room was lovely. shower was good. late bar. lots of parking available. (£17.00 per night)

coffee from breakfast machines. not the best unfortunately breakfast food area was extremely busier. the main problem. When one hot item,is waiting for refill, the whole queue just stops, not a lot of room to get pass if you just want a another item .which is there.

After an initial mix-up with our room on the first night, we moved rooms from the 2nd night into the room I had actually booked and paid for. The sea view was everything and more. So peaceful. The staff were so lovely and helpful, especially Kay on reception. The bed was so comfy, I didn't ever want to leave!

It was a shame there wasn't much hot food to eat at the breakfast buffet for vegans. I didn't expect anything fancy, but some veggie sausages would have been a welcome addition. We just had mushrooms, hashbrowns and beans. I know we could have probably asked for some to be made, but we shouldn't have to as this makes vegans feel like they're asking for special treatment and not inclusive. Meat eaters don't need to ask for their sausages and bacon. It's 2023! Most hotels offer vegetarian sausages now, so I assumed a chain like the Hilton would be ahead of the game. Also, we we're not offered a partial refund for the 4 nights, even though we only had the sea view room for 3 of the nights. The room for the first night was awful, but I was charged full price for the entire stay.

The hotel was beautifully clean, had such a fresh feeling too it, very spacious. It has a lift or stairs to get you to the floor you need. RECEPTION:was quick and friendly, the Bar area was nice and had a calm quiet friendly drink vibe, plenty of tables. ROOMS: (we had a beautiful sea view on the 2nd floor) we had a double bed and sofa bed with sea view and it was perfect, shame no small fridge to store kids drinks etc however this didn’t cause any issues really, towels etc are changed daily but if u prefer not to be bothered you just pop a sign on ur door and ur left too it, beds are comfy, bathroom and shower is lovely, great for a stay. Big tv and free WiFi, kettle, iron and hairdryer. FOOD AND DRINK: breakfast was beautiful and so much for everyone , always topped up. The bar has a well stocked supply with some crisps and chocolate available. GYM: there is a gym (with how much I ate over our Blackpool stay I feel I should ave used 😝 but I didn’t) but havin peaked it was nicely equipped with for your basic gym needs. The hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the Blackpool pleasure beach main gates an I’d say about a 20 minute walk to the south pier, if u don’t like walking or struggle there is a Tram stop over the road you can purchase a single, return or a day ticket from the conductor, we did this as we walked from the hotel down to the Blackpool tower an back …. We forgot how far it was 😂, we did walk back along the beach from the south pier on afternoon which was a lovely walk, beach up by the hotel was empty too and very very clean. Overall I’d give this hotel 5 🌟, ok run out of pillows and no where to put ur drinks in the room to keep them cold BUT it wasnt enough to change our minds to say this is a fantastic hotel and we are 100% coming back to stay.

Only downside was pillows there wasn’t enough an hotel had run out, BUT this didn’t bother us at all as it happens.

The customer service at the hotel was exceptional. Every member of staff I saw was smiling and very welcoming. I travelled with a friend and her young son and she contacted reception during the middle of the night. Again the staff member was outstanding and courteous and assisted beyond expectations. The hotel cleaning staff were again very friendly and helpful whenever we passed them in the corridor. The rooms are very spacious and are clean to a very high standard. The dining area is again very well laid out and spacious.

The only issue I had during my stay was the breakfast. Although it was nice I have had better at other hotels. Ther was no choice of a fried egg as as I do not like scrambled I had to go without.

Staff were all very friendly and honest. We stayed in the newer part of the hotel so the sofa bed was perfect and very comfortable, (foam, not springs). Make sure you that if you need a sofa bed, you book into the newer part of the hotel only until the older spring bags are replaced with foam mattresses.

Parking is very expensive if you use the hotels own car park. Try your best to find a space in front of the hotel if you can. Fair enough that its the hotels choice to charge what they wish for parking on their car park but a little discount to those paying near £1k for a weeks stay would be "nice"

The hotel is very clean crisp & modern. The staffs customer service is exceptional. The room was clean modern & cosy. Easy access to resrurants & beach. The breakfast wasn't as good as I expected as I stayed in the hilton & their breakfast was amazing. I know it's free & that's great, but the eggs were bland, and the bacon was overcooked & dry. The hash browns were dried out & there weren't fried eggs. But everything else was good. The carpark location is perfect. The price for guests, tho was way too high it should be about £10 a night £13.50 - £15.50 is too much.

Our queen room had no fridge, which was very disappointing. As we get a fridge at the premier inn.

My room was lovely. Great views of the sea and illuminations with windows from floor to ceiling. Good amount of space with a sofa too to enjoy the view. Bathroom was spacious and clean and the shower was great. Added bonus was the room had A/C that I didn't expect so I could control how warm or cold it was. The shower gel, body wash and hand soap were good quality too, lovely touches. Bed was very comfortable and the cleaners kept my room fresh all week with clean towels. The atmosphere in the lounge/bar area was great in the evening, food looked great and nice place to sit

The breakfast was a disaster unfortunately. Long queues to get at the food, constantly having to ask for trays, plates, eggs, bowls, cheese and so forth. I understand it was busy and a big hotel but it was the only downside to my whole stay. 3 of my 4 breakfasts weren't nice at all. Awful sausages, bacon barely cooked at all and eggs seemed to be more rubber than egg. Coffee cups weren't overly clean and neither were half the trays. On my last morning, I'm not sure if it was a different chef on but the eggs were lovely and sausages were properly cooked, shame it wasn't like this all week. We contemplated just eating out on the last day for breakfast but stayed as we had paid for it. Staff were very helpful and pleasant though and seemed to be under constant pressure

Really nice hotel on the South Promenade in Blackpool, but unfortunately everything around it is absolutely terrible and abandoned. The rooms are very nice, modern and clean, although felt a little small. The room had an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and kettle, so couldn't ask for more. Air conditioning worked perfectly hot and cold. Shower was instant hot water, bed was comfortable - couldn't fault it. We had a room near the end of the building so it was nice and quiet, didn't hear anyone coming or going in the corridor outside throughout the stay. Breakfast was nice, it's buffet style with lots to choose from. It was very bust when we arrived for breakfast but staff were working very hard to clear tables quickly and we were seated quickly. Staff were very nice and I'd highly recommend this hotel.

Parking at the hotel was very expensive though, they wanted £17.00 which is a joke, so I just parked on the road outside, but it can be very tight for parking.

My recent stay at the Hampton by Hilton in Blackpool was a delightful experience. The staff truly stood out with their friendliness and attentiveness, always ready to assist with a smile and make guests feel at home. The breakfast was another highlight—plentiful, fresh, and offering a great variety of options to suit all tastes. It was the perfect way to start the day before exploring Blackpool's attractions. With such welcoming service and a delicious breakfast, the Hampton by Hilton is a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Blackpool!
