The staff are exceptional helpful. Very welcoming and always greet you with a smile each morning for breakfast. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely the best we have ever experienced in a hotel. The location was fantastic to the pleasure beach and tram station. The facilities downstairs are great.

The cleanliness of the room was a little on the downside when we first arrived with bed sheets being stained and one of the beds was very wobbly, however staff were very eager to help resolve these issues and apologised. The bed was still wobbly however not as bad as before. The only other downside was the room being located at the very top of the staircase, we dropped a few things downstairs when carrying our luggage in and out the two doors from room 36 and was a bit caution with a small child however this didn’t affect our stay. We just wanted to share a recommendation of maybe looking into a wooden stair gate or something to avoid any hazards occurring

Loved the hotel as a whole. I would recommend this place to anyone. Buffet style breakfast was Perfect and really nice. The function space was big with a pool table and fully stocked bar. Plenty of space to relax play board games. The location is also perfect if you want to go to the pleasure beach, literally a 5 minutes walk to the main gates and a steady minute walk to the tram stop to take you into town with ease. The staff was incredible. Really friendly and would help you with all of your needs.

The only suggestion I would say is the floor boards could do with not squeaking while you walked on them in the room I stayed in but easily fixable.

I had an excellent stay at Stuart Hotel and was truly impressed with the entire experience. From the moment we arrived, we were late due to work but the staff went above and beyond by waiting for us, ensuring a smooth check-in. Their kindness and friendliness set the tone for the rest of our stay. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, reflecting the overall cleanliness of the hotel itself. I felt very welcomed and at ease. The breakfast was also a highlight—delicious and fresh, providing the perfect start to the day. The service was top-notch, and the staff made every effort to accommodate us. I can't recommend Stuart Hotel enough, and I will certainly be booking again for future stays!

staff were fantastic, breakfast was so organised as your table number was your room number, the breakfast was help yourself full English and was beautiful, rooms were just what you want and clean, seen reviews slating rooms on blinds etc and think they are being perfetic, this hotel ticks all the boxes and unlike the ones bang in centre was perfect for us as love walking and found the south part of the promenade to which it is located to be the nicer end in our opinion we will definitely be returning next year and staying here again!

after such a beautiful breakfast, would love to have been able to have food on a night time in hotel too

Location was ideal, close enough to Pleasure Beach but was not disturbed by the attraction. Short walk for tram stop which was exactly what we wanted. Very welcoming place and room was clean and tidy as expected. Buffet style breakfast with personal tea and coffee pouring on entry was exceptional - definitely filled up for the day. Bar area was nice albeit a little underused in our opinion as its such a great area that has potential.

Really having to nit-pick, bed was slightly on an angle so felt like we were rolling out of bed. Lift was a little "jerky" between the 2nd and 3rd floor but other than that it was fantastic.

From where do I start? From the minute we set foot in this cosy, beautiful and warm hotel we were welcomed with lovely smiles and happy faces! The stay was awesome in more ways than one but what truly surprised us was the huge goodie bag full of fruit, drinks, sweets that they gave us since we were going to miss our breakfast due to an early flight. They literally thought of every little detail like including 2 teaspoons so that we could eat the yogurts! We were absolutely blown away by this kind gesture. Truly a one of a kind hotel!

Not good with names, but the lady who tends to the breakfast room was brilliant, and the breakfast was very tasty, really set us up for the day, lots of variety to choose from. She made us tea and coffee as soon as we entered.. it was perfect for what we needed. Quiet area, very chilled vibe. Will definitely rebook whenever we go back to Blackpool. Very clean, brilliant facilities. The bathroom, especially the bath, was beautiful 😍 Bedroom was extremely spacious for my family of 4.

Nothing, I'm glad I picked the hotel I did. Brilliant value for money. Possibly just need some fluffier pillows (but that's just me)

Location of the hotel is excellent for access to the South Beach area and Pleasure Beach. The nearest tram stop is only a 2-3 minute walk away for a short ride along the promenade, or the Tower area can be reached in around a 30 minute walk along the front. Staff at the hotel extremely welcoming. Always greeted with a smile and a cheery 'hello' or 'good morning'. Large bar area with pool table which was always clean and tidy. Breakfast room also very clean, tidy and spacious enough. Tables as per room number makes it easy to find your place in the mornings. Breakfast is excellent. A good quality buffet style cooked breakfast, with juices, cereals, porridge, fruit, yoghurts, pancakes etc etc etc. Much more than expected of a smaller hotel, more akin to that found in a much larger branded hotel.

The room was dated, but clean. As with many Blackpool hotels, the building is old and has been chopped and changed many times over time. The floor was uneven in the room which meant the beds felt slightly lower at the head-end, but they were still comfortable. Space could be utilised better with some modifications to the room, but I understand that this isn't a straight forward thing to do. Large bathroom seemed slightly out of kilter with the size of the room, but was appreciated over the usual tiny shower cubicles offered in the area. Only real downside was the use of light coloured vertical blinds in the room, which didn't block out any of the sunrise and caused the room to be bright early in the morning. It was a good alarm call for the early breakfast though (8-9am).

The staff all very friendly .The breakfast is excellent well cooked .good choice and well presented. The room was lovely we had a little balcony and yes we could see the sea..We didnt use the bar buf it was well stocked and they even allowed you to order a takeaway and eat in bar/ lounge and they would provide plates and cutlery. The hotel is situated just off the front at South but from our room we could still see the sea.It is also only a 5mins walk from tram stop .Burlington Road East. Also 10 minutes ( walk) from South Pier , pleasure Beach and Sandcastle

No parking (on site) but we was lucky and got a parking space just down the the street

It is family orientated run by a family you get to know them on a personal level. The property is lovely clean and very relaxing we all didn’t want to leave when it was time to go home we will definitely be back it will be our new go to holiday stay a must.

Other than it would have been nice to have a fridge but I can’t really complain because they were very accommodating and offered assistance in allowing for me to keep my milk for the kids into their fridge which was a very big help to me
