large quiet space our room was at the back of the property great location everything you needed

mattress could be upgraded only one towel was on display in the bathroom then whilst we were cleaning up ready for check out we found a second towel in the draw in the cupboard they should just put both towels on the bed

Location was great. Rooms were of good quality and wouldn't have a problem staying longer if the need arose. All amenities required were provided for which was fantastic. overall a good experience

we took milk and coffee as we couldn't find if provided for in the web site description. It was. The only disappointing area was the room/bathroom smell. This seamed to be of sewage which for a one night stay we put up with but if the stay was longer we would have needed to notify staff.

Check is was extremely easy and fast. The room was immaculate, probably the cleanest room I’ve stayed in! Location was perfect, it was 1 minute from the New theatre which is exactly where I needed to be. Parking out the front which was convenient and additional around the back. The room also had everything you would need for a comfortable nights stay. Would 100% come back if I never need to stay in the area again.

The location is great it’s right in the City Center, the place was well cleaned and the check in process was excellent too.

I didn’t like that the sink is so small water splashes everywhere and yet they didn’t have a dish cloth, had to use one of the bath towels. I recommend they get a couple of dish clothes as the size of the sink can’t be changed. I was not a fan of the bed too it was too stiff, I was happy that I was in for a couple of nights I don’t think I would have managed longer stay.

Amazing shower, practical kitchen, and beautiful room. The quality and the beauty of the rooms is hard to beat by the average accommodation.

Even though the staff is a ring away, there was no physical personnel at reception for a number of days. This may be linked to occupancy and in practice the critical issues are all taken care for. So not a major issue, but the absence of staff at reception creates a certain level of uncertainty.

These suites are just beautiful. Really clean and nicely presented, we were pleasantly surprised when we opened the door to the Room. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay there again if we are ever in the area. Easy to find and just a short walk to the City Centre. Private secure parking, just couldn't find fault at all. Didn't see any Staff on the site but spoke to a member on the phone when we didn't know how or where to enter the building and she was very friendly and helpful. Lovely little touch with a bowl of sweets in the Reception, ashamed to say we grabbed a couple on several occasions.

good parking, modern rooms with everything included, shower is a 10/10, bed is super comfy and the tv had Netflix and now tv on which is a much appreciated added bonus.

rooms on the front road are a little noisy but there’s not much you can do about that. There is a gate outside which is ridiculously creaky which needs sorting as it woke us up regularly. and the aircon unit is a little noisy too.

The room was clean, fresh and modern. The bed was really comfortable and very large. Everywhere was spotlessly clean including the entrance, stairs and landing. We would definitely stay again and for an extra night.

We would have liked 2 mugs in the cupboard for drinks, 2 hi-ball glasses and a tea towel to dry up.

The location was perfect. We were able to walk to and from the suite to the city centre throughout the day. The room was spotless, modern and well laid out. There was a complimentary bottle of water available as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The towels were nice and big and the shower was brilliant. Plenty of free parking on site. If we were to stay in Peterborough again we would definitely book this again

The bed had the type of mattress where it is 2 singles zipped together. I personally find these really uncomfortable to sleep on. However, the bed itself and the pillows were very comfortable.

This is the second time staying at Signature Suites. I will always plan to stay there in future when in Peterborough. Staff and all excellent and the accommodation is first class.
