Great apartment and facilities

If we had to say something, breakfast was a nice bonus when we were last there, shame it's now just croissant and coffee and you have dropped fruit and cold drinks. In the past it just felt like a little extra luxury

I really liked the size of the room and the kitchenette placement. Kitchenette had everything I needed and was really useful. Bathroom was roomy and had heated(!) floor :) The staff was very friendly and always happy to help, they made me feel very wellcome. The complimentary coffee and croisant in the morning were brilliant. The location is great - close to the train station (useful for seeing other towns) & metro (useful for getting from and to airport) and within walking distance to the shops and the centre of town.

Due to the room placement I couldn't open the windows which was at times uncomfortable - but to be honest I did not ask for a change of the room, so that is on me really.

A good size room with a kitchenette containing fridge with freezer compartment, sink, dishwasher, 2 stove top rings , toaster ,tea and coffee and all necessary crockery and utensils. A very comfortable bed and wide screen TV. Delicious free croissants for breakfast. Our room was on the top floor and had wall to ceiling windows with a view of the Tyne. Very convenient location. Within walking distance of the train station , the city centre shops/bars and the river Tyne. Very pleasant and helpful reception staff.

Instead of an armchair and footstool we would have preferred a small table and chairs to eat at.

The property was in a great location. 5 minute walk from the train station. Everything was nearby, never had to walk any longer than 10 minutes to get to any destination. The hotel also has its own shop inside that is open 24 hours which was extremely useful!

The key to our door stopped working everyday so we kept having to go to reception to get our card fixed in order to get into our room. Throughout our stay we only had housekeeping come one time so we ended up running out of stuff like toilet paper

Everything. The staff ate all amazing! With special Thanks to V and Abdul. They always go above and beyond the call of duty. Also has air conditioning!! Quiet at night. Free freshly baked croissants every morning available with hot beverages

Very limited onsite parking. BUT they do have an arrangement with an offsite parking company about 6-10 minutes away which is very secure and very reasonable. Only one small washer and dryer located on their lower level making it in high demand.

I stayed for a night in the studio apart with a view and the view was amazing. I enjoyed the sunrise from my bed :) The apartment was clean with basic utensils for basic cooking. The place is 5-7 minutes walk from the central station. I would anyways look forward to book this again.

Everything was good in the room. However, it would have been great if few things like Shower cap, dental kit, room slippers are provided in the room. When checked at the reception, I found out that they don't have it :(

Our stay was excellent, while we didn't take advantage of the complementary breakfast due to a couple of late nights, over all our stay was fantastic. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the white company toiletries were lovely. I also have to say the lady I mainly spoke to on the desk was absolutely fantastic, very friendly, funny and kind...... We would return just for the pleasure of having her as our point of contact. Bed was comfortable, and the twin shower was amazing. You could quite comfortably live in the apartment for several weeks comfortably. The centre was only a ten minute walk away even with my partner in heels...... The nearest carpark was about a 5 minute brisk walk for my long legs....... All I'll say is if you have a large car like mine you may wish to find another but my partner's little hatch back was fine. Plus rooms provide you with a discount on the parking, cost me £22 for two days which I thought was very reasonable for a city. We will be staying here going forward for all our trips to Newcastle but may try one of the penthouse apartments as a upgrade over the superior apartment as a treat. Thank you very much.

I can't really have any complaints other than parking on site but you can't hold this against them so win win all round.

Room was modern and initially clean, all the kitchen necessities were present. Great shower, cozy lighting in the bedroom. Location is convenient, 5-7 minutes to nearest supermarket and around 10 minutes to the monument. Pleasant free coffee, tea and croissants near the lobby.

Missed cleaning for a couple of days, but when asked we were provided by toilet paper and the trash was taken out.

I loved that I was on the 7th floor and had amazing views of the Tyne, the bridges and a general elevated view. I liked that it was very quiet. The staff were very obliging. Heaps of different spaces on the ground floor to relax, read,work or whatever you need to do.

A very small thing, but I would have liked my room serviced more frequently, I had to ask for further supplies and my rubbish was only cleared once during my stay.

Great central location, close to the station, city centre and quay but still nice and quiet. Modern, clean room with air conditioning and the facilities we needed. The grab and go breakfast was useful and staff were friendly and helpful.

Room was quite small so not much room to unpack or spread out, and nowhere to sit and eat if we needed to. This particular room also didn't have any external windows, so no natural light. The television had a bit of a knack to use it (we had to ask a member of staff to show us) which meant pulling it out to switch it off and on again at the mains. The coffee from the machine wasn't great but luckily there's a nice coffee shop a couple of minutes walk away.
