note, the breakfast was extremely crowded and I was only offered a seat at the bar, even at 08.00 in the morning. It was ok though for a lonely traveler.

Wonderful location, staff was very helpfull. Beautiful interiors, courtyard and exterior which we enjoyed during all the stay. Max efforts to keep the hotel very clean despite it needs renovations. Staff 10 out of 10.

Additional 5% service charge should had been indicated BEFORE booking, not advised by the hotel after which is a bit disappointing. As people from outside UK we did not expect it. Definitely we do not regret as all staff was wonderful, no complaints but it is definitely should be more clear for tourists in advance. Breakfast was very good but definitely there may be more choice of european food. We stayed 8 nights and would appreciate more variety. Interiors needs renovation.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The Service from all staff in all areas, was excellent. We had initially booked two adjacent classic rooms, which the hotel was able to accommodate. However, upon check-in, we asked if we could pay to upgrade our rooms so our teenagers could have twin beds; we had stayed in a Premium (renovated) room in October which was spacious and exceptionally clean; both requests (paid upgrade and adjacent rooms) were fulfilled.

There was really nothing significant that we didn't like, during our stay. At first sight, the queues for breakfast appeared long, however the line was managed very efficiently and we never waited more than 2-3 minutes.

Quite nice located hotel with a wonderful countryard.

Breakfast was difficult, just too crowded. After the first night we had to wait 15 minutes in the morning for placement. From then on we searched restaurants for breakfast and dinner outside the hotel. About the parking situation: Had a rental car in between, which we actually wanted to park briefly in the courtyard. This was rejected by security with the indication that we could park in front of the hotel. We did and after 3 minutes absence to get the suitcases from the rooms, we had a ticket in the amount of 69 GBP. Annoying and the hotel was not helpful in this matter.

Location is excellent, so is the breakfast and rhe comfort of the room. Friendly staff and helpful staff

Mickael the bartender( reused to give me his name) were very abrupt, grab the menu from my table before I could even order. Was very belittling to his Co worker which happened to only start that day. When I wanted to pay my bill, he said that I must put it on my room which I did not want to do, was then told I have to pay and do I not have any cash on me. The card machine was not working. I paid in cash and left being very distressed having such a fidgety and rude person at the bar. In such an environment one would expect a professional person that can handle pretty much any situation

We were in room 141 - an excellent view over the courtyard. The location suited us very well - we explored the area on foot and well suited for subway. Breakfast was a highlight start to the day - good selection and good coffee.

I really only had one small concern. I booked the stay using booking.com and received immediate confirmation. However more than a month later payment had not been deducted from my VISA. I contacted Booking.com as I knew payment would confirm all was in order. It was not until I contacted the hotel directly and they responded immediately and payment was made. However, for some reason - probably due to the delay, I ended up paying more than $100.00 more than initial booking. Not a big deal overall, but thought you should know.
