A wonderful loft room on the 6th floor with high ceilings that was spotlessly clean, very spacious, and light and airy. And the amazing staff: fantastic assistance of Jess on reception for numerous local recommendations (as this was our first trip to Manchester) and making sure our room was perfect, Mia helping us make wonderful memories with her photo skills and support on last minute requests, Ines at the restaurant making sure our breakfast was just right (compliments to the chefs), Mahdi (and Felix) on security providing a warm welcome on our late night returns, and all the bar staff (including Grieve) for mixing brilliant drinks and being incredibly helpful. The location is also great, being very close to Manchester Piccadilly Station, and a reasonable walk from most places of interest such as the bars and restaurants of the Northern Quarter. Also the downstairs lounge area with regular live djs is a great place to enjoy before going out, and if your incredibly lucky you may also be entertained by the resident dancers! Given all the features available onsite and the quality of the rooms themselves, Native Manchester was worth every penny and we will be back!
The loft can get incredibly warm on sunnier days if there is no ventilation, but an open window and a fan will quickly resolve any excess heat in the room. Also the front desk are very quick to address any issues that arise (Thanks again Jess!)

We stayed for my friends birthday, staff were so friendly, Extreamily helpful. Recommended restaurants and bars to us, bar staff were the friendliest people I have ever met. So lovely! I loved every second of our stay. The rooms were stunning. SO spacious, furniture was high quality decor was beautiful. Bathrooms were spotless. And I had the bed nights sleep I’ve ever had at a hotel/apartments. I WILL be recommending the native to anyone staying in Manchester and I WILL be returning. Thank you for making my friends birthday even more special with your warmest welcome xxx
You couldn’t have done anything better my experience was 11/10

We love the room we were in. The bathroom was great, love a walk-in shower. The taps were located on the other side of the shower which is great for adjusting the temperature of the water without getting burn.
The room is hot, although we had a fan in the bedroom, we could not adjust the speed of the fan. The dining/kitchen room is really hot. I guess it’s summer time, a fan would be advantage. The window wasn’t blowing much wind in as it’s a small gap. I must say the decorative cushions on the sofa needs to be washed. It smells of body odour I guess someone must have used it as a pillow. It wasn’t pleasant.

Very funky place to stay in the heart of Manchester, a stone throw from Piccadilly station. The Premium studio was great, lovely decor and equipped with everything we needed to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The staff were very friendly and always happy to help. We were given a free upgrade on check-in to a one bedroom apartment, but we decided to down grade to our original booking of the premium studio as the space is a lot more open. Thanks for a wonderful stay! We will be back.
Doors close loudly from people entering and leaving next door rooms, not a problem unless it’s early in the morning or late at night. Room was quite warm at night so slept with the window open which was fine as the surrounding streets are quiet. Drinks are quite pricey at the bar. Maybe hotel guests could be offered a discount? I know hotel guests get 15% off food.

The perfect location and decor was great as well ! . Very nice vibes . Bed was very comfortable and room was nice & clean. One of the best places we have stayed ! . Easy check in and hotel is a close walk to the northern quarter . Would recommend to anyone and most definitely stay again !.
This wasnt a huge reflection our stay but we had breakfast one morning in the bar and took quite a while for the food to arrive , we wasnt sure if our order had been forgotten as it took nearly an hour .However the breakfast was lovely when we did eventually receive it and staff were very apologetic so no harm done .

Loved the vibe, the location was great, the receptionist when I arrived was really friendly as was another staff member I met in the lift. The toiletries in the bathroom were gorgeous smelling, I almost had an extra shower just to use them again! The vegan breakfast was fantastic, definitely one of the top 2 vegan/veggie breakfasts I've had and hands down the best hash brown I've ever eaten. The restaurant staff were lovely too.
The confusion around where my breakfast was, no one seemed to know! The morning receptionist was not very warm and didn't help me find the restaurant for breakfast and was snappy when I came back to her after the barstaff sent me her way. Thankfully a server from the restaurant came to my rescue.

