Perfect apartment. Sparling clean. All necessary cleaning products were there. Bedding, towels fresh and clean. Nice addition was milk in the fridge for coffee, tea bags, coffee, biscuits, and a bottle of wine. Beautiful outside sitting area. Perfect position, very close to the beach. Views spectacular! Amazing location, nice and peaceful. High tech - good TV and particularly liked the bathroom. The host was very accomodating and allowed us to switch dates. Great public transport link - right next to a bus stop. Checking in was easy

Found air con controls difficult to understand, same with oven, perhaps including instructions could be helpful. Only other issue was the curtain pole in the living room hanging out of the wall, we were worried it would fall down during the stay! Checking in at 4pm and checking out at 10am was slightly inconvenient

Beautifully presented and modern. Great facilities with comfortable bed and sofas. Fantastic location with an amazing view right across the road with a short walk/drive down to the beach. The owners Jan and Geoff were really friendly and welcoming.

Nothing much to put here really. If I were to be really picky I’d say there could have done with some sugar for the tea’s and coffee’s rather than just sweetner but that is literally it.

Positive: 1. Large spacious penthouse. 2. Squeaky clean and well furnished for all your needs to support a great long weekend. 3. Hosts were very helpful and reachable. They were totally fine for us to leave our luggage behind after check out so that we can visit beach. 4. Sennen Beach is within walking distance from the property. One might prefer a drive down the hill. 5. You will get everything you need in the property.

Downside: Can’t think of anything honestly.

Great, loved and cared for accommodation, in wonderful position overlooking the bay from a height. More than clean, tidy and user friendly. Great facilities including all that is needed for a holiday let and more.

The only problem was an incorrect internet code on the email. But we worked it out quick enough without bothering the owners.

Lovely modern apartment, tastefully decorated, with everything you could want. Fantastic location with amazing views, right on the cliff top. Perfect for walking down to the lovely sandy beach and for coastal walks.

The mattress on the main bed was a little too firm for our liking, but that is personal preference.

Every thing was excellent from the cleanliness to the wonderful owners, we absolutely loved it there and if we head that way again we will definitely go to the same place

Bedrooms approached via kitchen or bathroom which was ok for us but would be a problem for some and not found in the blurb or photos which mix for two properties

The location was perfect. If you carry surf board it’s a steep down hill road but you can easily drive the car park by the beach. We enjoyed coastal walks, easy access to them, right from the door steps. Great views to the sea from the house, area right across from the house for kids to run around and also for pets. Host were very friendly.

The property is in a great location and it is nice to be able to see the sea from the lounge window. It is quite steep walk down to the shops/beach which might bother some but was fine with us. Parking was easy and the host was very responsive and helpful. The kitchen is well enough equipped and the property was spotless.

The bed isn't very large but it is as large as the room allows. We liked the lounge but were not fans of the fireplace - we thought it would be worth the host investing in something a bit more upmarket and attractive. All the kitchen knives could do with sharpening - the sharpener in the drawer was pretty ineffectual. A larger cafetiere wouldn't go amiss but adequate for two people. All in all we thought the property represented good value for money and the location made up for what ere minor gripes.
