Staff are all so helpful and on hand 24/7. Breakfast had plenty of choice, no matter how you prefer breakfast. Location is great , short walk and you are at the baltic and the millennium bridge
If the hotel is going to have an agreement that people can stay here as their temporary accommodation. I do think something has to be monitored or done about the use of alcohol and drugs. It is not the staff's fault but when you are going out somewhere important to you and already nervous you should not also have to worry about if you smell of cannibis when you leave. I have stayed here several times and this has not been a problem once.

I recently stayed at this delightful hotel and had an excellent experience. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to ensure I felt welcome. The rooms were spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and offered a cozy atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was the lovely walk alongside the river just steps from the hotel—it was both peaceful and picturesque. Additionally, the location is perfect, as it’s only a short stroll to the Millennium Bridge, making it ideal for exploring the area. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and great service!

Very clean establishment with incredibly friendly staff. Within walking distance from the city centre too where you get to go over the famous curved bridge… large rooms with lovely, clean bathrooms. I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again: the staff were very friendly, can’t compliment them enough!
This can’t be helped but there were a few times we were woken up in the night to drunk groups in the hallway. Just bare in mind that the walls are a little thin so bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper :)

Although brief, I enjoyed my stay. The hotel was clean and bright. The room was a good size, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was well presented with lots of different options, including cereal, poridge, full English, and pastries. It was refreshing to see the Smoking Area was well away from the Main Entrance.
Check-in seemed to take an age... I don't know why. Once in the room it was disappointing that the TV remote didn't work, despite changing out the batteries.

Great location to the city ,around 15min walk away but only 5 to the sage music centre. Comfortable rooms and just big enough for 3 adults( as a family)has everythingyou need down to an iron/board. Lift was added bonus. Love staying on the 6th floor as so peaceful. Staff super friendly and helpful. Had our evening meal before going to the Arena....it was lovely, cooked to order and home cut thick chips. The breakfast is amazing with so much choice.Would definitely recommend as our second stay proves. Great parking .
Only slight niggles that not much hot drink choice in room or a biscuit lol.

Everything. The location was perfect for the Glasshouse but also just a 15 minute walk over Bridge into Newcastle. The room was perfect size and being top floor corner was so quiet. Room had all you would need including an iron/ironing board. The bathroom was fab having walk in shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly,Carl to name one. The breakfast was unbelievable value for money with just about everything you would want to have.Great parking and easy to get to.
Whilst easy to get more ,there weren't many tea/coffee or other choices to use in room...or a biscuit. Room was bit chilly at first and took awhile to work out how to use heater....but that's all I can find fault with.

Hotel was fine , room was clean, everything in place , staff friendly and helpful. The small gym on the ground floor was easy to access with enough equipment for anyone really, treadmill, bike , free weights and so forth, towels and cleansing wipes were also supplied . There were plenty of breakfast options and non dairy milks available. The environment was calm and the rooms quiet . A good place for anyone working. The staff were very friendly, even remembering peoples first names, it didn't feel intrusive, just a calm relaxed atmosphere. Great location for The Sage, Baltic and Quayside.
Although within easy walking distance to The Baltic , Sage and Quay Side . I chose to get a taxi back in the evening as the area is a bit deserted in the evening and I wouldn't have felt comfortable walking back by myself. The taxi took cash only (so take some cash out with you) or an additional £4.00 for card use . This money goes to the card company and not the driver, nothing the driver can do about that.

The property was in a good location and very clean throughout from the room, to the hallways and stairwell, to the eating areas. The breakfast staff were very good, especially a huge shoutout to Sam who was always asking if we were okay and enjoying our stay or if as needed anything else. We spoke everyday and each day was always the same with her smiling away. She even went out her way to say goodbye to us as we were leaving and we couldn’t have asked for a better person to deal with. Thanks again from Grant and Laura from Ayrshire, Scotland.
Nothing to report.

When we arrived we were greeted by the most lovely staff who were happy to answer any questions and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in a super king room which was very clean and spacious with a huge bed. It was actually two beds pushed together but they’ve made it so it all feels like one giant bed and you wouldn’t even tell they’re separate (plus is was suuuper comfy). Shower was nice and the whole bathroom was pristine. Overall great experience, great sleep, lovely staff, would definitely stay again.
It is a bit of a treck to walk from the city centre but that made it a lot more peaceful and quiet at least and only £5 for an uber into the city. £100 for one night felt like a lot of money but it was a Saturday and was so much cheaper than any other hotels around.

Location, 15 mins walk to town. Really good breakfast selection. Bed was massive and really comfy.
Parking £10 per night. The road outside is a bit noisy during the morning rush hour. There are people temporarily homed in the hotel which we were unaware of. During breakfast they were there stocking there food supplies for the day unashamedly…. In fact encouraging us to do the same😂 some were a bit rough looking but the ones that spoke to us were friendly and eager to share their local knowledge. Some people checked out early due to this, we stayed an extra night so it didn’t bother us too much. There were sometimes a few of these people and their friends sitting in the outside area and that put us off sitting outside on the terrace ( but so would the bar prices)
