The property is amazing and staying over was a pleasure . Everything need there available

I contacted the property with a few important questions but unfortunately not answered over the easter holiday. I really needed to change the day so we could stay longer but no reply so coukd not change. I also wanted to arrive early as time of 4 checking is late for me so thats another reason i wanted to change the date as 4pm to 10 am is not enough time for us. So i wanted to book 2 days so we didnt have to leave...i guess maybe if i have message earlier it could have been resolved but i can never be exact with time. I am grateful for the stay

Clean, well appointed, centrally located, good price, comfortable, nice bathroom (although the jacuzzi bath had a message explaining if you didn't fill it properly you could short something out so I didn't bother) and the shower was brillant although its controls were a bit mysterious, one excellent feature was the permits to give you free parking. I even got to wash my clothes. There was a fridge freezer and cooking facilities which was great.

They threw away one of my toiletries, the TV downstairs didn't work at all and the TV upstairs signal was often weak, but there is little to complain about, a chair in the bedroom would have been nice, and better instructions on how the shower works but the niggles are pretty minor and very easily resolved.

The room was well decorated and very comfortable, as was the shared bathroom and kitchen areas. The location was good - close to shops and a range of places to eat - as well as a very beautiful church. We also really appreciated having a washing machine and dryer - bravo. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

The only very minor experience was that without a fan, the room got a little stuffy during the summer night. Also, I am only average height for a male, but my toes were sticking over the edge of the bed - however this actually worked well on a warm night.

The property is located central to everything you need by car. The property is in good condition and the kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. bathroom was lovely when we arrived at 5 pm another couple used the jacuzzi and left it dirty so we were unable to use it :( Otherwise big bathroom and room was nice, bed mattress type is hard spring type but adequate for our stay. They provided tea and coffee which was appreciated. Parking was easy to find outside the property Very fast communication with host when we needed them.

4 pm check in and 10 am check out, i think is unfair but you did have the option to pay £10 per hour but we felt this was pricey. Also only one bathroom for 3 rooms.

Whilst not the most inspiring of locations, it is at least easily accessible from the approach into Portsmouth, yet walking distance into the city. The property itself, and in particular the facilities within are superb. Peaceful, secure, warm and very clean, everything you need is at hand. From laundry facilities, whirlpool bath, excellent wi-fi, very comfortable room, fresh bed, immaculate kitchen/dinette, and toiletries, washing machine tablets & car parking vouchers freely provided, every traveller’s need was catered for. The staff member too was friendly and helpful. This booking far exceeded my expectations and was considerably better than most hotels I’ve stayed in.

A shared property in a quiet residential street. The location was excellent for our purposes. The facilities were good. The fixtures and fittings are very good and the jacuzzi bath was a pleasant surprise. Good communication with the proprietors and easy access.

The mattress was adequate. Too soft for my wife and I. (that's a personal preference). Couldn't get the telly to work. A little bit of tic needed with the decoration (entry to kitchen area and doors jamming to room 1 and the bathroom) Where were all the forks in the kitchen drawers!

Room was well presented, clean & comfortable. The bathroom was luxurious, huge shower & jacuzzi bath. The kitchen had everything we needed & more! Lovely garden. The staff were very friendly & helpful & kept everything spotless. Will be coming again & have told friends in Germany to stay there too.

A few old pieces of furniture & a mattress in the garden, would look nicer without them there.

The room was clean and although the facilities were shared, the stylish and modern bathroom was always in an exceptionally clean condition. The location was convenient for me and the room felt very secure. The aesthetic of the room was pleasant and there is a lot of storage for clothes and personal items. The room was very clean upon arrival and the bed was fairly comfortable.

The headboard of the bed was loose and made noise whenever getting in and out. The bedroom door seems to have warped and is difficult to open.

Affordable. Easy access and close to Southsea, which we walked to for a festival. Clean room and facilities, and easy to arrange parking and late check out.

Just a little bit of noise when other guests were in and out of their rooms. Shared bathroom but we knew that when booking.

Clean, Staff great when asked about early check in. Easy parking. Modern and well presented. Very good value for money.

There is a shared bathroom. I was clean and very modern, could not of asked for a better bathroom. Just not for us on reflection. Would not choose again.
