I loved this hotel for it's location, the staff and facilities. The room was lovely, big and spacious and had everything you wanted including a sea view which is beautiful. Tenby is a beautiful place and well worth a visit. The staff were efficient , communicated well at breakfast and reception . Lou at the front desk I think its her name was kind to fix the tv and remote it was our fault it was in the wrong mode. Great girl full of kindness and humour in helping my husband out as he wanting to watch the Olympics TV remote did not work . What a lovely hotel in a great location overlooking the beach etc.

What could have been better I would say the shower head needs replacing in room34 an then the room would be amazing. The shower head head sprays everywhere and the power is weak

Location perfect. Hotel as a private great area across the road for a coffee or lunchtime snack or pre dinner drinks overlooks the beach, Bed very comforable and shower great too. All very spotless. Superb breakfast with quality back bacon cooked to perfection. Good choice of pastries and cereals too. All staff are very welcoming and personable.

Car park charges of £8 per day. Our small room overlooking a roof was pretty expensive considering we had just come from a fabulous manor house in St Davids and the price was the same. per night. Also a non alcoholic gin and tonic and a bottle of beer cost £16 which seems vastly overpriced,

Lovely lounge overlooking sea. Beautiful garden area across the road from hotel. Parking (£8 per night) was easy and once you have an allocated space, this is secured with a locking device to reserve it if you wish to take your car out during your stay.

Breakfast was fair but prefer hot food to be cooked to order. A self service hot drinks machine offering a larger selection would be a good addition. Would expect complimentary water in room and prefer firmer beds. Some music noise in room later in evening - could easily be heard about TV. Also door and windows were ill fitting and rattled throughout night.

The whole hotel was immaculate , as was my room. All the staff i spoke to including reception , dining room bar staff and room prep team and the gardener , were so helpful and polite. I needed an extra night at short notice , the reception team were fantastic, no hassle. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice and specials if you wanted more choice. The outside Italian gardens just across the road ,are immaculatley kept and the outside seating area with the sea view was stunning. the hotels own car park was 40mts away and really handy. Very good Hotel .

All staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. We asked questions about the area and were given recommendations based on experience and this was very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a wide selection to choose from. The pool was pristine and well maintained, it’s reassuring they manage numbers so as to ensure it doesn’t become overcrowded. The manager took time to discuss our stay and to ensure our expectations had been met. Our room was lovely and clean, all nice and fresh and a lovely view to wake up to.

The layout of the hotel was good. The location to the town was excellent and to the bus stop and train station of which I used both during my stay.

Was a little old fashioned but you could argue that it added to its charm. My accommodation itself was adequate. There was no hot water in my room was not even hand hot which I complained about during my stay. The pool was not heated at all even though it stated so very disappointing. No evening meal.

Great location, friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Hotel has an indoor pool - which we didn't use but looked very inviting.

Front of the Hotel is currently shrouded in scaffolding. We only learned about it after we'd booked. We received an email informing us of the situation and also telling us that the room charge was not refundable. A bit cynical, I thought. However, the staff were very apologetic and overall, it didn't affect our stay.

Everything. The rooms were spotlessly clean and the beds comfortable. Very quiet too. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious (extra marks for the veggie sausages and heavenly mushrooms). The swimming pool, which we mostly had to ourselves, was an added bonus (steam room too). Best of all were the staff who were unfailingly friendly and helpful. We need an extra graphic for them: beaming!

An extra week to two.

The breakfast was excellent. The bedroom room was clean and spacious. The view from the front rooms would have been lovely but there scaffolding and netting up. The indoor pool was very good with water jets, heated loungers and a steam room.

The bedroom was hard to access for my disabled husband as there were 5 steep steps in the corridor after coming out of the lift. The mattress on the double bed was hard.

Despite the heat, the room was lovely for a non-sea view room. I loved the shape, the bathroom was nice, plenty of storage and the bed was super comfy. The staff of The Atlantic are always lovely too. We especially loved the breakfast - gorgeous!

The room was very hot - I couldn't turn the radiator off. There was also police and shouting right outside our room. Obviously that's not the fault of the hotel so I'd never blame that for that. It wouldn't stop me going back there as we love the hotel.
