The location of the hotel is great very central , great value , comfy bed and bath .would stay again.

So, the hotel itself doesn't really look like the photos, nowhere near as bright, and I almost missed the entrance as it's just one door...but, what a great stay. It was an inside room, so there were no windows, so there was a fan in the room. Lots of lights dotted around the room. The bed was comfy. I was chilling for a few hours before going out, the TV had lots of channels to choose from. Had a great sleep. The shower was a bit stiff to turn on, but it was really powerful and lovely and hot. I booked breakfast when I got to the hotel. The continental was buffet, plenty of choice, but my favourite thing is I could order the hot breakfast, so it came fresh to the table. I had veg full breakfast. The staff were nice and friendly. The hotel is perfectly placed in the city. Would definitely recommend.

It's not even a ' something I didn't like', it's got a cute 80's decor, with the wiring to match, so not many plug sockets.

The location was fantastic, lift was great for access, the room was comfy but enough room so you didn’t feel crowded, the beds were lovely and the room was always nice and warm, Debbie (I think she’d head of house keeping) was fantastic! She was very considerate always said good morning or evening and was excellent! And the staff on reception I think her name was Anabel (she seemed to be on reception a lot) was lovely when we arrived

Our only fault was the walls are thin so we could hear everything and our room was near where you go for the lift so we could hear everyone going back and forth and talking

Was very sceptical about this. hotel as it was only £57 a night with two full English breakfast ! well what ia suppose ! smack bang in the middle of picadily gardens so 10 mins walk from the station, reception was pleasant . Crpets were a bit worn but hey oi wasn't sleeping on th floor ? Room was at the back two very comfy single beds, extra pillows, tea coffee , hairdryer and an iron! Very clean room with toiletries included. Varied breakfast menu offering full English or vegan option, pancakes or breakfast bun and a selection of continental patties juice etc. Cant fault this place at all would really recommend for location, price etc and would stay here again

Was a good price when I booked it and very central location. Staff were friendly and the room was clean. Shower pressure was good and hot. Bed was comfy and there are spare pillows in the wardrobe. There were also full length mirrors.

Lack of plugs so my partner and I couldn't both charge our phones overnight. The most annoying thing was the fact that the walls were quite thin and you could hear the cleaner going up and down the hallway with the trolley very early in the morning, which disrupted our sleep a little. We didn't opt for the breakfast because there didn't seem to be many vegan options (maybe a legend could be added to the menu?) There were also no main lights (only lamps) so it was quite dim in the room.

Great location in city centre, close to station. Very clean room didn't see any dirt at all. Staff were very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was cooked fresh and was of great quality. We stayed in an executive suite and couldn't really fault it, very stylish and comfortable with lovely lighting, fridge, stylish ensuite (with speakers!) and digital TV. (Although no cookies / chocolates as described in the read up lol)

There was a strong smell in the lift which wasn't pleasant. Fire alarm went off on Sunday morning and was cancelled shortly after, but staff never mentioned if it was a drill or not. Door cards didn't always work, we had to get a new one at one point, and sometimes it took a bit of wiggling for it to work. The corridors and stairwells were a little tired looking. If I had to nick pick the bed was very high for my short 5'2 frame to climb up to, and the pillows were very firm, however the mattress was the most comfortable I've ever had in a hotel! I would definitely stay again.

Great central location. You literally walk out of the door into Piccadilly Gardens. Minutes walk to the Arndale and the Northern Quarter. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable enough. The room was small (I booked a single) but it had all the necessary facilities: tv, ensuite toilet, bath/shower, kettle, tea/coffee, soap etc. The window opened and you could adjust the rooms heating which makes a nice change. I mentioned above that the decor is a bit dilapidated, but it was very clean.

The room was very basic and in much need of a refurbishment. I booked early and got a good price, but I did notice the prices went very high the closer to the xmas market dates.

we were only here for one evening for a hen party who were staying in another hotel and it was worth the money for sure as it was a comfortable feeling room and had everything we needed including a fan as the room is very hot with no windows but everything was pre thought of before our arrival and they managed to have our room ready early for us so we could change and freshen up.

heating came on full blast in the night but I managed to turn the rad off which was no bother really. we woke up to the extractor fan flooding in the bathroom but wasn't coming from directly above so maintenance were called asap but the staff were very helpful and efficient

being situated in the very center of Manchester at Piccadilly Gardens, this will be my first choice, when travelling without a car; Arriving by train, this is a five minute walk from the station, getting on by public transport is perfectly easy for just 2quid. Choice of cooked breakfast options, including Continental, even french butter Croissant, marmelades, all cereals, yoghurt and red fruit groats as well as varieties of fresh fruit!

WIFI reception inside the room was poor to non-functional, yet no problem, since the Lobby is spatious and has comfy couches

The room was small but very cosy and very clean. It even had a ironing board and an iron which is pretty convenient if you have meetings to attend. Breakfast was also very nice, lots of choices for hot breakfast. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Piccadilly, so close to the train station.

The walls are pretty thin so you can practically hear everything that is happening in the rooms next door and in the hallway. The only real downside is that the wi-fi wasn’t working in my room which was on the 4-th floor. This is something they could easily fix.
