Property is in a quiet location even though it’s situated next to pleasure beach. The rooms were big size and in good condition. The free standing bath was lovely, and the decor throughout was wonderful. Location as well this hotel is a short 5 minute walk to the local tram stop that runs right to the other side of the beach which is very handy. It is also a beautiful walk down, if you wanted. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to a Morrisons daily or an extra 5 mins walk to a Tesco Express there is also a small park at the end of the street which is handy to know. Breakfast was gorgeous! Lovely variety of foods and fresh fruit and juices each morning. Staff were so friendly and welcoming! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

When we arrived we were greeted very warmly, and given a quick run through of breakfast times etc and where our room was located. Everything was lovely and clean. The room was on the 2nd floor and accessed via a lift which was convenient with all of the luggage we had - the family room we had was wonderful! It was clean, tidy and a perfect size for my family of 5. The beds were wonderful and so comfortable after a long day of walking along the promenade. The best thing about this hotel was the location, a few moments walk to the beach front and 10 mins walk to the entrance of the pleasure beach…..it was fantastic and brilliant for access - you would assume that it being so close would mean that it could be noisy but it was lovely and quiet. There is limited parking at the front of the hotel and we not fortunate to grab one, but I parked in Bond Street just round the corner - we paid £11 for 24 hours - it was ideal for us - but I think there is free parking along the road that hotel is on but we couldn’t see one when we arrived - but this did not affect our stay! Breakfast each morning was included with the room and it was lovely and fresh. It was a continental and English breakfast - lots of fruit, pastries and hot breakfast items! My boys loved it! When we got back on an evening, then we went into the lounge - which was open until 12am - and a lovely alcoholic beverage whilst our two older lads had a game of pool. We would recommend a little drive down to St Anne’s Beach too because that had fantastic views and a lovely pier! The beach was gorgeous!

There isn’t a lot we didn’t like - if ever we are back at Blackpool beach then we will be sure to check this hotel out again.

Warm and friendly welcome on arrival from Ash, the manager. Spacious, comfortable and extremely clean room. Excellent standards (Room 28): spacious bathroom with great shower, comfortable bed, good sized and fully working good quality TV. In addition, location, complimentary Wi-Fi and parking, comfortable bar / lounge area are also very good. Breakfast options are extensive and everything was well cooked and nicely presented, very well done to the chef! Breakfast service also very good. Lovely stay, made just that extra bit special by the friendliness, engagement and attentiveness of Ash.

The staff were all friendly and helpful, but thankfully, they were not over the top with this. The breakfast was great. Great choice as well as free choice of items. I loved they had poached eggs, not just fried. They had jelly too. I love jelly. They had lots of fruit as well as the usual cereal yogurts and cooked breakfast. The hotel has a lift that was easily big enough for myself in my wheelchair and that is one of the reasons we chose this hotel, BUT it's not the reason we want to return. It's a great hotel, great staff, and looking forward to getting time to come back. I was lucky and got one of their parking spaces too.

The double mattress in our room was a little too firm for me. We had been upgraded to a double room with a single bed too as I use a wheelchair and they had a couple of stairs on the landing. I used the single bed and was softer, so I was happy with that. My hubby used the double. (If the double was softer I would have shared with him and not wasted clean bedding on other bed) I know folks like firm beds as much as I like a softer one so I'm not classing it as a bad point at all. The bedroom only had vertical blinds, and this wasn't too bad on a damp bank holiday weekend, but the bedroom would stay cooler and darker in summer with curtains or black out blinds. Again, this was not a problem on this trip.

Really clean, great parking outside the hotel, we were lucky and got a space. Staff all very friendly and gave us the keys to our room as soon as we got there even though it was not our check in time. Much quieter part of Blackpool, better for our family. Great room with separate room within the room for our teenage girls which was great.

The only minor thing I personally didn’t like was that our bed was really hard and I found it quite difficult to sleep as I’m a side sleeper and so was uncomfortable, some people may love a firm mattress but it’s just not my personal preference.

How clean and spacious the hotel was. The location, right next to Blackpool Pleasure Beach, friendly staff, comfy beds, buffet style breakfast, something for everyone, even checked for food allergens.

The big teddy bears in the front windows of the bar area. Found them quite freaky but was intrigued and found out that the owner collects unusual things, otherwise like the style of the bar area, the twinkly lights in the windows offered a relaxed atmosphere. The light from the window woke me early in the morning, could do with some curtains or black out blinds

The staff were great and are really helpful, I arrived late and they treated me nicely and checking in was quick and. Simple.

It is probably something they hear all the time which is just the parking, I paid £300.00 but then had to pay an extra charge to park somewhere else, I drove around the block 3 times before I finally went into the hotel to see where I can park and got told i can park across the road for a charge, which i just wasn't expecting after what I paid

Loved the hotel as a whole. I would recommend this place to anyone. Buffet style breakfast was Perfect and really nice. The function space was big with a pool table and fully stocked bar. Plenty of space to relax play board games. The location is also perfect if you want to go to the pleasure beach, literally a 5 minutes walk to the main gates and a steady minute walk to the tram stop to take you into town with ease. The staff was incredible. Really friendly and would help you with all of your needs.

The only suggestion I would say is the floor boards could do with not squeaking while you walked on them in the room I stayed in but easily fixable.

I had an excellent stay at Stuart Hotel and was truly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were late due to work but the staff went above and beyond by waiting for us, ensuring a smooth check-in. Their kindness and friendliness set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, reflecting the overall cleanliness of the hotel itself. I felt very welcomed and at ease. The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. The service was top-notch, and the staff made every effort to accommodate us. I can't recommend Stuart Hotel enough, and I will certainly be booking again for future stays!
