Location and cleanliness. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was spacious.

Could do with a few more basic items in the kitchen, to clean with and then everyday cooking items such as oil and salt and pepper, etc that you use a bit of but are annoying to buy a whole new one for a week.

We have stayed here before in the other ground floor apartment. They are lovely. we preferred this one but that is just personal taste. The apartment is really roomy and absolutely spotless with everything you need to have a lovely stay. The road is nice and quiet as well. the location is great. we will be booking again.

if I was being really picky we struggled to switch the radiator off next to the bed which made it really warm .

A beautiful, modernised apartment with plenty of space for 2 people. The apartment is comfortable with good facilities. The location is excellent, a quiet road but close to the seafront.

We couldn't turn the radiators on. We made 2 calls but didn't get the issue resolved and didn't get a call back. It was a bit chilly in the evenings and mornings because of this.

Apartment 3. Beautiful first floor apartment with key code access. Located on a quiet residential street only 10 mins walk to Lytham beach. The apartment was clean, modern and bright (even on a dull day) Comfortable large bed was a dream to sleep in and the bathroom was spacious with a tub and shower. Living room/kitchen/diner was a great use of space and had all the amenities you would need.

Toilet seat is loose, needs to be secured. Minor detail in this great apartment.

Location. Luxurious comfy bed, well equiped

No information pack. IE no info on where to dispose of rubbish. Nothing on what and where to recycle. It is a perfect flat and we had an amazing week however it was spoiled by the building works being carried out on the property with drills and hammers starting from 8.00am. workmen in loft area with hammer drills just above our heads. If we had known this we would not have booked.

Location was only a 10 minute walk from St Annes in a lovely quiet street. Plenty on street parking. Loved the apartment and the garden at back very private and total sun trap.

Didn't dislike anything but handrail could be helpful at back and front door for easier access

The location of the apartment was excellent. We have stayed at these apartments previously, although this was the first time in apartment 5.

The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent, apart from the inside of the oven which had not been cleaned in a long time as the shelving and trays were greasy and dirty. There was building work taking place with an extension being worked on and workers starting to hammer and drill at 8.00 a.m.

Place was nice and the beds where large and comfortable. Good size TV in all the bedrooms and lounge.

Settle not comfortable to sit on had to take the back cushions of the back so you could sit further back on the settle.Water out of shower not very hot and not a lot of pressure.No tea towels for the kitchen and No tea cups just coffee cups and only 5 cups when you can have 6 people staying.

The apartment is spacious and well appointed with top quality furnishing and appliances. The superking bed is really comfortable with crisp bedding and a very cosy duvet. The WiFi was fast and reliable. The information folder was helpful and comprehensive. Although the parking is on street, there was always a space right outside the building, so very convenient. The central heating is responsive and had been turned on for a cosy arrival. We used Appartment 3.

There was nothing that I would note as unlikeable about this property. It is a real home from home with many thoughtful touches such as a bag of ice cubes in the freezer - perfect for that first G&T of the stay.

Lovely apartment with all the touches of an hotel, but all the amenities of a flat. Well equipped. Good location

Kitchen worktop splash back around sink coming off the wall. Only able to seat 2 at the table as only 2 chairs. No additional internal door locks so anyone with ley code could enter so didn’t feel secure. Additional locks for nighttime needed.