Room was lovely
We got there at 16:30 and our room wasn’t ready. We was told it might take up to an hour, so we sat and waited, although nobody bothered to tell us when it was ready and we had waited 50 mins, I only found out when we asked another person at the check in desk after this amount of time. Also, we went on a Saturday and it was quite loud downstairs near the bar. This went on until 11pm and this could be heard in our room on the first floor, so not very soundproof. Possibly better for young couples

I love this place!!! I am in Manchester frequently for work for extended stays and have stayed in many of the popular apart-hotels in the city. This is my favorite and my go-to from now on. The rooms are extremely comfortable, decorated in a contemporary style, and have everything you would need — including LAUNDRY IN UNIT! I had plenty of room to relax, work, even do a little quiet workout in my room. Had a cool view of the NQ, Ancoats and the canal and the geese from my room. The building is very cool, as an updated mill, very Manchester. The downstairs is a whole lively vibe with people coworking, good music, lots of comfy space and nice snacks and food. There are some DJ and trivia nights and brunches if that’s your thing, BUT, I never heard any noise in my room ever (fourth floor). The gym downstairs, BLOK, is amazing for yoga, strength training, and Pilates classes. I had come here on my own for workouts on my previous stay and it was really nice to have just downstairs. (You have to pay to book but hotel guests get a steep discount and they’re also on Classpass.) I ate in the full-service restaurant one night and the staff were sooo lovely to me and my senior father. On that note, the facilities are super accessible with lifts, etc for older folks, those with disabilities, and kids. Forgot - there’s a bagged breakfast daily with porridge, pastries, fruit, milk, juice. Can’t beat the location either. If you arrive by train to Piccadilly it’s literally around the corner, less than a five minute walk. Almost everything you’d want to do in the Manchester city centre is a walk away or at most a brief cab/Uber ride. Tons of cool restaurants and bars are in the area in the northern quarter. Really don’t have any complaints here at all for an extended stay — in fact I remembered to leave this review as I’ve already booked another stay and will be returning in a few days. I will keep this as my “home” base in Manchester for sure!
I can’t find any faults here really! This is an INSANE value, I travel from the US and a stylish apart-hotel with facilities and a vibe like this would easily be $300+ a night in a major city if not more. I guess the only thing to note is that full housekeeping is weekly if you’re very high-maintenance about that, but that’s typical with extended stay places. You can always get more towels, coffee, dish and laundry detergent etc and the place is super easy to keep tidy.

Excellent location, right next to Piccadilly station in a unique and character-loaded building. Huge, well-appointed studio rooms with character, a great blend of modern with a nod to the heritage of the building. Lovely helpful and chatty staff, Great food options, mini-cinema, gym (didn't use it), free brekkie in a bag to get you going in the morning and great DJ in the bar/restaurant on weekends brings a chilled vibe during the day. If you are staying in Manchester City Center for a few days Id make it your number one option.
minor - usb slots in the electrical sockets... but in fairness hard to fault much here.

The Dulcie Street Warehouse Lounge below was really cool, I didn't expect the Hotel Reception to be nested inside a social area but it was really pleasant. We arrived early so we were able to sit and have a drink from the bar before checking in. The Breakfast the day after was also excellent. The room was spacious, had great lighting and great privacy. We were both very happy with how well we slept and wished that we could've stayed longer. The Staff were excellent, super friendly, willing to help and very accommodating. We asked if we could leave our bags behind after checking out as we had a few more things to do in the city before we left and they were more than happy to help. As a bonus, I met Gok Wan, which was pretty damn cool :)
Not much I can say to be honest, the only problem I had was maybe the shower splashing out of the cubicle as there is no door by design. I'm a pretty big guy so there was water dripping outside of the cubicle, It was only an issue though for the fact that I didn't want to make a mess.
