The staff are friendly and helpful, I think this is equal in quality to many of a travel lodge I have stayed in. The rooms are ok, clean beds comfortable, telly all good. Stayed in the ensuite rooms. Third stay if working in Peterborough again will happily stay here again, food always a problem is a 20 min walk to the centre where you are spoilt for choice or 5 mins to a good takeaway for a burger etc

I had an unpredicted situation happen to me. So I ended up staying in this hotel for a month! The good service is consistent. The staff members are lovely, kind and understanding. They were understanding of my situation and took it in stride. I have been in 4 or 5 rooms so far. All ensuites and currently I'm in a standard room. They are brilliant! Always serviced upon request. The beddings are consistently clean. I sleep at ease. The environment is so relaxing. There is no random noise. The bathrooms are cleaned and don't have nasty smells. Everything all round here is brilliant. It blows my mind. The price is decent. You definitely get your money's worth. The reception always has someone tending to it in the normal working hours. Everyone is super helpful. It's close to town as well, so I usually walk to the city centre. A 15 minute walk ( depends how fast you walk). This hotel is starting to feel like home. A nice, clean and comfortable home.
Nothing. Absolutely nothing. I can't fault them.

Quiet, clean, comfy bed. Booked in on a busy day with a good price. Felt very homely and there were a few workers stopping like me, no one made any noise, slept very well. Newly done room was nice. Car park closed over night gave reassurance that my tools were safe. Definitely can't complain for the price paid, and already booked for next week

A bit sceptical reading reviews but pleasantly surprised. I'd say the best budget Hotel I've stayed in. It's a little dated inside but can see improvements are ongoing and its clean - just hope the prices are kept reasonable when its finished! Beds were comfortable, Tea Coffee and TV in room and quiet when i stayed. Car park is locked overnight, think its the only one in the city which was some comfort given the Tools I have and a lot of cctv. Don't go expecting a premier inn but clean room and showers, and much much cheaper than other places in the City - I guess its a bit like marmite, either you love or hate it, but for the price its spot on
possibly do with more storage space in the room but fine for a short stay

The Hotel was partly in refurbishment but everywhere was clean and accessable so don't be fooled by the dim reception. The staff were polite and efficient and my room for two-nights stay was comfortable, clean and quiet, with a good night's sleep and there was also a DIY breakfast of hot drinks, cereal and toast in the temporarily closed dining hall. Was slightly out of my way location-wise, but then I had no transport and the Hotel has a large private carpark behind it. There are a few small local shops and a Portuagese Cafe along the same road of the Hotel (the No 5 bus runs along it) and several takeaways a phonecall away. There is also a very pretty 'Central Park' down another road (Get the No 2 bus there) with a cafe and toilets in the middle.. There were two small things that I'd mention which does not detract from anything above, and that is (Lol) - I couldn't work out the shower! .. and even though it was very quiet, other visitors were not - you could hear their muffled conversations and their TV - but I add Not for long at all. Overall a very pleasant stay and Recommended.
Couldn't work out the showers but did eventually!

Pleasant. Comfortable. Clean. 32" TV. Lots of power sockets. Locked car park. Communal fridge and microwave in dining room.
Toilet a little cramped and no curtain or door on shower, for the ensuite room I had. Though the shared bathrooms, of which there was many, were very spacious with full size showers with doors.

Very friendly staff and excellent security in the car park. Convenient for walking in to the city centre. Very comfortable bed.
Just a minor point but towel rails in the bathroom would have been useful.

very clean and tidy , bed was so comfortable, staff very helpful , great value for money , I liked the secure Car Park . it’s in a nice area with plenty of shops nearby.. walking distance , & it’s very quiet , situated in a nice area .
I can find nothing I didn’t like , maybe being I’m being picky there was a slight bit of mould around the bottom of the shared shower but nothing that would complain about .
