I don't need to give great reviews for Design Suites Lytham because it speaks for itself...like every time we stayed in their apartments we always felt pampered and every time it's the right choice!! The assistance is always above expectations, friendly and available for every request....For those who need a house/apartment for a few days know that you are in good hands and it's worth every single penny!

the only thing i didn't like was the parking situation, yes of course it is not guaranteed but before checking in i had to drive around for more than half an hour looking for parking only to discover that not one but two vehicles were occupying the parking space available at Design Suites Lytham by people who had absolutely nothing to do with the apartments there....which is not a problem but when you have a little one and the weather is not the best this can generate a negative opinion right from the beginner!!

Great apartment well located clean the bottle of milk in the fridge was a welcome touch. Easy checkin/checkout with door codes no key emailed instructions in advance. Responsive customer service.

Was great here a manual on how microwave oven works would be good there are hob instructions in the cupboard. A smaller pan for boiling milk/eggs and a jug for the kitchen would help equip it a bit better but really this flat was amazing. There is housekeeping which is great, but keeping a rule of replace towels if on floor would be good to help environment. Our towels were replaced when not needed seems a waste and flannels removed.

The apartment was beautiful and modern, very clean. The location is a stone throw away to Blackpool by car, but you can travel by bus too. The bed is super king size and I found it incredibly comfortable! I requested a cot for my 2 yrs old and her mattress was comfortable too! It's keyless entry too so no need to worry about looking after the key with you which I think is a fab idea! I'd definitely come back again!

Wouldn't say its bad, just be mindful that the apartment door is heavy self closing and has knocked my 2yrs old down. Also while there's free parking at the front AND back, there's only limited parking spaces so pretty much first comes, first serve

Excellent apartment close to St Annes beach and town centre. The apartment is clean and modern with everything you need for a short stay. Bed was large and comfy. More 'basics' provided than expected, including milk, tea, coffee, sugar and good quality towels and flannels in the bathroom. Parking was easy at the front or rear. Apartment was very quiet but not sure how many of the others in the block were occupied.

Water not that hot in bathroom sink but ok in kitchen and shower. A little tricky to find initially but found a better way than the sat nav suggested.

Very clean and had everything you would need for a nights stay! (Very up market considering the price) Codes to get in very straight forward!. Everything lights up soon as you walk in the building and it's very very secure. Coffee machine was great and the shower was also great too! We also used a voucher they provided for a local restaurant (nice one for that!)

We had the top floor (room 6) and it was far too hot. We left the window open all night and didn't make a difference. Fan provided but didn't use because of the noise (our fault). Also I think the TV needs an upgrade (very slow) and kept crashing. Other than that and for the money these nit picks are not complaints!

One word PERFECT. This property was a home from home. Excellent location and extremely clean. Loved the fruit and milk and tea/coffee. I was late arriving after a full day at work and being able to have a cup of tea and biscuits without going to the shop was brilliant and the following morning cut up fruit and had a coffee was just perfect. Following evening walked to Wetherspoons around the corner for dinner just perfect. Clean towels and amazingly smelling shower gel. Slept like a log and very quiet.

Car parking spaces at front but because I was out all day in my car I had to park on the street. I did note that after 8pm it was easier to park at the front of property on the street. There is parking at the back of the property too.

The whole stay was absolutely amazing ! The little things like fresh milk and fresh fruit for arrival are just so thoughtful and lovely, I decided to stay 1 extra night, but the 1st apartment no. 5 we were in was booked out, so the owner went above and beyond !! to find me accommodation.... we managed to get apartment 1 ( in the same building), and I can honestly say both appartments are outstanding ...... the staff are lovely from owners to cleaners.... me and my kids loved it so much that I really would find it difficult to come to blackpool and stay anywhere else now ! ( and I've been to many hotels / accommodation ) That's how lovely it is ! And I never write reviews! But this place deserves acknowledgement!!

There is honestly nothing! I can say that myself or my kids did not like From location ! Which was excellent! , car parking right out front or back of appartments fantastic! Aldi / b n m / corner shops and plenty of food places around area also .... we also ordered of just eat one night we couldn't be bothered to go out ! ..... no one could possibly be disappointed in these apartments!

Very modern and stylish suit with all the comforts that was needed. We went over the Valentine's week and when we arrived rose petals and some gifts had been left on the bed for us, there was a fruit bowl, milk, fruit, coffee etc already waiting in the room for us. Room cleaned and coffee machine pods and towels replaced daily. One day we left our breakfast plates in the washing up bowl as we had an early start and when we returned later in the day these had been washed and put away for us. Can't speak highly enough of this place.

Nothing to complain about, the stay was perfect for me and my family.

Excellent!! can’t rate this enough so clean, they didn’t forget anything, also brought tea and coffee; was so surprised there was some!! Plus fruit , biscuits, I’m gluten free, but that’s ok, and water…..PLUS milk in the fridge. What I needed a quiet serene weekend away. And also, the best nights sleep had in ages. I usually sleep on and off all night….tried to look at make of pillows, but couldn’t see, better than my own bed. All three of us can’t say Thankyou enough. 10/10 And fans, the hottest weekend of year!!

Only thing, could have done with a shower mat inside shower

Room was perfect and very clean everything was as required will be staying again next time. Additional things like Milk in the fridge and cold water on available was a nice touch along with Tea and coffee was a fantastic feature, couldn't ask for much more and was a very positive experience.

The only negative I can add is I stayed when it was very warm, and their was only one fan, it would be good to have an additional fan in each bedroom, if the place had AC installed then it couldn't get any better.
