Lovely staff (Mo and Tim) who made us feel so comfortable and welcome! On our first night there was a table skittles tournament against another pub... The locals and visitors were so welcoming and treated us like 'one of them' explaining how the game worked and even allowing me to have a little go! The food was exceptional and reasonably priced, I enjoyed the BBQ glazed pork so much I had exactly the same the following evening! The room was perfect, clean, a nice size and very quiet! We were lucky enough to have wonderful weather so was able to enjoy the gorgeous garden area. The cleaning staff were so friendly and hospitable clearly doing a fantastic job! A really lovely stay! Thank you!

I actually cannot think of anything we didn't like.

Village Pub with accommodation in a modernish block at the rear with ample parking spaces. The pub was open when we arrived and met by Tim who showed us to our booked superior double accommodation which had good free wi-fi. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the food was exceptional. A good range of beers on tap and a decent wine list. Breakfast (£15) was freshly cooked to order and we were all served at the same time (6 people).

There a few steps up to the first floor which could be difficult for guests with limited mobility but ground floor room is available.

When we arrived, to get ready for a wedding. we were shown to the room which had not been cleaned the bed looked as though some one had just got out of it. The staff immediately sent us to the bar but we had to buy a drink even though, it not our fault. The staff started cleaning but we needed access to the room so we could get ready. We used the room and they continued cleaning after we left for the wedding. It was clean on our return. The breakfast was nice, and good quality.

The fact that the room wasn't checked before our arrival time at 12.00. The garden could have been lovely but lacked attention. The room was adequate but the bathroom had black mould around the edges of the shower.

Lovely pub and in a perfect location for the weekend trip we had nearby, there was three of us staying so we had I think it room 6, the only one with three beds, the rooms are separate from the pub but only a few paces away so your in the bar in less than a minute. We all had an evening meal that was excellent and a good portion, we also gad a full English in the morning that was as equally as good as the meal, beer was ok too. All in all we had a nice stay and wouldn’t think twice about staying here again, in fact once we get a date for next year’s event we’ll be booking again. One more thing price was good too.

It’s all a bit messy out the back where the big calor gas tank is but who cares I’m not there to judge.

These is a really welcoming rural pub, in a lovely little village. The staff were so friendly, the food excellent, and my bedroom simple but comfortable. For cyclists, it lies really close the National Cycle Route 6 (Brampton Valley Way), with under-cover parking for bikes, so ideal. I was going to cycle a 4-day loop, but chose to come back here for a 2nd night, as it had been just right for my needs!

An earlier breakfast offer (it's 8.30 am) would have been preferred, but that's a small detail.

To city eyes this is dated and poorly finished, but the heating and hot water worked, it is set well back from the pub, the mattress was great for me, the curtains had blackout linings and on a midwinter night it was absolutely silent.

Bathroom very small with a glass shelf above the tiny basin, so you get toothpaste on your feet. If you have to open the door for room to use toilet paper, make sure the bedroom light is off / curtains closed. Could use more coat hooks on doors, my dressing gown was never where I expected.

Breakfasts were great, full English, friendly and accommodating staff, (loved the breakfast music selection!) parking right outside the accommodation, own front door, so could come and go as we pleased. Loved the old English pub vibe, and the quiet rural location. Very nice evening meals served as well. Good value ! Location suited us well for visiting family in Market Harborough and Glen Parva.

? It was all really fine.

We did not worry about breakfast as were still full from dinner the night before. Management made us feel very welcome right from the moment we arrived. There was an 80th birthday party being held in the restaurant the night we stayed. All the locals were in attendance. We had lovely chats with many of the people attending the party. Dinner was delicious. An excellent night’s stay.

Nothing all was to our satisfaction

Well kept Ale and Good Food. Friendly locals and staff. A great little bolt hole out in some beautiful countryside. We were attending a wedding near by and The Bulls Head provided a phone number for a reliable taxi firm who got us there and back again.

The staff were very busy when we arrived and parking seemed limited. We managed to find a space but did not realise there was additional parking we could have used. Perhaps this information could be included in the welcome e-mail?

Located in a pretty little village, the Bullshead is attached to a pub serving excellent quality food. Mo and his team were friendly and welcoming, and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were clean and spacious.
