Convenience

the property was good only one disappointment and that was the food… I ordered nachos which said…melted cheddar cheese with the various dips. it came with stone cold cheese sauce!!! and dips it was awful to look at let alone taste it. I phoned reception and complained they told me to bring it up. the receptionist said that it is cheese which I then had to explain it’s not melted cheddar cheese it’s a cheese sauce from a squeezy bottle!!! and a cold one too. then she goes I’ll talk to chef and comes back saying the chefs going to do another and that she’ll bring it to my room. it arrives with I swear a few strands of cheese melted with dips.., no lie a few strands of cheese!!! what a joke a bowl of nachos dry for nearly £5 disgusting

Pleasantly surprised after reading some sketchy reviews. We arrived very late after a Friday night gig and checked in no problem. The guy on reception was lovely and we had a chat about cricket as the Ashes was on. The room was comfortable and cool and we had a good sleep. Cup of coffee and nice shower in the morning and on our way.

Nothing at all wrong with it.

The staff was so accomodating and sweet, he welcomed us on Thursday night when we arrived, led us to our room and showed us what to do very calmly. It did exceed my expectations and I’m so glad to have lodged in Ramada!

The shower stand in the bathroom was shaky already, we discovered the night we lodged in still functioning quite alright, but it could be fixed to avoid further damage, room 106

Shower in my room was not good, poor pressure and flow was like a dribble! It wouldn't stay in the right position and you couldn't stand underneath it as it was pointing towards wall behind the shower, it was too loose in the holder to move it to correct position

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Easy check in and out. Room was very nice with comfortable beds. No noise and place was clean. Car parking facilities available. Coffee and tea facilities in the room. Breakfast was lovely and given option to wrap up a plate for my plus 1 who couldn't get out of bed in time for breakfast service time after we had been out late in Birmingham to the early hours. .

Staff were very kind and helpful.. They were so busy hence they couldn't fulfil the request to nearby room. The rooms were very far from the reception but they have provided breakfast as compliment and the breakfast was delicious..

The way booking.com offered me an upgrade room. From double to twin. Pics look like double with a single bed. Only to find out this is not the case . 1 st floor Twin room was a disgrace shocking. However, the front of the house exchanged my room back to a double on the 3rd floor much better.

It's located close to the M5 motorway making my journey home easy, has plenty of parking and is situated next to two large supermarkets. I had forgotten my laptop charge cable so this was ideal! Staff were great! Friendly, polite and very helpful

Room was very basic and the furniture old and tired, but it was one night so that didn't bother me.

stay was good me and my husband enjoyed the stay, we got a room which was on to the water side

morning breakfast which we had was cold , initially when we were the reception it did not start later reception they asked us to come back after 10 mins and we were on time but the breakfast was cold . I feel that can be improved to have a overall great experience

As always the hotel was nice, clean and in a great location, staff are friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast was great, with a nice selection of hot and cold options to choose from, check out aswell is a nice time, not too late and not too early, so there is no need to rush about, you can take your time and make sure you have everything before you leave .

Nothing really, the only thing i would have to say was that the certains wasnt black out ones so as soon as the sun came up the room was lit. But.... it didnt ruin our stay.
