From the minute we arrived and were met with an easily available parking space and a very friendly welcome we felt at home. Our room was very clean and spacious and communication with the staff was great. They gave us a quick tour of the building and facilities all of which were nice ie the bar, the breakfast room, the garden and conservatory. Nothing was too much trouble for this lovely team of people who excelled in relaxing but attentive breakfast service to helping to book taxis into Tenby town, and even coming out of a busy kitchen to wish my partner a happy birthday with a cheery song and a candle in a super chocolatey muffin. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice both on the hot menu and on the continental buffet. The option of a complimentary Bucks Fizz is a super touch for special occassions and one is positivly encouraged to take extra time over more hot drinks and pastries, resulting in a most relaxed and welcome feel to your stay. Every staff member in this exceptional team that we met was lovely but a special shout out to Chloe who is an absolute joy and so sweet and chatty and kind. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thanks everyone.

It wasnt a case of anything we didnt like, more a tiny case of a cracked floor tile in the bathroom of room 22 which rocked and trapped bare feet. But i have no doubt that the team will be straight on to fixing this as soon as is humanly possible. The double bed was as it became apparent two single beds strapped together. Unfortunately one was higher than the other so it was like rolling either uphill or downhill which we laughed about. But if i had any grumble it would be that this is altered for other guests. Its a bit segregating for a couple on holiday.

The staff were particularly polite and friendly, the public rooms were a pleasure to be in and breakfast was just amazing, beautifully presented and delicous.

Our room was far too small for 2 people - although advertised as a small double room it was really only suitable for 1 person. There was very little space for our cases and the bedside table was the storage for the kettle and drink making items. Overall, the room was tired and not suitable for a 4 night stay.

The property is well situated less than a mile from the walled area of Tenby. The public rooms are welcoming and airy. The garden is well maintained and provides an additional tranquil space. The room we had booked offered adequate amenities for our three day stay. The staff were exceptional and could not do enough to make us feel welcome and comfortable. We would visit again.

There was nothing not to like about the staff or the property. We visited at a time when I am experiencing some mobility issues and had requested specific services to make our stay more comfortable. Booking.com messed up our original booking and these requests were not passed on and although the hotel could not meet those requests they did everything they could to ensure we were well looked after. I would book direct in future as the only thing not to like was the shoddy service provided by booking.com

Really easy check in, we arrived a few hours early and didn’t expect to check in (just asked to use the reception toilet and we’d come back later) and our room was already ready for us, lovely spacious room, nicely decorated, comfortable, good shower. We were visiting to watch some friends complete Ironman, the hotel put on a special early breakfast for any athletes / spectators who would have otherwise been up and out too early for the usual breakfast times. Breakfast both days were lovely, but the usual menu’d breakfast we had on our 2nd morning was top notch, ordering off a really nice choice menu rather than your usual hotel buffet. Would definitely recommend

Friendly , welcoming owners and staff , nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful light and airy dining room . Exceptional breakfast available offering so much choice and carefully selected high quality produce. Beautiful tranquil gardens , plenty of parking. Cheese or meat sharer platters available during the afternoon/early evening if you just want to relax in the lounges.Small bar area seving drinks at any time till 10pm. Faultless !! We will return.

We are older sisters 64 and 82 who travel together every year for a few days up to a week ...the only thing that was difficult was that the bathroom showers were over the bath and my 82 year old sister was unable to negotiate climbing over and out again safely. Everything else was faultless.

The hotel definitely lives upto its name, it is boutique, luxurious, comfortable, warm and a very friendly place to stay. Ruth the new owner made me feel extremely welcome and a special guest. The whole hotel is very high quality. The breakfasts were amazing and such a choice of different dishes, not just traditional cooked breakfast. The dining room overlooking the garden is so light and well set out, you feel as if you are sitting in the garden. My bedroom was lovely and comfy, great sleep in the bed and a very smart wc and shower, with high end toileteries. Every staff member was so friendly, helpful and professional, nothing was to much trouble. A very comfortable and relaxing stay.

Absolutely nothing!

To start: Welcome was very pleasant. The use of the bar is perfect. The lounge is very comfortable, so in the evening you can rest with a good glass of wine. Breakfast is perfect. Best we had in England during our trip. But the best thing is Cloe. We could not get a taxi ( to busy) to bring us to a location from which we want to walk back to Tenby. Public transport is not so good in Tenby, so what to do? Let's ask Cloe...! Oh, tomorrow I am free, so I will bring you with my own car! Did she means this? Yes she did. Next morning she was there and brought us to Manorbier beach. She even did not want us to pay for this. Very exceptional and a great expirience.

I cannot say that I dont like it, but if on a day the Broadmeat decides to do dinners as the same way that they do the breakfast, they gain 6 stars instead of the maximum of 5 stars.

We were very happy with our bedroom / bathroom. Very comfortable bed. The breakfast was super and offered a wide choice. The staff were very pleasant.

On arrival we couldn't see the reception clearly. When we did enter, my name was requested and the response was "no problem" from the receptionist (Chloe, I believe). She had already used "no problem" when we said we couldn't see the reception so within the two sentences we had this response. I am pleased to know my name wasn't a problem. We found it a little odd. Apart from this, she was very helpful.

Our room was clean and compact, perfectly acceptable for one night’s stay. Spacious ensuite had a lovely roomy bath with a powerful shower over it. Also had lights/heated mirror so it acted like a night light. Comfy spacious bed, very clean. We had a good view of our car on the car park. Windows old, very quaint but good. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of selections, the best breakfast I’ve had for many years. Staff very helpful.

Standard room. Nowhere to put stuff down. Bedside tables were tiny with big lamps. Room had poor lighting. Bathroom had no shelves, all our stuff on the floor. Bedroom had no room to put much down, only by the kettle where I had the hairdryer, makeup and toiletries crammed together. Annoyingly the mirror and a chair by the table to do my makeup - was in the dark, and when standing there to do my hair, all I could see was my waist. The mirror was so low on the wall, just a waste of time. Coat hangers were flimsy and cheap…kept dropping to the floor. I reported this and they’re ordering new ones.

Breakfast was very nicely cooked. Well done! Receptionist/ bar staff very pleasant and helpful. Although I didn't realise until later that the happy hour discount was not applied on our drinks bill. Nothing really perhaps just something needing a reminder.

We were seated for breakfast. A couple walked in when both waitresses were in the kitchen and sat at a table in the window which had already been used and asked for it to be cleared. Felt slightly annoyed as it was the best table in the room and we would have preffered to sit there had it been available. A "please wait here to be seated" position would have controlled that. Perfectly content with our seating btw. A Very minor complaint but ...
