Comfy room & the bed was exceptionally comfortable. Food was delicious.& served quickly considering it was busy there.plenty of outside space available to sit outside. Up early and one of the staff made us a cappuccino. The location was central for all amenities. Lovely atmosphere inside the pub. Plenty of chairs and chesterfield lounge sofas to sit on too.

We booked with booking dot com. I think we paid over the odds instead of a direct booking. No lifts available- struggled with stairs as both have knee joint problems.No availability for breakfast.

Great location, a lovely friendly pub downstairs. The rooms were very spacious and looked newly decorated with new carpets. The king-size beds were very comfortable with excellent bedlinen. The balcony was a bonus, but the decking needs jet washing as slippy.

The entrance and hallway were a bit shabby, particularly the carpets and decoration. The bathroom in one room needs updating as there was a small amount of staining and black mould in the shower and around the base of the toilet. The towel rail was very rusty.

Was a brilliant stay really welcoming and friendly and most helpful staff , made sure my partner had 1st floor bedroom due to waiting for a knee operation therefore really struggles with stairs went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable . Spotless room everything you need and more had crisps which made my partners day haha and biscuits aswel as tea n coffee and toilettries . Our room also had balcony with table and chairs we could sit on to have our coffee and snacks aswel absolute gem of a place thank you 🤩

Great location - in the center of High Street. Short walk to both the train station and bus station. Great choice of restaurants within a short walk. The room was very clean and well maintained - be aware that it was built in 1821 - so stairs to get to the rooms.

Other than the stairs - nothing. And the stairs are really part of the charm of staying in a building built in 1821.

The property is amazing you won’t believe how big it is till you actually get in there lovely friendly staff good food reasonable prices smack in the middle of town and few minutes from the beach

uneven floors in our bedroom …room was on a slant very noticeable especially when you fall asleep I rolled out of bed 2x during the night and I was unable to sleep well it’s like walking up a slope to get from one side the room to the other but I suppose it’s just the way the building was built many years ago

The location of Tenby House Hotel couldn’t be better. It is on the High Street and within a ten minute walk to the train station, North Beach, Harbour Beach, Castle Hill and Castle Beach. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating and it’s the only hotel that I’ve been to that provides free snacks and bottles of water daily.

Tenby house is a very nice pub situated in a great area of Tenby and a close walk to local attractions and activities. The room we stayed in was in a building set back from the pub with a terrace area overlooking the pub garden - while a bit noisy on the Saturday night, it wasn’t overwhelming and very pleasant for the rest of our stay. The room was large and clean, bed comfy, and towels and snacks/drinks changed daily in the room. A fan was also provided in the room much to my partners delight. The pub itself has a lovely atmosphere, nice food and drinks, and the staff were cheery and pleasant despite being busy at times. We enjoyed watching the women’s euros in the pub before venturing out again in the evening. Tenby house is located a short walk from the long stay car park and near all the local beaches/restaurants/shops etc. Would definitely stay here again and have already recommended to family looking for a stay in Tenby. Thank you to Tenby house staff for making our stay so pleasant.

What a gem. Tenby House is just a ton of fun. Literally in the middle of everything. The pub and beer garden are a great asset but not so noisy as to interfere with sleeping guests. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and Tenby is lovely overall.

The hotel is in the heart of the city, perfectly located. Beautiful pub in the hotel and the food was excellent!

There is no elevator/lift in the hotel. There is also no A/C. If you are not used to no A/C, rooms can get pretty warm.
