Great price with a continental breakfast, the staff were good but not very happy . Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. The lady serving breakfast and making sure it was topped up was fantastic The reception area is beautiful, the hotel is very clean. Rooms are nice and clean also.

I burnt myself in the shower as the temperature control was broken/ loose. So I couldn't shower or wash my hair.when I reported this, the lady at reception didn't say anything she just wrote the room number down and said thanks. I have a burn mark on my leg now!! I have a broken foot and asked if I could have an iorn and a board brought up. After an hour, I had to call back for it, I was asked if I could collect it, but I explained again I had a broken foot. When the lady delivered it, her face was moody.

Hotel is located in a quiet area and fully modernised.

We did not realized that is 2 miles away from city centre, you will need either a taxi or to drive in city centre. The breakfast offered was not full english/cooked breakfast, only continental. The heating radiator was not functioning and there was a smell similar to mould due to lack of ventilation in the room.

The room and bathroom was clean and comfortable. TV worked without fuss and tea and coffee were available throughout the stay. Reception area was comfortable and was somewhere you could sit and have a drink in comfort. Staff were all very nice and friendly- an all round positive experience.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom at all so we had to contact reception. Toilet paper was brought up immediately. The room was cold but again, they were very accommodating at the hotel and gave us an electric heater.,

Hot water in shower takes ages to get even lukewarm on the 1st day but was much quicker on the 2nd day - tip: need to start running the water during at least 5-7 minutes before taking shower Toilets seem not to be cleaned but in actual facts it seems to be the consequence of an issue as it comes back again after spooling

Ideal location off the motorway and close enough to the city centre that it was ideal for our travel. We didn't have breakfast but the facilities looked nice. The room and shower was exactly as needed.

The road the hotel is on gets quite busy so it can be an issue to pull out of the front car park. The hotel lobby seemed very quiet so didn't seem like the sort of place to sit for a drink or socialise but that could have been down to the time of day or week.

we were travelling by public transport and that was really difficult; also we were under the false impression that we would be more or less straight next to the botanical gardens, which we weren't and which was quite difficult and disappointing for us. we ended up pulling our suitcases there, which really tired us out. we were there during the heat wave, and because the windows could only be opened around 10 cm/3 inches it was a bit hot and stuffy at first one detail: the bread for toasting was massive and very difficult for my mum to handle (also we had to let about 1/2 of it go back) - maybe you could cut the slices in half to cut back on food waste? (then they'd still be bigger than a lot of slices of toast)

Good sized room, plenty of floor space for bags to be put where they won't be in the way. Comfortable bed, could have used a spare pillow but didn't stop us sleeping. Free breakfast had a good selection. If you arrive early they let you park there and come back for check in.

Not enough plug sockets in the room, our room had only had 2 and they were right above a shelf so we couldn't use certain plugs. No where to hang a towel by the shower, so you trail water across the floor, or put your wash kit in the bathroom. The only option to cool our room was to open windows onto a busy road.

Location was great, allowing us to easily travel into the city centre. Room was a decent size and clean

Beds, especially the pillows, was very hard. Will suit some, but not us. I could not use the shower because i have leg issues and the floor felt like an ice rink. Breakfast was not the best I have had. Good quality but a lack of options.

Lovely modern hotel. Plenty of space to sit down stairs if you want to get out of your room.

No full breakfast. Everyone in hotel that came down for breakfast was gutted. There was a continental breakfast though. I could hear the conversations from the people in the room next to me. However, they were quiet from a decent time, so can't complain. But I can imagine that would put people off..
